What SuperPath is

SuperPath is a learning management system for companies that train their own staff, and its blog describes it as "an Australian all-inclusive LMS." The home page tagline is "Learning made simple", and the product promises to help teams "create deploy automate track all learning in one place" for onboarding, compliance and upskilling. The idea behind the pricing is that the LMS, a ready-made content library, an AI authoring tool and integrations come in one subscription rather than as separate purchases. SuperPath describes the result as an intelligent learning orchestration system that automates the learning workflow and delivers the right content when it is needed. The solutions it names cover retail, hospitality, healthcare, finance, associations, not-for-profits, modern workforces such as tech companies, startups, scaleups and education providers, and contingent workforces in construction, engineering and manufacturing.

Building and running training

Pathways are the core. Admins build structured learning programs for compliance, onboarding and upskilling from any content, and assign them to teams. The AI Course Builder is pitched as a learning and development assistant available 24/7 that generates course outlines, content suggestions and interactive elements, and the home page promises courses designed "in minutes with AI assistance." A customer at Van Diemans Ice Creamary says the AI course builder helped convert their old policy documents into training. Forms and quizzes validate what people have learned for compliance purposes or take a pulse survey of the team, and Events adds and tracks face-to-face training, conferences and workshops alongside online learning.

SuperPath also tracks learning that happens elsewhere. The home page says it covers "a course, video, document, policy, event, SCORM,CPD, certificate, podcast, webinar". The company's blog adds the details for regulated teams: SCORM 1.2 to 2004 import for existing content, certification and renewal management, CPD support and reporting, and audit-ready records designed around Australian compliance training requirements.

Workflows automate repetitive tasks and notifications. Analytics and reporting cover training reports, completion across the organization, engagement analytics, learning hours and how effective content is for upskilling, all available without extra setup. Skills-based learning tracks competencies across the workforce and its learning activities.

Content, roadmaps and social learning

The Content feature is a built-in library of ready-made online training that comes in the customer's branding and can be edited to fit the organization. According to the blog, this includes an Australian compliance course library of 15 courses, with a soft-skills library on the way. David Anderson of SoftwareSeni says his team used "library training modules for Scrum, Product Management, and Developer training" and manages its annual refresher training for security compliance on the platform. Josh Vermey of Complete Scaffold writes that "SuperPath's off the shelf compliance pack is just what we needed to meet our regulatory requirements."

Roadmaps map career progression and the skills required at each role level. Managers set the key behaviors and skills for each level, assign levels to people, and let employees explore their own growth. The Knowledge Base centralizes and shares internal company knowledge, Discussions turn learning into a conversation between colleagues, and Social Learning lets teams celebrate learning success. The home page says the platform is simple and easy to use on any device.

Integrations and pricing

SuperPath connects to other systems through an integrations directory, a developer API with an API reference, and webhooks, and the home page says integrations automate learning activities and reporting. The blog says premium HRIS integrations are included in the subscription rather than sold as add-ons.

Pricing is published. The blog lists SuperPath from AUD $5 per user per month, with custom pricing for bigger teams and not-for-profits, and says the one price includes all features, all integrations, the content library, custom branding and priority support. The home page sums it up as "One price, unlimited access, no hidden costs." Buyers can book a demo or request a 30 day free trial, and the blog says implementation and migration support are part of the subscription rather than billed as professional services. Local Australian support, training and implementation come directly from SuperPath rather than through a reseller. For self-service help there is a Help Centre with FAQs, a product updates feed and a partner program for organizations that want to work with SuperPath.

Customers and what they say

The blog names published customers ranging from small teams to Altus Traffic, with 6,000+ staff across Australia and New Zealand, along with Energy Queensland, Siemens, Wuchopperen Health Service and Richard Crookes Constructions. The home page carries named testimonials. Kate Bartlett, Chief People Officer at Bongiorno, writes that "We've found SuperPath's LMS to be an invaluable tool in streamlining our employee training and development." David Anderson, Director at SoftwareSeni, says "We've found the stability and support to be excellent and the product has the features we require for our team of 200." Sarah Stone, Co-Founder of linkABLE, reports that "90% of LinkABLE customers choose or switch to the SuperPath platform after experiencing its impact on their employees." Nicola W of The Centre for Women & Co. says the partnership will help her organization get its Raise the Bar program out to more people and businesses across Australia, and Carmi Caetano, L&D Coordinator at SkinKandy, writes that "The SuperPath platform has enabled us to scale our in store learning to the next level."

The blog also quotes customer reviews from G2. Altus Traffic, which runs learning for more than 6,000 staff, says "For administrators and L&D teams, the biggest shift has been the clarity of reporting and ease of management." Roof Racks Galore writes that "customer service and technical support are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve meaningful outcomes." The same post lists Fuelfix, St Anna's Aged Care and Intrepid Cleaning among organizations that moved their training onto SuperPath from another provider.

Who it suits

SuperPath suits Australian organizations, from small teams to workforces of several thousand, that want compliance training, onboarding and career development in one system with a price they can read on a website. The included compliance pack and Australian support make it a natural fit for retail, hospitality, healthcare, aged care and construction employers with mandatory training, and the AI Course Builder helps teams turn their own policies and procedures into courses quickly. Associations and not-for-profits get their own solution pages and custom pricing. The blog notes that the compliance library is Australian-focused, so organizations that want a large global catalog from day one may want to add other content.
