Twygo

Twygo is a cloud learning management system for corporate training, sold in Portuguese to companies that want to run their own corporate university, and it has grown into a people development platform for HR teams. The home page calls it "A Plataforma LMS da sua Universidade Corporativa" (the LMS platform for your corporate university) and describes Twygo as the first corporate training management platform to bring the main AI features together in one place. The same platform trains employees, partners and customers, and it can sell courses online through a public storefront. Twygo says companies of all sizes can create, organize and run training without depending on their IT team, and that the platform is ready to use from day one. Its trust figures are large: 33,000+ corporate universities launched, 2.7 million employees trained, 510 thousand courses created and 1.2 million hours of training delivered.

Training teams with the LMS

The LMS centralizes a company's training. Admins publish courses and learning paths (trilhas), follow progress in dashboards and reports with real-time data, record in-person training held at the company and log external training, issue certificates automatically when someone completes content, and automate repetitive tasks. The FAQ lists gamification, quizzes and live broadcasts for engagement, and the platform adds communities, chat and internal communication so learners can interact inside the learning environment. Gamification uses rankings and points; a nurse at Pequeno Cotolengo, quoted on the home page, says competition between staff improved uptake of training for more than 800 employees working different shifts.

Several features stand out. Piloto Automático (autopilot) automates processes to keep people engaged. Magic Link gives learners access to content without a login. Streaming corporativo, called Play, presents the corporate academy in a streaming-style layout. An Ambiente adicional (additional environment) creates a separate space to train only customers or branches; a franchise coordinator at The Coffee says on the home page that this lets the company target content to each operating location. A mobile app puts learning on the phone, and the platform lists audit and compliance resources, control of certificates and learning evidence, and information security and content protection among the features shown in its recorded demo.

Branding is self-service. The learning environment takes your logo and colors on the login screen, learning paths and certificates, without help from IT or a heavy implementation. A Twygo blog post says a company that already has its training content ready can put its corporate university online in one day, and that the team supports migration of historical course and training data from a previous LMS.

AI for course creation and support

AI is optional and available in almost every module, and the company decides where to use it. On the training side there are three tools. The Estúdio de Criação (creation studio) turns documents such as manuals and PDFs into video-narrated courses and, the site says, produces training up to 5x faster. Soph.ia, Twygo's AI agent, builds course structures, writes summaries, generates ideas, drafts video scripts, assembles quizzes and creates videos. The Agente de Atendimento is an AI agent trained on the company's own content that answers employee questions 24/7.

The ready-made catalog

For teams that do not want to build everything, Twygo runs a marketplace of 500+ ready-made courses that a company can buy to start a training program quickly, described on the home page as strategic and relevant to the market. The same catalog is one of the options when creating a course to sell.

People development

Twygo's newer product, which it calls the new generation of people development software, connects training to HR processes. It covers competency management to map what each role requires and find each employee's real gap, performance evaluation with configurable cycles tied to an action plan, feedback with a full history for managers and employees, individual development plans (PDI) that start from the identified gap and link to learning paths, a continuity and succession plan, and a structured onboarding journey for new hires. The FAQ says the modules exchange data: a gap found in a competency assessment automatically becomes a learning path in the LMS. Here AI acts as a copilot for building PDIs, analyzing performance cycles, writing feedback and mapping competencies. The FAQ adds that a company is free to contract only the modules that fit its needs.

Selling courses without a per-sale fee

The course-selling page pitches a storefront with no additional fee per sale: "O que você vende é o que você recebe" (what you sell is what you receive). The storefront (vitrine) is a public page in streaming style, which Twygo calls the "Netflix do conhecimento" (the Netflix of knowledge) with your own brand, using covers, categories and featured courses. The process has four steps: create the course (record it, have Soph.ia generate a narrated video, or pick a ready-made course), build the storefront, connect payments, then promote and sell. Payments connect through Asaas, e.Rede or WooCommerce, accepting card, Pix and boleto, and a free WooCommerce integration takes the storefront onto your own website. Sellers can share a direct link, post on social networks or send by email, create promo codes and discounts, and track conversions with advertising pixels, LinkedIn's among them.

Trial, buying and security

Twygo offers a 14-day free trial with no commitment and no credit card. During it you can try every feature; if you do not continue, the FAQ says the account is deleted and the data inactivated. Sign-up asks for an email address and a WhatsApp number. The pages describing the platform carry no prices; to buy, you contact the specialist team through the site, a WhatsApp form or a scheduled call, and Twygo proposes a solution for training teams, developing people or both. On security, the FAQ says Twygo runs on Amazon Web Services and is working toward full compliance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). The legal section includes a data processing agreement. The company also runs Twygo Connect, a community with webinars, classes and talks for training and development professionals.

Who it suits

Twygo suits Portuguese-speaking companies that want a branded corporate university running fast: an HR team that needs onboarding, compliance and skills training for hundreds or thousands of employees, with AI to turn existing manuals into video courses and gamification to keep frontline staff engaged. Franchise networks and companies training suppliers, representatives or customers can separate those audiences in additional environments. HR teams that want competency management, performance reviews and PDIs connected to training can add the people development modules. Companies or experts that also want to sell courses get a streaming-style storefront without a per-sale fee, using payment methods their buyers already use.

The site is written in Portuguese, so Portuguese-speaking organizations are its clear audience, and buyers have to talk to sales to see a price.
