Eduka Center
Tap a star to rate
Eduka Center is a Polish-language e-learning platform selling online professional development courses to people who work with young children: preschool teachers, nursery (żłobek) carers, teachers of grades 1 to 3, occupational therapists, and parents of children aged 0 to 10. Its footer sums it up as "Platforma e-learningowa dla nauczycieli, opiekunów, terapeutów i rodziców" (an e-learning platform for teachers, carers, therapists and parents). It also sells institutions a staff development package with a dedicated coordinator.
The site claims 50 000+ course participants, an average rating of 4,8/5, 15 years of experience and an ISO 9001 quality certificate. It describes itself as a Placówka Kształcenia Ustawicznego (PKU), a registered continuing education institution, which is why it can issue completion documents on the MEN (Ministry of Education) model. That status is also why the entry sits in the continuing education and training library categories as well as teacher professional development.
Who the courses are for
The catalog is split into five paths, each with its own course list:
- Nursery carer (Opiekun w żłobku): child development up to age 3, care, safety and professional qualifications, with topics such as toddler emotions, first aid for children, sensory development and working with parents. The site flags courses for "Przygotowanie pod zmiany 2026", preparation for changes in 2026.
- Preschool teacher (Nauczyciel przedszkola): emotions and behavior, sensory and motor skills, Montessori and school readiness, and cooperation with parents, organized as a confident start in the job, competence development and specialization.
- Grades 1 to 3 teacher (Nauczyciel klas 1-3): professional promotion (awans), special educational needs (SPE) and difficult behavior, emotions and relationships, and methods including Montessori.
- Occupational therapist (Terapeuta zajęciowy): points-bearing courses (kursy punktowane) for therapists who need education points, plus Social Skills Training (Trening Umiejętności Społecznych, TUS), emotional regulation and SPE support.
- Parents (Rodzic dziecka 0-10 lat): emotions and tantrums, screens and digital childhood, sensory development and bibliotherapy (bajkoterapia), described as practical support "bez pedagogicznego żargonu" (without teaching jargon).
A separate store sells downloadable PDF materials: worksheets (Karty PDF), e-books and educational posters for printing. Recent purchases shown on the home page include a graphomotor worksheet pack, Montessori-inspired worksheets, a syllable reading pack and an e-book on emotions.
How a course works
The process on the home page has three steps: pick a course, learn online, collect the documents. Materials are available 24/7, on a computer or a phone, and access starts straight after purchase ("Dostęp od razu"). Courses are self-paced; one participant review praises being able to study "we własnym tempie" (at my own pace) because the modules are available around the clock.
On completion the participant receives two documents:
- Zaświadczenie zgodne z wzorem MEN, a certificate on the Ministry of Education template, which the site says is ready for use in professional records and career development.
- Imienny certyfikat ukończenia kursu, a named certificate of completion confirming the competencies gained.
The FAQ answers the question of whether the documents meet MEN requirements: "jesteśmy Placówką Kształcenia Ustawicznego. Dokumenty są wystawiane zgodnie z obowiązującym modelem MEN" (we are a continuing education institution; documents are issued according to the current MEN model). The site does not claim any further accreditation for individual courses. The occupational therapy path is the one that mentions education points.
Course programs are co-created, the site says, by specialists with experience in education, child development and group work, with an emphasis on practical materials rather than dry theory.
Prices and payment
Unlike many institutional training providers, Eduka Center prints its prices, in złoty, with a crossed-out regular price and a promotional price, plus the lowest price of the previous 30 days as Polish consumer rules require. Examples from the home page:

Smaller bundles such as "Pakiet 3 w 1: Rozwój sensoryczny dzieci" also appear.
Buyers can pay later with PayPo, "zapłać nawet za 30 dni" (pay within up to 30 days), or spread the cost in 0% installments (Raty 0%). The FAQ says the company issues invoices to preschools, schools, nurseries and other educational institutions, so an employer can pay for an individual teacher. A newsletter signup offers a discount code on the first purchase. The footer links to a returns and complaints page (Zwroty i reklamacje).
The offer for institutions
The B2B page is aimed at directors. It promises to take the work of organizing staff development off their hands: "Zdejmujemy z barków Dyrekcji ciężar samodzielnego organizowania rozwoju kadry od zera" (we take the burden of organizing staff development from scratch off the management). It names four types of customer: preschools and nurseries, primary and secondary schools, psychological and educational counseling centers (poradnie), and therapy and speech therapy practices.
The process runs in five steps: a short call after a form, needs analysis and choice of learning paths, a single invoice with wholesale billing suited to the institution's legal form, quick onboarding with individual online logins for each staff member, and completion with documentation for the institution. A dedicated B2B coordinator runs the process, and the page says the coordinator calls back within 24 hours of an inquiry. The consultation is free and without obligation. B2B prices are not printed; they follow the consultation.
The competence areas offered to teams are emotional regulation and difficult behavior, SPE and TUS (including work with children on the autism spectrum and with ADHD), sensory integration in practice, communication with parents, and modern pedagogy and creativity. The page gives anonymized examples: a non-public preschool in the Śląskie region that ran a program on emotional regulation, sensory support and parent communication for 14 teachers; a public primary school in Mazowieckie focused on SPE and certified TUS; a counseling center and therapy practice in Kraków; and a group of institutions in Małopolska that adopted one online system for all staff.
Reviews
The home page shows reviews from Facebook and from the platform. Facebook is summarized as "100% poleca (684 opinie)", 100% recommend across 684 opinions, and individual courses in the store show 4.9-star ratings. Short quotes include "Bardzo praktyczny kurs. Materiały wykorzystałam już następnego dnia w pracy z grupą." (A very practical course; I used the materials the very next day with my group), from Anna, a preschool teacher, and "Prosty proces, szybki dostęp i dokumenty bez problemu." (Simple process, quick access and documents without problems), from Karolina, a nursery carer.
Support
Support runs through the email address szkolenia@edukacenter.pl, a contact page, a help section and an FAQ. The site is in Polish only.
Who it suits
Eduka Center suits Polish-speaking preschool teachers, nursery carers and early-grade teachers who want short, cheap, practical courses with a MEN-model certificate for their professional file, and occupational therapists who need points-bearing training. Parents get a separate, plain-language track. Directors of preschools, nurseries, schools and therapy practices who want one supplier, one invoice and a coordinator for staff training will find the B2B offer built for them.
It does not suit anyone who needs instruction in another language, a university credit, or live group classes on a timetable: everything is self-paced online study. Course creators looking for a platform to sell their own courses are not the audience either.
