YOOBIC

Tap a star to rate

YOOBIC is a frontline platform for multi-store retailers. Its homepage calls it retail operations software and says its AI-powered platform unifies task management, communications and learning, "giving HQ real-time visibility and frontline teams the tools to execute flawlessly." Learning is one of its main modules rather than the whole product, which makes YOOBIC a fit for L&D teams in retail who want training delivered on the same phone app that store staff already use for their daily tasks. The site says the platform is trusted by 350+ enterprise brands, and its industry pages cover retail, grocery, convenience stores, fashion and luxury, pharmacy and drug stores, restaurants and quick-service chains, and gym and fitness centers.

The platform modules

The product menu splits YOOBIC into two layers. The execution layer has four parts. Task Management covers missions that are assigned, guided and photo-verified at estate scale. Communications delivers targeted, measurable messages that reach every shift. Learning offers microlearning in the flow of work, with skill gaps found, trained and verified. The AI agents form the fourth group: a Store Manager Copilot, a VM Copilot for visual merchandising, an AI Assistant and a custom AI solution.

The intelligence layer sits above that. YOOBIC Intelligence connects data signals and surfaces them to the right role at the right moment, and the Data Integrations page promises pre-built POS, ERP, workforce and BI connectors with zero migration. The homepage says the platform plays well with an existing stack through +200 integrations, with no rip-and-replace required.

Store staff reach all of it through one mobile app, YOOBIC One, which the site lists as a download. A comparison page on the site describes the experience as device agnostic, running on mobile, tablet and desktop, and says frontline employees should not have to jump between different experiences to find tasks, communications and training.

Learning and training

YOOBIC's learning module is built for short, practical training rather than long courses. The homepage describes bite-sized training delivered in the flow of work, not in a back office, and says product information, procedures and training are available instantly on mobile. Its feature list includes AI-powered course creation, no-code course authoring, learning paths, gamified learning and structured frontline onboarding. Employees can revisit completed training, and the platform supports peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing.

What sets the learning side apart is its link to daily work. The site's line is "Learning that doesn't stop at completion." YOOBIC connects learning directly to tasks and standard operating procedures, keeps training accessible for future reference, and helps employees apply what they learned on the shop floor. A manager who spots an execution gap during a store visit can, in the site's words, fix it in the moment with training tools.

The results YOOBIC quotes from its customers lean on training. The homepage lists a 150% increase in learning program participation, a 137% increase in training completion and a 65% decrease in time spent on SOP training, and the comparison page adds L&D reports that are 12X faster to generate and an 89% frontline employee engagement score. On the site these figures sit next to links to its customer stories rather than beside a named customer.

Tasks, visits and store execution

Tasks arrive, the homepage says, "with context, instructions, and proof-of-completion built in." Photo and video verification means tasks are confirmed rather than just assigned. The feature list adds checklists, conditional logic workflows, multi-step workflow tasks, automated triggers, alerts and flows, incident and issue management, and photo annotation and validation.

For area and field managers, YOOBIC covers store visits and audits. Standardized checklists keep visits consistent, visit summaries generate themselves, and the platform shows which issues are local and which are systemic across territories. The homepage lists a 78% decrease in time spent on daily checks, a 67% decrease in time spent on store admin and 154k hours saved per year on checks and processes among its customer results.

Communications

The communications module handles targeted announcements with read confirmations, two-way feedback and polls, group and one-to-one chat with user status and a do-not-disturb mode, live video, voice notes and audio messages, and employee-generated content. Each shift can start with what the homepage calls a morning briefing: AI-generated priorities based on the store's own data. Audience targeting works down to the individual user.

The AI agents

The Store Manager Copilot "analyzes your data and delivers prioritized, actionable recommendations every week," and the homepage compares it to a personal performance coach for every manager. The site credits its AI recommendations with a +3% revenue figure. The VM Copilot reviews store photos in real time, flags visual merchandising issues and protects campaign execution; the AI visual compliance feature is credited with +0.5pt conversion rate. The AI Assistant gives frontline staff sourced answers from the company's own knowledge without searching documents or interrupting a manager, with a 90% self-serve figure next to it. A custom AI solution turns a business priority into an estate-wide workflow, and the site says it takes 4 weeks to deliver value.

Reporting and analytics

YOOBIC gives each stakeholder a personalized view of performance. The feature list includes real-time dashboards, custom drag-and-drop dashboards, analytics on mobile, operational KPI tracking, historical data retention, easy data export and performance benchmarking against peers, regions and historical data. The homepage adds ROI tracking that connects execution metrics to sales outcomes and AI planning tools that model the impact of operational changes before rollout.

Rollout, integrations and security

An FAQ on the site says most enterprise retailers are fully live within 8-12 weeks, that YOOBIC's own implementation team handles configuration, integration and training, and that it has deployed to networks with 1,000+ stores. Rollouts are phased: advanced audience targeting lets a retailer launch in pilot stores first and expand from there, and white-labeling gives employees an on-brand experience from day one. The company calls its implementation framework YOOBIC Compass and says it was shaped by 350+ retail rollouts. For change management it provides playbooks, in-app onboarding guides and a certification program for super admins, with a Customer Success team involved throughout.

The same FAQ says the self-serve integration center connects to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday) and workforce management tools, and that YOOBIC also offers an API for custom integrations; developer documentation for the YOOBIC Public API is linked from the site. On security, the FAQ states that YOOBIC is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant, and that enterprise SSO, role-based access control and audit logging are built in.

Customers and pricing

The comparison page quotes named customers: Longchamp's global education director (350+ stores on YOOBIC), a district manager at Michaels (1,000+ stores) and Morrisons' group productivity director (450+ stores), who calls YOOBIC "the one place that our frontline colleagues will go for everything." The blog features how Vans simplified store execution ahead of peak season.

No prices appear on the homepage or the product pages; the site links to a separate pricing page and offers demos and product tours. The one commercial term it does publish is the 4-week proof of value: connect your data and prove a first use case, priced upfront.

Who it suits

YOOBIC suits retail chains, grocers, pharmacies, restaurant groups and fitness brands with many sites, where training has to reach staff on the shop floor and the business wants proof that the training changed what happens in store. L&D teams get no-code and AI course authoring, learning paths and gamification, while operations teams get tasks, audits and AI coaching in the same app. The trade-off is scope: YOOBIC is an operations platform first, so an organization that only needs a standalone course library for office staff would use only a slice of it.
