Life University

Life University is a Romanian-language online course platform for individual learners, built around recorded video masterclasses taught by named experts and performers. Each masterclass is bought on its own, opens immediately after payment and stays available for good. The platform's FAQ explains the idea: "Prin aceste Masterclass-uri, facilităm legătura dintre top performeri/experți/modele din România sau din lume și oamenii care vor să se dezvolte" (through these masterclasses, we connect top performers, experts and role models from Romania or the world with people who want to develop). Its contact details give an address in București, Sector 6.

The catalog is wide. Alongside personal development it covers health, spirituality, business, beauty, home and lifestyle, coaching, public speaking and performance, so a learner can take a psychotherapy course and a cooking or photography masterclass on the same account.

Inside a masterclass

The three course pages show how a masterclass is built. Lucian Negoiță's psychotherapy course has 38 video lessons and 8 hours of content, organized in sections that move from neuroplasticity and habit formation through the three waves of therapy, attachment styles and schema therapy to anxiety techniques, perfectionism, procrastination, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma and resilience, and couple communication. Dr. Angela Laur's aromatherapy course has 36 video modules and 8 hours, covering the quality of essential oils, internal doses, oils for colds, immunity, skin and digestion, pregnancy and birth, and massage for children and couples. Marius Dumitrenco's coaching course has 28 video modules and runs 5 hours 30 minutes. Recent launches list 35 lessons for toxic relationships, 36 for karmic numerology, 41 for the angels course and 50 for cupping and hot stone massage.

The course pages introduce the teacher in some depth. Lucian Negoiță is presented as a lead psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor with more than 20 years of experience, specialized in cognitive behavioral therapy, schema therapy and Ericksonian clinical hypnosis, and founder of the Emotion Center. Angela Laur is described as an aromatherapist doctor with more than 20 years of experience and a dermatologist.

Everything is recorded, so there are no class times. Lessons play on a PC, laptop, tablet or phone, the videos are optimized for mobile, and a "Continuă curs" button returns a learner to the last lesson watched. Videos cannot be downloaded, and the site warns that any piracy attempt leads to account restrictions and legal sanctions. Access is by username and password for one person per purchase, including purchases made by a company.

Certificates

Each of the three course pages lists "Certificare: DA". At the end of the course, a learner takes an online multiple-choice test and receives a digital, printable certificate of participation issued under the Life University name. The psychotherapy page says there is no extra fee for it, that it can go on a CV, and that it is first of all a sign that the learner has finished the course.

Prices, bonuses and guarantee

All three course pages show the same price, 600 Lei reduced to 499 Lei (-16%). Payment is by card, with immediate access, or by bank transfer, with access once the payment is confirmed. Cash payments at the office are not possible, and a tax invoice arrives by email within at most 15 days. Companies can buy as a legal entity.

Each purchase currently comes with a welcome gift: 5 further courses (John Gray's course on men and women, life coaching, time management, mindfulness and a course on women's balance) and 100 audio book summaries in Romanian, each under 20 minutes, produced by MentorBooks. The coaching page notes that the gift courses cannot be swapped for others and that the offer is available for a limited time.

The guarantee is printed as "100% Garanție 30 de zile" (100% 30-day guarantee). The FAQ explains it: if a learner is not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, they email info@life-university.ro and receive their money back.

Reviews and support

Course pages carry learner ratings and written reviews, which the site compares to the rating systems of booking platforms where real customers leave their opinion; the psychotherapy course shows 9 ratings. One reviewer, Andrei Mirela, praises the variety of topics, exercises and assignments and calls the course "foarte bine structurat, clar și ușor de urmărit" (very well structured, clear and easy to follow). Support is by phone and email, and the menu also links to pages for publishing courses on the platform, an affiliate program and a clients page.

Who it suits

Life University suits Romanian-speaking learners who want to learn a specific subject from a known teacher at their own pace, from psychotherapy and aromatherapy to astrology, cooking or public speaking, and who like paying once and keeping access. The certificate of participation, bonus courses and 30-day refund make a first purchase low risk. It is less suited to learners who do not speak Romanian, those who need an accredited qualification rather than a participation certificate, or anyone who wants live classes with a teacher.
