GrowthDay is a subscription app for personal development, created by high-performance coach Brendon Burchard, who is also its lead trainer. It is built for individual learners who want a daily self-improvement routine rather than a single course: the home page describes it as "Your new daily practice for personal growth!" and says 300,000 achievers use it "to stay motivated, confident, and productive as they become their best selves."
The membership brings together four things: a daily dashboard of short actions that builds a "growth streak", a library of classes and courses from well-known personal growth teachers, live seminars and weekly classes, and Brendon AI, an AI life coach members can text or call at any hour.
The daily practice
The core of the app is the "5 to Thrive" dashboard. Each day a member listens to an inspirational life strategy session from Burchard, called the Daily Fire, then fills out a mindset journal, a checklist and a daily habits score. Completing the five key actions earns a streak. Streaks add up over the month, and the members with the most streaks at the end of the month reach the leaderboard and receive prizes. The site frames the routine around one idea it repeats throughout: "lasting change begins with daily consistency."
The content changes every day. The FAQ answers the question of updates with "YES, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY." Each Daily Fire audio "expires daily and seldom repeats", and members also get a new Featured Video from a personal growth trainer, new mindset prompts and weekly recommendations. The sign-up section promises that members who stay keep receiving the Daily Fire audio every day for a year.
Reviews on the home page describe how members fit this into their lives. Kelli T. writes that "The Daily Fires are part of my morning ritual", SueAnn B. notes "There are a ton of courses that you can listen to while at home or driving your car", and Marleen D. compares the app to a safety net: "if you might fall off the horse, at any time you can climb back on."
The library and live training
The second part of the membership is what GrowthDay calls an all-access pass to personal growth teachers and coaches. The sign-up list puts it at "Over 400 classes and 40 in-depth courses", and another section of the page advertises "2,000+ hours of advanced classes and courses" plus "Unlimited access to masterclasses" of 20 to 60 minutes each. The site says new classes are added every week and that members can learn from "31+ of the world's highest paid coaches." The teachers it names are Brendon Burchard, Ed Mylett, Mel Robbins, Wayne Dyer, Trent Shelton, Lisa Bilyeu and Natalie Ellis.
Topics on the page cover motivation, productivity, mindset, finances, discipline, habits, family, emotions, goals, leadership, stress, health, entrepreneurship, confidence and communication. For people facing a catalog this size, the FAQ adds that GrowthDay recommends what to take.
Live formats run alongside the library. The FAQ lists LIVE weekly classes, watch parties and challenges, and the sign-up list includes "EXCLUSIVE advanced training: FULL TWO HOUR personal development seminar LIVE with Brendon Burchard, each month!" Members also get tools to track and build habits that line up with their goals.
Brendon AI
The third part is Brendon AI, which the site describes as a life coach "available 24/7, whenever and wherever you need it." Members talk to it by text or voice, for help with big decisions, keeping habits consistent, or getting through difficult moments. The site says it is "Trained on the world's largest data set of high-performance training", and the sign-up list calls it the "World's #1 AI Life Coach". For a learner, the practical point is that guidance is available between the scheduled audio and live sessions, without booking a coach.
Community
GrowthDay also offers a community side. Reviews mention growth groups and "a community of like-minded people." Sheryl G. writes "Community is exactly what I've found here" and adds "The growth groups I've joined have given me so much already." Mai T. says she had always wanted "to belong to a community of authentic teachers and members that are always looking to grow", and calls GrowthDay available "at such an affordable price so that many can join in." The home page shows a 4.8 star rating from 1,609 reviews.
Price, trial and refunds
GrowthDay has one published price. The sign-up section reads "Try free for 7 days then $49 per month. Cancel free of charge at any time." The sign-up section adds "Your card will not be charged today", and the FAQ says trial members are not charged until the 7th day. Canceling during the trial, or at any time after, is done by writing to support@growthday.com or through the account settings.
There is also a refund promise: "If for any reason you're not happy with the platform, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription". The sign-up section assigns a "TOTAL VALUE" of $9,000 to the bundle, listing the daily streak app at $499, the AI life coach at $999, the class and course library at "A $5,000+ value!" and the monthly live seminar at "A $5,500 value!" These are the company's own valuations; the price a member pays is the monthly subscription.
Access and devices
After signing up, a new member downloads the app on iPhone or Android, though it also works in any browser. An onboarding questionnaire follows, which the FAQ says is used to "create your best experience." An account works on a smartphone, tablet and desktop, and progress syncs across devices.
The founder behind it
Burchard's profile is central to how the product presents itself. The home page calls him "a #1 New York Times bestselling author" with "5 million fans, 6 best-selling books, 3 million email subscribers", says he "charges over seven-figures per year for coaching" for CEOs, Olympians, startup founders and celebrities, and states that "Forbes, Oprah Winfrey Network, Success Magazine and more have named him the world's leading high performance coach." It also quotes endorsements from Jay Shetty ("Brendon is one of the top coaches in the world"), Tom Bilyeu, Ed Mylett, Mel Robbins and Jamie Kern Lima.
Who it suits
The FAQ says GrowthDay "is for anyone who is serious about their commitment to self-improvement and success", and names entrepreneurs, professionals and students. In practice it suits people who want a structured daily habit more than a single course, who respond to streaks, leaderboards and prizes, and who like Burchard's high-performance style, since he leads the daily audio and the monthly seminar. A broad topic list, from finances and leadership to family and stress, means one subscription covers many areas of life, and the 7-day trial lets a learner test the routine before paying.
It is a weaker fit for someone who wants depth in one professional subject or a credential at the end, because the product is organized around daily motivation and a broad library rather than a certificate path. Learners who prefer to study occasionally may also get less from it, since the streaks, leaderboard and expiring Daily Fire reward showing up every day.
