PeoplePilot Learning

PeoplePilot Learning is the learning product inside PeoplePilot, an HR software suite that also covers people analytics, employee surveys and hiring. It is built for HR and L&D teams that want to develop employees continuously against the skills their roles need, rather than to sell courses or run community cohorts. The company's own blog describes it as "purpose-built" for "continuous, skills-based employee development inside companies," and its product menu lists it as Career Intelligence, an "Adaptive LMS with personalized paths & skills tracking."
What the learning product does
The homepage heads the learning side "Skills that stick" and describes micro-lessons in the flow of work, peer-coaching loops and rewards that feel earned. Three points sit under that heading: adaptive paths per role and level, manager-enablement tracks included, and "SCORM + xAPI ready for your LMS." The product preview on the homepage shows a lesson track called Leadership with Storytelling, with 6 lessons and experience points awarded for progress, which gives a sense of the format: short lessons grouped into tracks, with game-style rewards.
The company's blog adds more detail about how it is put together. It describes PeoplePilot Learning as combining an AI-selected learning library, an interactive workstation for hands-on practice, and a competency framework that maps every course to roles and skill gaps. The same post says the AI tutor is included rather than sold as a paid add-on. A product panel at the end of the blog posts says PeoplePilot Learning "maps skills to roles, builds development paths from the gaps, and measures whether training changed capability," not just whether people attended. The homepage counts 100+ courses live across role-based tracks, and the menu lists courses described as "Hands-on certifications across every business domain."
The skills focus is the point of the product. Rather than treating a course as a standalone item to complete, an L&D team works from roles and competencies: the platform identifies the gaps between what a role needs and what a person has, and builds a development path from those gaps. The blog's advice section names the jobs it is meant for: upskilling employees, running compliance training and mapping learning to job competencies. It also offers a free Skills Gap Assessment that benchmarks a team's L&D readiness in under 5 minutes, and its resources include free assessments, calculators and HR diagnostics, an HR metrics library, a guide to building a competency framework that gets used, and a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan template in Excel and Notion.
The rest of the suite
PeoplePilot sells four products that the homepage calls "One family." Learning is connected to the other three, and the blog says the connection means learning data feeds directly into workforce decisions.
People Analytics lets HR ask questions of its whole HR data model in plain language and get back a chart, a sentence and a "so what." It offers 300+ ready-to-ask use cases and predictive attrition and engagement models, and the homepage notes it is now in early access.
Engagement Surveys runs two-minute pulses with AI-drafted follow-up questions. The homepage reports a 94% average response rate, says surveys are anonymous by default and ships them through Slack, email or SMS. The analytics go past engagement scores to six underlying emotions, which the company says are grounded in peer-reviewed organizational psychology.
A fourth menu entry, Enterprise Intelligence, adds real-time dashboards, predictive models and custom reports across the suite, and the shared dashboard has separate views for survey management and the LMS. The company pitches the predictive side as a way to anticipate turnover, engagement dips and performance trends weeks before a resignation letter arrives.
The ATS covers structured interviews, calibrated scorecards, bias-aware panels, candidate NPS and feedback loops, with native Calendar and Gmail integration. For a learning buyer, the practical effect is that hiring data, survey signals and skills data sit in the same place as training.
Integrations, setup and security
The homepage lists Workday, SAP, BambooHR, Rippling, Slack, Gmail and Calendar among the systems PeoplePilot connects to, with native sync for Workday, SAP and BambooHR in analytics. Setup runs in four steps: pick a use case, connect data by CSV upload or HRIS sync, get an AI-written report with charts and a narrative, then act and measure. The company claims "First insight in under 10 minutes. No implementation consultants, no six-figure rollouts," and contrasts that with platforms that ship with "a six-week onboarding."
On security, the homepage lists AICM alignment (the AI Controls Matrix), GDPR readiness with EU data residency, AES-256 end-to-end encryption and role-based access control.
Trial, pricing and proof
The homepage offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, a 2-minute demo video and a link to a pricing page, and it describes a 10-minute setup. The blog adds that PeoplePilot Learning has a freemium tier giving individual learners access to core modules and limited AI tutor credits, so individual contributors can get value before procurement is involved.
The homepage figures are 12k+ surveys run across 40+ countries, 30+ customers from startups to F500, and 100+ courses live, plus a 28% attrition drop in the first 6 months credited to a customer. Testimonials on the page include Priya Kapoor, VP People at ScaleNext, who says "The AI insights helped us reduce attrition by 28% in six months"; Daniel Mensah, Head of People at Orbital HR, who says "We replaced three tools with one"; and Tom Hayashi of People Ops at Sprig, who says "The onboarding was 18 minutes."
The company is open about one limitation in its own blog: PeoplePilot Learning is "Newer than enterprise incumbents," and it notes that a buyer whose procurement requires Gartner Magic Quadrant "Leader" status should weigh that.
Who it suits
PeoplePilot Learning suits mid-market and enterprise HR and L&D teams that want employee learning tied to roles and skills, and connected to performance, hiring and engagement data. It fits best where the company already runs Workday, SAP, BambooHR or Rippling and wants learning paths driven by that data, and where managers need enablement tracks of their own. The freemium tier and 14-day trial make it easy to test on a small team first.
It is not built for selling courses to the public or running customer academies; the company itself points those use cases elsewhere. A large enterprise with strict analyst-ranking requirements should note the company's own caution that it is newer than the established vendors.
