What Zensai is
Zensai is a people development platform that runs inside Microsoft 365 and covers three jobs in one system: learning, performance and engagement. The lms365.com address now opens Zensai's site, and the site's own description says it plainly: "Zensai (previously LMS365 & Weekly10) helps your employees to learn, engage, and perform in the flow of work with Microsoft 365." A team that bought LMS365 or Weekly10 in the past is now dealing with one company and one platform under the Zensai name.
The home page title calls it "Talent Management and Human Success in Microsoft 365." Its tagline sums up the current pitch: "Learning. Performance. Engagement. In Microsoft 365. Powered by agentic AI coaching." The organization description on the site adds that the platform is "built natively inside Microsoft 365 as a Microsoft Certified App" and that connecting all three as one system gives HR and L&D teams a single view of how their people are developing, performing and engaging.
The Human Success idea
Zensai frames its product around a concept it calls Human Success. The home page contrasts it with conventional HR: "Traditional HR manages people processes. Human Success enables people potential and create high performing teams." In practice that means the platform does not treat a course completion as the end point. It tries to connect what people learn with the goals they set, the feedback they get from managers and how engaged they feel at work.
The scope the site describes is broad: "From onboarding and skills development to continuous feedback, sentiment analysis, and succession planning, the Zensai platform helps organizations create the conditions where people and teams thrive and perform." Onboarding and skills development are the classic LMS jobs. Continuous feedback and succession planning are performance management. Sentiment analysis is the engagement side.
Three editions
Rather than one product with add-ons, Zensai sells three editions and describes them as stages of maturity. The site says Zensai "comes in three editions - Grow, Scale, and Transform - so you start at the stage you're at now and progress as your people strategy matures."
- Grow is the learning edition. It is "For organizations building people capability: learning that develops skills rather than just tracking completions, with AI coaching for learners built in."
- Scale connects learning to results. It is "For organizations connecting development to results: continuous performance conversations, goals, and manager coaching alongside learning."
- Transform brings everything together. It is "For organizations that need the full picture: learning, performance, and engagement together, with one board-ready view of organizational health."
For an L&D team shopping for a business LMS, Grow is the entry point. A team that also wants to replace annual reviews with ongoing conversations and goal tracking would look at Scale, and an HR function that wants engagement data and a single leadership report would look at Transform.
Learning inside Microsoft 365
The core design choice is that Zensai lives where employees already work. The home page says HR teams can drive employee impact through learning, engagement and performance integrated into Microsoft 365, and closes with "No disruption, just smarter ways to grow where your teams already work." The main menu has a dedicated Microsoft Integrations section and a product tour, and the latest product update is linked from the platform menu.
For learners, the Grow edition's promise is learning "that develops skills rather than just tracking completions," with an AI coach alongside. The home page puts it in everyday terms: "Whether you're onboarding new starters, gathering feedback, or building teams that perform, Zensai brings coaching to everyday work." For administrators, the point of a Microsoft 365 native tool is that training sits in the environment employees already use every day rather than in a separate system.
Agentic AI coaching
AI is central to how Zensai now presents itself. The site calls it "One AI-agentic platform for Microsoft 365, helping organizations develop their people, strengthen engagement, and improve performance," and describes "Agentic coaching for learning, performance, and engagement." In the Grow edition the coaching is aimed at learners. In Scale, manager coaching sits alongside performance conversations and goals. The resources section reflects the same focus, with an on-demand demo titled "From compliance to performance: How AI is rewriting what L&D can deliver."
Customers and what they say
The home page says Zensai is "Trusted by more than 2000 customers" and elsewhere "Trusted by 2,000+ IT & HR leaders in Microsoft-first organizations." It quotes three named customers:
- Josh Briggs, Head of People Development at DAZN: "We've moved from abstract conversations about performance to real data. For the first time, I'll be able to see 4,900 development goals across our people, in real time. That's huge."
- Ingrid Dueck, Director Organizational Talent & Leadership Development at Kepner-Tregoe: "Zensai makes it easy to stay aligned with what employees are working on, exchange feedback regularly, and encourage transparent, ongoing conversations that support growth."
- Kaitlin Koehler, Senior Talent Development Specialist at First Business Bank: "We reached 99% goal entry across the company. That only happens when people see value in the process."
A featured success story is headed "DAZN redefines global sports performance with Zensai's Human Success Platform." Taken together, the quotes show where customers see the value: goals and feedback made visible across a whole company, not only training records.
Company, partners and resources
The organization data on the site names the legal entity as Zensai International ApS, gives a founding date in 2009 and puts the head count in the 201 to 500 range. The site runs a partner network and names Pax8 under it on the home page.
Zensai publishes a fair amount of learning and HR material. The home page links to a Human Success Playbook report, on-demand webinars such as "The 5 manager behaviours that drive performance" and "How AI is changing work faster than we can keep up," and an open Q&A on the future of L&D with ATD's Rocki Basel. It also lists its presence at events including the Gartner 2026 EMEA HR Symposium/Xpo, the CIPD Festival of Work, the Engage Employee Summit and the ATD International Conference & Expo.
Pricing, support and trust
The main menu links to a Pricing page, and the main calls to action are "Book a demo" and "Take a tour." The site is available in English and German through an EN and DE switch. The footer links to a Help Center, a Trust Center, a data processing agreement (DPA), SaaS terms, terms of use and a contact page, so a security or procurement team has a starting point before the first call.
Who it suits
Zensai fits organizations that run on Microsoft 365 and want training to live there too. The site's own phrase for its customers is "Microsoft-first organizations." It suits HR and L&D teams that see learning as part of a wider people process, with goals, feedback and engagement in the same system, and teams that previously used LMS365 or Weekly10 and want to follow those products into their combined form.
The caveat is the same as the strength. Because the platform is built natively inside Microsoft 365, it makes most sense for a company already committed to that suite. A buyer who wants only a standalone course catalog, with no interest in goals, feedback or engagement, should look closely at the Grow edition, since the rest of the platform is built around connecting learning to those other two areas.
