What Vedubox is
Vedubox is an AI-supported learning platform for organizations that train employees, dealers, partners, members and customers, and for academies that sell courses. Its FAQ describes it as "yapay zekâ destekli, hepsi bir arada bir LMS/LXP çözümü" (an AI-supported, all-in-one LMS/LXP solution) designed to turn training and development processes into revenue, and says it gathers training, webinars, exams, compliance reporting and analytics under one roof so teams stop juggling separate tools. The site is in Turkish with an English version, and it says 350+ organizations and 500,000+ users have chosen Vedubox.
The platform is sold in modules: an LMS, live training (a virtual classroom), exam management, certificate management, event management, community management, training sales and a website builder, plus a WhatsApp integration that, in the site's words, carries training into the employee's pocket. The solutions it lists are staff training, customer training, product training, partner training, member training, student training and onboarding.
Courses, content and learning paths
The LMS module is pitched as a way to centralize corporate knowledge, close skill gaps and clear bottlenecks in onboarding. Content and video features include interactive video, a Vedubox content library, Web TV, a watch-again library, microlearning, learning paths, SCORM support, a content marketplace and metaverse-based training. Courses are built in a curriculum builder that organizes lessons into numbered modules, and the platform is multilingual.
The AI Lab handles course production. According to the home page, a single prompt produces lesson content, exam questions, assignments and lesson plans in seconds; instructors can generate curriculum structures, derive multiple-choice questions and personalize material to their learners' levels. The AI feature list goes further: an AI course generator, AI quiz and survey creation, a learning assistant, a personal coach, AI roleplay, a dropout radar, skills analysis and AI cost control.
Live classes, events and community
Live training runs inside the platform. The FAQ says company-wide meetings and real-time workshops can be held without third-party meeting links, and that Vedubox also offers live training management integrated with Zoom, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, recording sessions automatically into an on-demand watch-again library. The live module is meant for in-house workshops, dealer training and customer webinars, and the platform also supports face-to-face and hybrid training and online events.
Engagement features include gamification, a forum, a Q&A module, mentoring, appointment management, messaging and notifications, and announcements. Community management lets an organization set up secure forums among employees, dealers and customers so knowledge gets shared.
Exams, certificates and compliance
The measurement tools cover an exam and question pool, online exam proctoring, tasks and assignments, surveys, certificates, skills tracking, reporting and a calendar. Exam management is described as measuring how well knowledge sticks, checking dealer competency standards and showing the ROI of training. For compliance, the FAQ says the platform offers audit-ready reporting, tracks attendance time and performance, and can fully automate the creation and delivery of verifiable certificates the moment mandatory training is completed. The reporting keeps records of mandatory training completion and certificate validity periods.
Administration is built around units and roles: employees, dealers and members are split into groups and each group is assigned the right training automatically. Login runs through SSO and LDAP, and the integrations list adds Zoom, Teams, Webex and an API. On security, the site says data is held on infrastructure compliant with KVKK (the Turkish data protection law), with role-based access rights and periodic backups. iOS and Android apps give learners interactive video lessons and gamified content on their phones.
Selling courses
Vedubox is also a course platform. The FAQ says an L&D department can become a profit source by packaging training programs for outside stakeholders and selling them through the integrated store. The sales and management features include an online training sales portal, a products module, exam sales, discount codes, automation, brand and landing pages, home page widgets, a multilingual platform and API integrations. A company blog post on setting up an online education site says you can create, manage and sell online courses and set up a course quickly, with self-paced learning, online storage, interactive screen sharing, reporting and certification, a video class library and a smart board. For individuals, Vedubox Tutor is aimed at instructors who give private lessons, consulting and coaching online.
Setup, branding and support
The FAQ says the platform is 100% cloud-based, needs no installation and offers same-day delivery, and that a branded academy portal with a white-label interface can be set up in minutes without code or IT help. Support runs through an information line, two support lines, WhatsApp support, email and a contact form, and the site promises a dedicated success manager from setup to training. The home page says Vedubox ranked high among leading learning management systems on Capterra for functionality and user experience.
Customers
The customer section names Wagner Kablo, Numesys, RE/MAX, Ünlem Sigorta and the Türk Dişhekimleri Birliği (Turkish Dental Association). A Numesys success story explains why the company chose Vedubox for training portals with over 10,000 active users: local, fast support; integration of online payment platforms through the marketplace module; live training, LMS, exams, certificates and gamification in one place; and branding to match its corporate identity. The Wagner Akademi team at Wagner Kablo values being able to measure how training materials perform through the system and to update courses often. Ünlem Sigorta says it could organize onboarding training quickly when hiring many people at once, and that its training and HR costs fell. The site says Vedubox manages training for 15 sectors from one platform, from corporate and franchise networks to healthcare, aviation, tourism, logistics, education and nonprofits.
Pricing
A prices page sits in the main menu, and visitors can start a free trial or request a demo. The blog also points readers to pricing information for Vedubox Premium, the package that bundles the LMS, live training planning, online exams, training sales, gamification, secure exams, interactive video and virtual classroom management.
Who it suits
Vedubox suits Turkish-speaking companies that train large, distributed teams (retail chains, franchise and dealer networks, insurers, banks, healthcare and pharma groups) and want live classes, exams, certificates and community in one branded portal. Training providers and professional bodies that want to sell courses or exams to outside learners get a store built in, and individual tutors have Vedubox Tutor. Organizations that need content mainly in English should check the English version first, since much of the site and its customer base is Turkish.
