Syllog is an Italian corporate training platform from Syllog S.r.l., based in Prato, that combines an AI course authoring tool with a learning management system. The company now calls Syllog "La piattaforma agentica per il Knowledge Transfer aziendale" (the agentic platform for corporate knowledge transfer). Its blog presents it as a new generation of LMS for companies, bringing together intuitive authoring, a complete LMS, advanced tracking and artificial intelligence in a single cloud platform designed for the Italian business context. It is aimed at companies, training bodies and other organizations that need to produce courses from their own material and then deliver and track them, with a strong focus on mandatory training (formazione obbligatoria). The site is published in Italian, English, French and German, and the product menu lists three components: Syllog Hive, Syllog Shape and Syllog Serve.
From documents to courses
The core idea is that a company's existing documents are the raw material for its training. One of Syllog's blog posts describes Syllog AI as "la prima piattaforma AI-first progettata per trasformare documenti complessi (Word, PDF, presentazioni) in corsi multimediali, interattivi e multilingua" (the first AI-first platform designed to turn complex documents, such as Word files, PDFs and presentations, into multimedia, interactive and multilingual courses). The functions it lists are automatic course creation from existing texts; generation of quizzes, exercises and assessment tests; automatic translation into several languages; realistic AI voice-over for professional narration; and an LMS dashboard for user management and reporting on training results.
The company stresses that it does not produce isolated pieces of a course, such as only the quiz or only the video. In its own words, Syllog AI "costruisce interi percorsi formativi già pronti per la fruizione e la certificazione" (builds entire learning paths that are ready to be taken and certified). For a training manager this means a policy manual or an operating procedure can go in at one end and come out as a structured course with lessons, exercises and a final test, already sitting in the platform where it will be assigned. The narration and translation steps matter for companies whose staff work in more than one language, since the same source document can produce several language versions of the course. The blog's call to action promises that after a free demo a team can start creating courses within minutes.
The LMS side
Because authoring and the LMS live in the same platform, a course does not have to be exported from one tool and uploaded into another. Syllog's guide to LMS for companies describes what the platform is used for: creating learning paths, assigning them to specific groups, evaluating progress, and demonstrating compliance for regulatory or quality purposes. The guide sets out the benefits it expects from an LMS in general: courses available on demand at any time for any team, complete progress tracking that also helps during audits, centralized management of training even across thousands of employees, and lower costs through less classroom time and more self-directed learning. It then states that whether a company manages training for 50 or 5,000 employees, Syllog lets it create, assign and monitor courses in a few clicks, with the Syllog team always at its side. The pitch behind it is that a modern LMS is no longer just a shelf of courses (uno "scaffale" di corsi) but a living platform, and that for Italian companies it is the tool for managing mandatory training, standardizing processes and growing their people in a measurable way. The guide's contact form promises help managing training in a centralized, fast and documented way.
The second blog post adds that the platform lets companies, training bodies and organizations produce complex multimedia courses, manage both internal and external training, work without language barriers, and monitor and improve how effective their training is through advanced reports. That makes Syllog relevant both for employee training and for organizations that deliver courses to people outside the company, such as a training body serving its clients.
Accessibility
Accessibility comes up more than once. The LMS guide lists accessibility, "come richiesto anche in Italia dal 2025" (as also required in Italy from 2025), among the criteria for choosing a platform, next to ease of use, in-platform authoring, tracking and reports, and support. Syllog also offers to help companies that already have training material make it compliant with the new accessibility rules, which is useful for an organization with a back catalog of older courses.
Turnkey courses
Alongside the software, Syllog sells course production as a service. Its "Corsi chiavi in mano in poche ore" (turnkey courses in a few hours) offer is meant for a company that has a new regulation or operating procedure to roll out to its people quickly: Syllog's team turns the material into an interactive course in a short time. Prices start "a partire da 500€/corso" (from €500 per course) and include document gathering, instructional design, customized content and dedicated support. This is the only price on the pages; the platform subscription sits behind a pricing page and a demo.
Industries and resources
The solutions menu points the product at compliance, HR, operations, and marketing and sales teams, and at the pharma, financial services, manufacturing and public administration (pubblica amministrazione) sectors. The site also has customer stories, an integrations page and a blog with further guides, including articles on LMS with artificial intelligence, the basics of what an LMS does, and a comparison of free and paid LMS options.
Who it suits
Syllog suits Italian companies and public bodies that have a steady flow of regulations, procedures and internal documents to turn into training, and that want course creation and tracking in one place. Compliance, HR and operations teams in pharma, financial services and manufacturing are the clearest fit, especially where courses need narration or several language versions and where audit evidence of completion matters. Teams that would rather not build courses themselves can hand a document to Syllog's team and get a turnkey course back at a published starting price. The marketing, the regulatory focus and the accessibility work are written for the Italian market, so the product is most at home with organizations operating there.
