SmartLearn LMS

Tap a star to rate

SmartLearn LMS is a learning management system for health, safety and environment (HSE) training, built for organizations where training records have to satisfy regulators and stand up to audits. Its home page calls it an "AI-Powered Safety Compliance Platform" and pitches it to HSE leaders who need to build a safer workplace "Minus The Tech Hassle." The industries it names are high-risk ones: construction, manufacturing, oil, gas and energy, mining, healthcare and hospitals, logistics and warehousing, and transportation, with a separate track for corporate teams. Manufacturing gets its own page, which describes the product as designed for the factory floor: deskless, multi-site and compliance-first. The pricing section is written for buyers in the GCC, and the latest updates mention exhibiting at HSE Week Summit UAE 2026 in Abu Dhabi.

Compliance and safety training

The manufacturing page sets out the compliance engine. Training is mapped automatically to OSHA standards, GMP requirements and ISO 9001, and audit-ready reports are available at any time with digital signatures and timestamps. The standards it lists as supported are OSHA (general industry and construction), GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, and FDA 21 CFR for pharma and food manufacturing. The FAQ says the reports show who completed what, when and with what score.

Certification renewals are automated: admins set reminders and escalation rules so workers renew before a certificate expires, without someone chasing them by hand. Real-time dashboards show compliance rates by site, team or individual, and the data exports to PDF or CSV for external audits. An audit trail logs every user interaction, and the home page's core features add push notifications for updates and reminders, learning paths that move learners step by step from basics to advanced material, interactive assessments with quizzes and tests, and automatic digital certificates on course completion.

Two newer modules carry their own names. SparkFlow Engine handles automated HSE compliance tracking, and SparkAnimate supplies animated safety training content. The home page describes custom 2D animations that illustrate real-world safety scenarios, emergency procedures and SOPs, and the company also offers ready-to-use onboarding, compliance and skills training content "designed by 2D experts", including new-hire paths meant to get employees job-ready faster.

AI features

SmartLearn's integrated AI helps HSE teams build safety modules, update compliance content and give personalized learning support to everyone from floor workers to site managers. The FAQ lists its AI features as content recommendations, automated assessments and personalized learning paths, and a chatbot gives learners instant support. The home page adds that the AI can auto-generate onboarding FAQs, quizzes and workflows to save HR hours.

Built for deskless, multi-site workforces

Factory and site workers rarely sit at a desk, and the product is built around that. Workers can complete training on shared tablets on the shop floor or on their own phones, through native apps for iOS and Android or the responsive web version. Offline mode lets learners download content and sync it when they are back online, so training continues where Wi-Fi is unreliable. The home page also mentions on-the-go access to HSE modules, incident reporting and refresher training.

Multi-site management covers unlimited plants, departments, shifts and learner groups. Admins at each plant manage their local training while head office keeps full visibility across all locations. The regional section names factories and industrial groups in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore and Surat; UK manufacturers, with compliance to UK HSE standards; GCC manufacturers, with support for ADNOC, OSHA and regional standards; multi-language support across Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand; and Australia, where it says it is Safe Work Australia compliant.

Content, setup and integrations

Getting started takes four steps on the home page: describe the training and learners, white-label the platform with logo, colors, domain and email templates, upload courses and enroll users, then track and report. Admins can upload PDFs, videos, SCORM packages and quizzes and build their own quizzes and assessments. SmartLearn fully supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 and xAPI (Tin Can), and tracks completion, scores and time-on-task for every package, so content from any authoring tool can be reused. Learners are invited in bulk or enrolled automatically through an HR system sync, and the FAQ says SmartLearn integrates with popular HR systems, video platforms and third-party tools, and supports automated enrollment, notification and completion workflows.

On security, the home page lists an ISO 27001-aligned security framework, VAPT approval, end-to-end data encryption, a GDPR-ready data protection framework, single sign-on support, secure multi-device authentication and multi-region hosting, and carries the line "SOC 2 & GDPR Compliant." Support runs 24/7 by email, phone and live chat, according to the FAQ.

Pricing and trial

SmartLearn publishes a starting price: from AED 5.5 per user per month, approx. USD 1.50, based on teams of 3,000+ users. Pricing is volume-based, so the per-user cost falls as the number of licensed users rises, and the final figure depends on user count, modules selected and contract length. The FAQ describes plans from basic to enterprise with custom quotes. A 6-month free trial needs no credit card and gives full access, and the manufacturing page offers a free 30-minute demo tailored to the industry and team size.

Results the site reports

The manufacturing page quotes Rajesh Kumar, HSE Manager at IndoSteel Group (1,400 employees): "We went from chasing paper certificates across 4 plants to having full OSHA compliance visibility in a single dashboard. SmartLearn paid for itself in the first audit." The same case lists a 60% reduction in compliance admin time, a 97% OSHA completion rate and 0 failed audits since go-live. The page says SmartLearn is trusted by 200+ manufacturing teams worldwide, and the home page reports an 87.6% completion rate for its courses and 100,000+ courses.

Who SmartLearn fits

SmartLearn fits HSE managers and training leads in manufacturing, construction, energy, mining, logistics and healthcare who need to prove that every worker on every shift has current safety training. The offline mode, shared-tablet use and plant-level administration make most sense for multi-site operations with deskless staff, and the per-user price at volume is aimed at large workforces, especially in the GCC. Teams without their own material can start from the ready-made and animated safety content.

It is an internal training and compliance tool, not a platform for selling courses to the public. Office-based companies can use it through the corporate teams track, though its depth is clearly in safety and regulatory training. For a plant network that wants audit-ready records, a long free trial and a published starting price, it is a practical option to evaluate.
