What Teach Up is

Teach Up is a corporate training platform from Teach Up SAS, a French company whose site says the product is "développé 100 % en France", built 100% in France with its own proprietary AI. It is aimed at companies and training providers: the site's audience menu names large groups, small and mid-size businesses (PME / ETI), and training organizations, and its use cases are employee onboarding, sales training, regulatory training, customer service training and technical training. The home page says more than a million people already learn with it ("Ils sont déjà plus d'un million à apprendre autrement").

The product is built around what the company calls Adaptive Training®, and it is sold in two forms. Adaptive Training® Studio is, in the English menu's words, "An LXP authoring tool to invent new ways of training and improve learning practices", and the French home page adds that it is AI-assisted and compatible with all LCMS and LMS on the market. Adaptive Training® Platform is "An AI-enhanced LCMS to create, deliver and track your trainings", described on the home page as an all-in-one platform. A Services & Support offer sits beside both "to secure your projects and accelerate your impact."

The Adaptive Training method

The home page defines Adaptive Training as an online training method that makes people learn, practice and prepare for real field conditions in a single experience, combining short lessons, situations close to real life and pedagogical coaching. Its pedagogical menu lists four approaches: pedagogical AI, Adaptive Learning, Social Learning and Blended Learning.

Adaptive Learning is the core. The company's LXP guide says that with it, "learners follow modules and paths that adjust in real time to their needs and level", which avoids what it calls the "tunnel effect" of the same content in the same order for everyone. The guide gives a concrete scale: "Teach Up can generate more than 15,000 interactive screens for a 15-minute module, allowing every learner to follow the most suitable path." It also describes a HyperMemorization feature that "creates essential questions to validate knowledge. These questions adapt and repeat in different formats until the learner fully masters the content, reinforcing long-term retention."

Creating training

Authoring is AI-assisted. The features menu promises to "Easily create high-impact learning experiences with our AI Assistant." The LXP guide adds that AI-guided structuring lets authors produce many varied content possibilities quickly, and that by capturing company-specific knowledge the AI helps generate insights and questions aligned with the organization's needs. On the home page, the "30 x plus rapide" figure is attached to the claim that a team can create a module, a practice exercise or a field coach in only a few minutes, with a method the company says anyone can use.

Customer quotes show how this works in practice. Alexandra Prigent, co-founder of Make Me Glow, says her team brings its business expertise and materials and the AI helps structure them pedagogically. Hugues Migeon, a technician and trainer at fischer, says his training center already had many resources and can now reuse them easily in new learning paths, which makes the return on investment almost immediate. Claire Dendary, head of digital learning at FFBB, says that referees, for example, can now create their own practice sessions and focus on substance rather than form: "Une vraie autonomie pédagogique", real teaching autonomy.

On ownership, the home page is explicit: content produced on the platform remains the customer's property, and the customer decides how it is used, distributed and formatted.

What learners get

The learner side follows the features menu. Personalized learning offers "training that adapts to each individual, in real time." AI-coached practice gives teams "realistic, real-world scenarios with AI-generated feedback." Expert Coach aims to "Develop your teams' autonomy with on-demand AI coaching." Simplified delivery promises to "Deliver your content anywhere, anytime, with complete security and ease."

Hugo Ramet, an instructional designer at FCM Travel, sums up the change on the home page: before, a senior employee followed the same training as a junior one; now each learning path is personalized automatically to each person's level and needs. Dan Coulangeon, talent manager at HappyCulture, calls it a playful and concrete approach that gives learners real autonomy, with smooth progression and AI practice that puts them in realistic situations.

Tracking results

For administrators, the learning management feature is there to "Track engagement, measure progress and analyze the impact on team performance." The home page backs the method with three headline figures of its own: "30 x plus rapide" for content creation, "100 % de maîtrise garantie" (100% mastery guaranteed) through adaptive learning that moves every learner forward, and training up to 4.1 times more effective than linear e-learning thanks to the cognitive science built into the solution. These are the company's own claims.

The strongest customer figure comes from Aurore Vinolo, training manager at Groupe Beaumanoir: "En moins de 12 mois, notre équipe de quatre personnes a produit plus de 120 modules et formé plus de 4 500 utilisateurs réguliers." In under 12 months, a team of four produced more than 120 modules and trained more than 4,500 regular users, which she says already shows a tangible ROI.

AI, hosting and responsibility

A section on commitments explains how the company frames its AI: it does not seek to replace people, but helps them design quickly, personalize more finely and keep learners engaged. The platform is hosted in Europe, and the site says it meets demanding security and privacy standards. The AI is proprietary, with generative AI models hosted in Europe, and the company says its technical choices favor useful performance and eco-responsibility.

Pricing and buying

A pricing page sits in the main menu, but the home page carries no prices, and every call to action leads to a demo request. Resources include customer case studies, a blog, guides and e-books, and events and webinars.

Who it suits

Teach Up suits L&D teams in large groups and mid-size companies, and training organizations, that want to move beyond linear e-learning toward short adaptive modules, realistic practice and AI coaching. It fits especially well where skills have to hold up on the job, such as sales, customer service, regulatory and technical training. The Studio option matters for a team that already runs an LMS: it can author adaptive content in Teach Up and keep its existing platform, while the Platform option replaces the stack with one tool.

The main caveat is language and market. The home page and its customer quotes are in French, although English pages exist. A small team that only needs to host a few slide decks would not use most of what the product does.
