What InTeach is

InTeach is a French learning management system built around microlearning. Its home page promises "La plateforme intelligente pour former vos équipes" (the smart platform to train your teams), and says InTeach turns your training into short, engaging capsules that can be taken anywhere. The About text calls it "une plateforme LMS française innovante" (an innovative French LMS platform) designed to simplify and optimize the management of online training, with an interface that lets companies, training organizations and individual trainers create, distribute and administer their learning content.

The site serves two kinds of buyer. Companies use it to train their own staff, from onboarding to field teams. Training organizations (organismes de formation) use it to digitize their catalog and deliver their courses to learners. The home page says InTeach has been running for 10 years, is used by 200+ companies and 100k+ users, and claims three times the engagement ("Engagement x3") of traditional methods. The site is in French.

Why the format matters: completion

InTeach sells itself on completion rates. A chart on the home page compares the average learner completion rate with and without it: 84% on the InTeach LMS against 15-20% on classic LMSs. A company article on choosing an LMS repeats the figure for its own customers, saying that among the companies InTeach supports the average completion rate reaches 84%, with 93% of learners saying they have changed their practices for good.

The same article names the three levers it credits for those numbers: short capsules of 3 to 6 minutes ("des capsules courtes de 3 à 6 minutes"), gamification designed to keep people engaged over time, and native mobile access that reaches employees in their daily work. That is the whole design idea. Long modules are cut into pieces short enough to finish between other tasks, and the app keeps people coming back.

What the platform includes

The features section on the home page lists six building blocks, each with a one-line promise:

  • Outil auteur (authoring tool): "Créez sans limites et sans frictions," create without limits or friction. The About text calls the authoring tool powerful and singles it out as one of the things that sets InTeach apart.
  • Intelligence artificielle: AI to speed up the creation of your courses, described in the About text as smoothly integrated into the product.
  • Gamification: to boost engagement.
  • Marque blanche (white label): "Une app à vos couleurs," an app in your own colors, so learners see your brand rather than InTeach's.
  • Suivi & reporting (tracking and reporting): run training with clear data.
  • Studio pédagogique (learning design studio): a done-for-you service. If you have no time, the page says, InTeach creates everything for you ("On crée tout pour vous").

That last item matters for small L&D teams. InTeach is not only software; it will also produce the capsules. The LMS guide adds that InTeach's solutions for companies include a co-design phase with the training team to maximize adoption from the first quarter.

The About text sums up the outcome it aims for: InTeach "accélère l'onboarding, la formation continue et l'engagement apprenant, tout en assurant la conformité réglementaire" (speeds up onboarding, continuing training and learner engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance).

For companies

Under "Entreprises, Formez vite et mieux" (train faster and better), the site lists four uses:

  • Onboarding: keeping new talent from the first day.
  • Skills development: speeding up upskilling across the company.
  • Field training: "Formez le terrain sans l'immobiliser," train field teams without taking them off the job.
  • Social engagement: bringing teams together beyond training itself.

The customer list shows the range: EDF, Société Générale, Doctolib, Pierre Fabre, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Ducray, Bricoman, Huttopia, Renault and Orange appear on the home page under "Solution adoptée chez" (solution adopted at), next to schools such as Université Lyon 3 and IFP School.

For training organizations

The second track speaks to training providers: "Devenez maîtres de vos contenus" (become masters of your content). Three uses are listed: digitizing your training catalog, producing more courses faster, and keeping learners engaged with your courses over time.

Two of the three testimonials come from this side, each saying it is exactly what a training organization needs. Aurélie Majera-Gris, director of CCI Formation Pro, says what convinced her was simplicity for learners, who "apprennent, c'est tout" (just learn), while her team follows everything in real time; the page credits her organization with 6 400 modules completed, 18 learning paths deployed and +35% engagement. Sophie Lambert, training manager at Institut Compétences, praises how clearly learners move through the experience and how her team follows progress live; her figures are 6 800 learners trained, 21 paths deployed and +32% completion.

The third quote is from Jérôme Del'Olmo, director of Rework: "Avant InTeach, nos apprenants décrochaient. Le format microlearning a tout changé" (before InTeach our learners dropped out; the microlearning format changed everything). He adds that learners now come back every day and finish their paths. Rework's figures on the page are +1 200 learners, 43 800 minutes and a 91% completion rate.

How InTeach suggests rolling it out

The company's LMS guide also sets out the deployment method it sees working in its projects, in five steps: agree learning objectives with business managers before building content, run a pilot with a small group to test buy-in, train the administrators and build a core of internal ambassadors, launch with a clear engagement ritual, then measure completion and satisfaction every month and adjust. It also advises testing any platform with a representative panel of learners before signing.

Getting a demo

The site publishes no prices. The route in is a free demo: "En 20 minutes, on vous montre InTeach sur un cas concret de votre secteur" (in 20 minutes we show you InTeach on a concrete case from your sector). The resources section holds a blog, customer cases and guides for training managers, such as the LMS selection guide quoted above.

Who it suits and who it does not

InTeach suits French-speaking organizations whose training problem is that people do not finish it: companies with field and frontline teams, and training organizations that want to move a classroom catalog into a branded mobile app. The done-for-you studio makes it workable for teams without in-house instructional designers, and the white-label app suits training providers who sell under their own brand.

It is a weaker fit for buyers who want the site and sales process in English or published self-service pricing, since the site is French and every route in starts with a demo. Programs built on long, lecture-style courses will need to be reworked into short capsules to get the results InTeach advertises.
