Skolarli

Tap a star to rate

Skolarli is a Bangalore-based platform, run by Skolarli Edulabs Private Limited, that brings hiring assessments, certification and corporate learning together. Its home page leads with Skolarli Assess, an AI-proctored assessment and interview product, and sets it beside two others: Skolarli Certify for verifiable digital credentials and Skolarli Learn, a learning experience platform for company training. A fourth product, Skolarli Kreator, is a course platform for independent creators and academies. For an L&D team the draw is having the assessment, the training and the credential in one system. The FAQ says each product can be bought on its own, and customers who use more than one get unified user management, shared analytics and bundle pricing. The site describes itself as "Built for India" and names Microsoft for Startups, AWS Activate, NASSCOM and Razorpay Rize as backers.

Skolarli Learn for company training

Skolarli Learn is presented as a Learning Experience Platform "built for working professionals, not students in a classroom." Learning paths map content to where each employee is now and where they are heading, and the page says succession planning is built into how learning happens. Delivery can be trainer-led, self-paced or microlearning: live cohorts when a topic needs a coach, self-paced material when it does not, and short lessons for everything in between. A training batch scheduler handles cohorts, and a 360-degree feedback system lets learners, mentors and managers all weigh in on what is working. The company also runs Skolarli Akademy programs, and the testimonials on the home page come from professionals who took its Generative AI and Digital Marketing workshops.

The AI tools for learning carry the SkoAI name. SkoAI Pathway builds KPI-driven learning paths. SkoAI Coach is "Always-on knowledge AI with citations", a knowledge base trained on the organization's own content, so employees can ask it instead of pinging a senior colleague on Slack. SkoAI Translate handles multilingual video, audio and captions, SkoAI Generate drafts a curriculum from any topic in seconds, and SkoAI Quiz builds question banks from the company's own material. The site says the LXP is server-rendered and progressively enhanced, built for shared bandwidth, mid-tier devices and patchy connections.

The use cases cover employee training, onboarding, partner training for resellers, channel partners and franchisees, compliance training "with audit-ready trails", and customer training. The industry pages name pharma (MR training, compliance and product knowledge), frontline retail staff, hospitality service standards, BPO agent ramp-up and ongoing certification, and IT services, where role-aligned learning paths aim to reduce bench time.

Skolarli Assess and Skolarli Certify

Assess runs aptitude tests (reasoning, logic, numerical and verbal ability), coding assessments in a browser-based IDE with live execution and test cases, behavioral assessments, communication checks, case study interviews and structured video interviews, async or live, scored against rubrics. Proctoring uses face and voice biometrics, and the page cites 400+ facial recognition points plus voice fingerprinting. For high-stakes rounds, a desktop app called the Skolarli Integrity Browser seals the candidate's environment. The home page says it blocks 95% of popular AI tools, along with virtual machines, remote control, screenshots and tab switching, and logs every attempt against a 0-100 trust index. The FAQ adds that screening tests and practice rounds run in any standard browser, so the lock-down is chosen per assessment. An AI scribe takes notes during interviews, and each candidate ends in a decision-ready dossier that can be exported to an ATS. SkoAI LATS, a lite ATS for small and medium enterprises, is also on offer.

Certify issues branded, verifiable credentials. Organizations can run paid certification programs, charging for access with Razorpay-backed payments, where candidates earn the credential by clearing a proctored assessment. Credentials carry the issuer's logo, colors and subdomain, every one has a public verification URL, and learners get shareable public credential profiles. Partner programs offer white-label certification for training partners.

Skolarli Kreator for creators and academies

Kreator is the course platform for independent creators, coaches and academies. Its central term is the fee model: "No revenue share. Ever. A flat annual fee. 100% of what your learners pay goes to you." The worked example on the site prices the Kreator Solo tier at ₹29,000 as a flat annual fee, and its terms table lists no transaction fee per sale. The feature list covers drip courses, paid courses, free courses and cohorts, mock tests and test series, verifiable certificates with public URLs, in-browser code execution in several languages, a full audit trail per attempt, AI proctoring with anomaly detection, the Integrity Browser, the SkoAI curriculum and question bank generators, and a knowledge bot grounded in the creator's own content. SkoAI Translate covers 8 Indian languages, and GST invoicing is built in.

Kreator does not try to be a website builder, CRM or community platform. Creators embed it on their own site with one line of JavaScript or point their domain at the hosted player, and a custom domain is included on every tier. Live classes run on the creator's own Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, Teams or Jitsi account. A switching offer running through March 2027 gives creators moving from another platform 20% off the first year on all Kreator tiers, free migration of courses, learners and certifications, go-live in about 7 days, and a direct line to the team for the first 90 days. The refund terms read "30-day money-back guarantee. No questions." After that, billing is annual and non-refundable, but the plan can be downgraded or canceled for the next term at any time.

Integrations, security and support

The home page counts 31+ integrations. The FAQ names Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, Okta, Greenhouse, Lever, HubSpot and Salesforce out of the box, with webhooks and a REST API for anything else. The integrations section adds Webex, Jitsi Meet, WhatsApp, Kaleyra, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Brevo, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Microsoft Clarity. White-labeling covers custom domain, logo, colors and email sender across Learn, Assess and Certify.

Data sits in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) by default, with TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, keys in AWS KMS, role-based access and audit logs on every action. The site says it is aligned with the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR, lists SOC 2 as in progress and ISO 27001 as on its roadmap, and says customer data is never used to train AI models. Every customer gets a dedicated CSM, in-app chat, docs and a service desk; Enterprise plans add SLA-backed response times, quarterly business reviews and a named technical account manager. Kreator customers are told they talk directly to the founders, product managers or engineers.

According to the FAQ, most teams run their first cohort or assessment within 2 weeks, while larger rollouts with custom integrations take 4-6 weeks. Pricing scales with usage, typically active learners for Learn, candidates assessed for Assess and credentials issued for Certify, with no per-admin or per-feature charges. The site publishes no rates for these three; it quotes on volume after a demo. The home page reports 5K+ proctored assessments, 5K+ hours of learning delivered, 10K+ learners across programs and a 4.5/5 average CSAT across cohorts.

Who it suits

Skolarli fits Indian companies that want to connect hiring and training: a BPO or IT services firm that screens candidates with proctored tests, onboards them on the LXP and certifies them at the end, or a pharma company training medical representatives on compliance. Training providers that sell certifications get a ready way to charge for programs and issue credentials that employers can check in one click. On the creator side, Kreator suits course creators with paid programs, academies running multi-cohort batches, tech bootcamps and certification programs, especially those who already have a website and want to keep it. The site itself says it is not the right fit for free hobby content, fitness courses that need in-person supervision, creators who want a built-in landing page builder or community features, or text-only courses with no assessment needs.
