Quicker Learning

Quicker Learning, also branded QL LMS, is a Swedish learning platform for creating e-learning and teacher-led courses in the same system. It serves three kinds of buyer: training companies that sell courses, organizations that train their own staff, and organizations that educate customers, partners or members. The homepage headline calls it a "Svenskt LMS utbildningsplattform med drift i Sverige" (Swedish LMS training platform run in Sweden), and the FAQ sums up what sets it apart: BankID login, all storage in Sweden and Swedish support. The company's stated vision is to make the digitization of training simple and effective, and it promises to start a new customer's LMS environment the same day.
What a training team gets
Building courses. Every administrator can create courses. A drag-and-drop authoring tool with ready-made templates lets a course builder add multimedia and structure lessons without technical knowledge, and courses can be created, edited or cloned. The e-learning page lists the formats the platform is built for: video lessons, screen recordings and interactive guides for demonstrating processes and systems, quizzes and tests, clear texts and documents, and self-study at the learner's own pace. The company says that building a course is simpler than making a PowerPoint presentation, and that material, once in the platform, can be reused and adapted the next time.
Assessment and certificates. The homepage highlights self-correcting digital tests. A course can end with a final test scored in points or percent, or with no test at all, and administrators get notifications about test marking and participants' results. Chapter questions and final test questions can be saved in a question bank and reused, and the same goes for finished chapters and course sections, which can be stored in a library and pulled into new courses. When a participant completes or passes a course, the platform automatically creates a certificate and sends it to them.
Course packages and groups. Courses can be bundled into packages and assigned to participants. With a locking course package, participants must take the courses in order and can open the next one only after finishing the previous one. Administrators can also group existing participants, assign courses to the group and follow its results in the reporting tool.
Enrolling people. Participants can be added several at a time, by typing first name, last name and email or by importing a CSV file, with the course type and date carried over from the first row but changeable per line. Larger imports run from a CSV file, often an extract from an HR system or a registration list. An organization-specific order link lets participants register their own accounts and get access to the chosen courses.
Reporting. The reporting tool filters data by date, course or user and exports to Excel for analysis and sharing. Administrators can follow user activity to see who has finished and who needs a nudge, and the platform provides analysis and results for each user.
Roles, scale and branding. Multiple roles and groups give administrators, account managers and company administrators the tools they need to manage content, users and reports. Quicker Learning scales with sub-organizations and departments, each with its own administrator handling participants, courses, reports and progress. One customer quoted on the homepage likes that external clients can log in and see how their own participants are doing. The participant view can be branded with the organization's logo, background image and colors for text and buttons.
Notifications and access. Notifications inform staff about new courses or send reminders, with the event, date and time, category and recipients all configurable. The participant portal is described as accessible in line with the Swedish law on digital accessibility. The platform works on any modern device, and participants keep access to material after a course, which the company describes as a knowledge bank in your pocket.
Selling courses
Quicker Learning suits both selling training and training people internally or externally. Training companies can turn the platform into an e-commerce solution with flexible order flows and sell courses directly online. A "Köp kurs" (buy course) button can be shown on the login page with a chosen set of courses on sale, and a WordPress WooCommerce plugin lets a training company sell courses straight from its own WordPress website.
Integrations and hosting
The integrations section names four: BankID for fast and secure login, single sign-on with Microsoft 365, LDAP support, and SCORM integration for importing and managing SCORM-compatible courses. All hosting is in Sweden; the page says "Svensk plattform med all hosting i Sverige" (Swedish platform with all hosting in Sweden).
Who uses it
The industry menu covers training companies, HR onboarding and staff training, groups and chains, municipalities and public agencies, associations, and golf clubs, and the company also offers content production. Its blog addresses training new employees and courses for different driver's certificates and licenses. The e-learning page lists onboarding of new employees and partners, competence development, product training and certifications as typical uses.
Customer quotes on the homepage, all in Swedish, return to two themes: flexibility and support. Karin Jarnehammar writes that the platform is flexible and adaptable and that "det allra mesta kan vi göra själva" (we can do almost everything ourselves). Katarina Loodh says "Systemet går snabbt att lära sig" (the system is quick to learn), and David Högfeldt writes that no other platform his team tried came close to the support QL provides.
Pricing and getting started
The homepage describes a flexible pricing model per user or per user package; the menu links to a separate prices page. Prospective customers can book a free demo, or a Teams meeting where the team walks through working as an administrator, the participant experience and the reporting module, and helps pick the right package. Support is by phone and email, and the FAQ says support guides customers through the whole start-up process. The company also runs a reseller program.
Who it suits and who it does not
Quicker Learning fits Swedish training companies that sell courses and need e-commerce, certificates and client access to participant results in one place, and Swedish employers, municipalities, chains and associations that want onboarding and staff training with BankID login and data kept in Sweden. The CSV imports, locking course packages, sub-organizations and Excel reports cover the daily administration, and SCORM import lets existing courses move in.
It is a less natural fit for organizations outside Sweden: the site, the support and the BankID login are built around a Swedish audience.
