What it is
Seturon is a learning management system from Seturon S.A., a company based in Luxembourg and a member of the Luxembourg-City Incubator. Its home page describes a platform that gives learners a personalized, engaging education on any device, and the site sells it to three groups at once: companies training employees and sales teams, schools (vocational schools in particular), and experts who want to create and sell their own courses. Menu pages also address nonprofits and fitness businesses. Next to the software, the company runs a course production service that researches, writes and films courses for clients.
That spread explains where it sits on this site: business LMS first, with memberships under course platforms for creators and school LMS for vocational training providers.
What users get
Building courses. Courses are made from blocks. The platform page lists interactive blocks including longreads, videos and "various types of tests with manual or automatic checking", and the mobile page adds templates, assignments, assessments, checklists, cards, quotes, examples and images with pins. Assignments let students type answers or attach files. Courses are divided into sections and smaller blocks for what the site calls microlearning. Every plan includes an AI-powered course builder and course templates. One customer review quoted on the site describes the editor as dragging blocks around "like I'm building with Lego".
Adaptive learning. This is the feature the company leads with. The home page says one adaptive course can serve students with different experience, learning speed and interests. Course authors can design pre-assessments that give extra material to those who need it, add learning tracks for a personalized route, and choose from five self-assessment question types. The mission statement on the About page names adaptive learning paths as the main way the company wants to make e-learning personal.
Live and blended delivery. Seturon is not only self-paced. The mobile page says instructors can organize 1-to-1 or group live sessions, and the schools page lists live online learning through integrated Zoom sessions, self-paced courses and hybrid learning that combines the two. The schools page also says a school can switch from offline to online, or from webinars to self-paced learning, without starting over.
Managing learners. Administrators add users by invitation, one by one or in bulk, and their first courses are assigned automatically. Learners can be grouped and given courses, and courses can also be opened to anyone through a link. The platform sends notifications, invitations and deadline reminders. Role-based access separates administrators, instructors, learning designers and students. Learners give feedback on a whole course or on single blocks through a reaction feature, and the platform page says chats, comments and gamification are coming.
Reporting. The platform page promises real-time or scheduled reports, dynamic dashboards and Excel exports. The schools page adds attendance rates, individual and group progress, instructor performance metrics and custom reports.
Mobile and branding. Courses run on the web and on mobile, and the mobile page offers "instant access to your training programs without passwords, additional applications and borders!" A branded mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android, published under a name the customer chooses, is offered as an option. Logo and color customization is in every plan; white label with a custom domain (CNAME) comes with the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Selling courses. For creators, every plan includes Stripe and Paddle payments, and the pricing page says "We don't take any additional fees for payment processing." The schools page adds PayPal for tuition and Salesforce and HubSpot for student management.
Integrations and standards. All plans support SCORM 2004 and 1.2 and embed content from YouTube, Vimeo, Muse.ai, Quizlet, Wordwall, Google Docs and Miro. The Enterprise plan adds custom integrations and custom features built on request.
Plans and prices
The pricing page lists four plans, each with a 30-day free trial and no credit card required, and a 20% discount for annual payment.
- Basic, €39 a month, for 1-500 users, with 1 admin seat and email and chat support.
- Growth, €59 a month, for 500-2000 users, with 5 admin seats and priority email and chat support. It is marked as the most popular.
- Pro, €99 a month, for unlimited users, with 10 admin seats, a dedicated account manager, and white label and CNAME support.
- Enterprise, priced on request, for unlimited users, with unlimited admin seats, custom analytics, custom integrations and custom features on demand.
Every plan includes the AI course builder, unlimited courses, group user management, a 50 GB file storage limit and custom certificates with your own logo and background. The FAQ says there is no setup fee, accounts can usually be set up within a day, plans can be upgraded, downgraded or canceled at any time with access running to the end of the billing period, and a customer who passes the user limit of a plan has to upgrade. Payment is by major credit cards or bank transfer. Support covers email and phone plus guides and tutorials, according to the FAQ.
Services and compliance
The company also builds courses. Its services include rapid e-learning development, with a course delivered three weeks after the contract is signed, localization into other languages, bespoke content, team training programs such as compliance or leadership courses, video shooting assistance and full design and editing. Seturon itself is offered in English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, and the schools page says the company will localize it into another language on request. The pricing page states that the platform is "fully GDPR compliant", and the schools FAQ adds data encryption and strict access controls. The schools page also offers the first 50 school clients a free consultation and a personalized scaling plan.
Who it suits and who might look elsewhere
Seturon fits a training team or a vocational school that wants adaptive courses, live and self-paced delivery on one platform, and a flat monthly price set by user count rather than per seat. The Basic plan's cap of 500 users and a single admin suits a small academy or a solo creator selling through Stripe or Paddle, while Growth and Pro cover larger teams that need more administrators or their own domain. Schools in Europe will note the Luxembourg base and the GDPR statement.
The trade-offs are visible on the pricing page. The 50 GB storage limit is the same on every plan, including Enterprise, so video-heavy courses are better hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or Muse.ai and embedded. Social features such as chats, comments and gamification are still listed as coming rather than available.
