What it is

SeekLMS is a cloud learning management system sold in two editions: a Learning Management System for organizations training employees, partners and customers, and Online Academy Software for trainers and academies that sell courses under their own brand. The home page sums up the pitch as "Train Better, Work Smarter" and describes an "intuitive, fully-featured cloud LMS". The contact address in the footer is in Bangalore, India, and the free-trial sign-up form asks new users to accept the terms of service of CloodOn.

The site splits its audience three ways. Corporate L&D teams use it for employee onboarding, sales enablement, compliance, partner and leadership training. Academies use it for professional certifications, test prep, creative arts, and schools and universities. Nonprofits and NGOs use it for livelihood skills, life skills, training for special needs and environment and community programs. Use-case pages cover employee, sales, customer, partner, operations and compliance training, and industry pages cover banking and finance, healthcare, technology, retail, hospitality and nonprofits. The home page says the system has tools for every role involved, from talent and development managers and content creators to coordinators, instructors, administrators and learners, and that settings expose practices the company has refined over years, so a team can start simply and switch on more configuration as its needs grow.

What users get

Building courses. The authoring tools are built in. The home page lists docs, video, interactive video, annotations, assessments and completion rules among the building blocks, plus SCORM and TinCan (xAPI) content, and says courses can carry "interactive videos, completion criteria and access and traversal rules." Teams can create courses, learning paths and certificate programs with the same tools. The partner training page adds that content can combine text, images, audio and video, can be updated at any time, and is only visible to the learners you approve.

Delivering them. SeekLMS is not limited to self-paced courses. The delivery modes on the home page are Self Study (MOOC), Live Online, Blended and In-campus, and administrators manage cohort creation, scheduling, enrollment, communication and certification from the platform. Drip content, notifications, discussions and automations are listed alongside. Learners can be split into segments by department or level, each with its own courses.

Keeping learners engaged. Gamification covers points, levels, badges, a leaderboard and push notifications. Learners get native mobile apps that work across devices, and the home page mentions an "offline Learning option".

Tracking and certification. Reports cover progress, time spent, drip assessments, learning outcomes, star and NPS ratings and analytics. The partner training page says administrators can grade assessments and quizzes, track completion at organizational and individual level, and see how long each person took to finish. Recertification is automated: set a re-enrollment date "once a year or once in two years", and the system notifies learners and can resend a renewal course without an administrator logging in.

Employee and partner training. For employee training the home page lists data security, single sign-on, extensible user profiles, reports, supervisor oversight and HRMS integrations, and states that the system is GDPR ready and WCAG2 compliant (written on the page as "WCAG2 Complaint"). For partner and customer programs, the LMS can run multiple portals, giving each partner its own portal and branding while you manage all of them from a single account, with single sign-in for access. Partners can also create courses of their own. This is the extended enterprise side that puts SeekLMS in the customer education list too.

Selling courses. The Online Academy Software is the course platform side. Its page sums it up as "Don't get lost in a marketplace. Create your brand." A creator configures course settings including delivery mode, progression, completion criteria and pricing, then builds a website with the WYSIWYG editor, choosing logo, domain, theme and payment gateway. Learners enroll by registering, picking a course and paying. Leads come in through website contact forms and guest registrations, and promotions run on discount coupons. The home page adds a course catalog builder, pricing rules and SEO-friendly pages, lists blogs, surveys and ratings among its free add-on tools, and the whole system is white-labeled with your own domain, theme and logo.

What the company publishes

The home page and the academy page quote no plan prices; both offer a free trial and a demo instead. The home page does promise "Unlimited storage, courses & bandwidth" and "No hidden fees or surprises with SeekLMS." Hosting is in the cloud, with "No need to install, upgrade or backup anything."

The customer stories give the clearest sense of scale. Shankar Mahadevan Academy, which teaches styles of Indian music, shows 74 countries, 428 courses and 24K+ learners next to its founder's quote that SeekLMS "gave us the power and speed to setup and scale our operations rapidly." The Bangalore Fetal Medicine Center runs certification courses in ultrasound imaging with video lectures, image assessment and discussion forums, with faculty grading students and giving feedback. EnableIndia's Enable Academy, a resource for persons with disability, NGOs and training institutions, shows 72k+ stakeholders, 11k+ leaders, 20K+ people with disabilities served and 350+ locations; its CEO calls SeekLMS "a user friendly and accessible platform". Physis and TOPXIGHT add testimonials that single out the support team, with Physis calling it "exceptional and a delight to work with". The academy page lists the domains its academies come from: test prep, music, art, leadership, wellness, technology, photography, education, differently abled, voice training, healthcare and skills training.

Support runs through a helpdesk, an email address and an Indian phone line, and the company offers a downloadable Insider's Guide to Setting up an Online Academy.

Who it suits and who might look elsewhere

SeekLMS suits an organization that wants one system for staff, partner and customer training, with live and blended delivery as well as self-study, automated recertification, and separate branded portals for each partner. It also suits a trainer or small academy that wants to sell under its own domain without stitching a website, a payment setup and an LMS together, and nonprofits running skills programs where accessible design matters, as the EnableIndia story shows.

It is a weaker fit for a buyer who wants to compare published plan prices before talking to anyone, since the pages route that through a trial or a demo. A creator who wants the built-in audience of a course marketplace is also not the target: the academy edition is explicitly about building your own brand rather than being listed beside other instructors.
