What One Course is
One Course is an AI-powered learning management system and course builder for businesses and training providers. It sits in two places at once: an authoring tool that drafts a course from a topic or an uploaded document, and an LMS that assigns that course to learners, tracks their progress and delivers it on the web and on native mobile apps. The company's own framing is that it lets a team "build, assign, track, and manage learners in one place," and it describes its focus as B2B training with strong learner management rather than content generation alone.
The site addresses several kinds of buyer by name: training providers, home care agencies, corporate training teams, hospitality businesses and colleges and universities. The homepage claims 500+ organizations across industries use it and says teams have built over 10,000 courses with the AI course builder. There is a Free plan to start on, and paid tiers scale up by users, courses, admin seats and AI credits.
Building courses with AI
The AI Course Builder is the starting point. According to the homepage, you "input a topic or upload a document," and One Course's AI drafts modules, quizzes and images; the product summary describes it as generating "complete courses from a topic or document in minutes." The homepage puts the time saving at a 90% reduction in creation time. An AI Quiz Builder generates assessment questions, and the feature table lists an AI Asset Library alongside AI course generation. The result is a draft that a training team edits rather than a blank page, which is the point for a small L&D team or a training provider producing many courses.
AI use is metered in credits. The plan comparison lists AI builder credits of 5 on Free, 40 on Plus, 150 a month on Pro and 1000 a month on Ultra.
Managing learners
On the LMS side, admins can assign or revoke courses, set due dates and prerequisites, and automatically enroll learners in pathways. The feature table lists a learner portal with roles, user progress tracking, bulk enrollment for adding groups of learners at once, and completion certificates. Groups and group reports start on the Plus plan, so a company can organize learners by team or site and report on each group. The pricing FAQ distinguishes three kinds of account (admins, editors and viewers), and each paid tier caps how many admin and editor seats it includes. Basic analytics come with the Free plan and advanced analytics from Plus upward. The Corporate solution page promises personalized learning paths and enterprise-grade security, and the Training Providers solution mentions white-label solutions for delivering programs at scale.
SCORM export
One Course doubles as a SCORM authoring tool. Its SCORM page offers "Full SCORM 1.2 and 2004 compliance" and says courses can be exported as SCORM packages "to use in any compliant LMS," with automatic packaging for both versions and graceful fallbacks. Exported content tracks completion status, scores, time spent and key learner interactions, a compliance check validates each package for reliable playback, and export settings cover manifest options, packaging and compression. This matters for a team that already runs a different LMS: it can author in One Course and deliver elsewhere. SCORM export is included from the Plus plan up.
Mobile app
The mobile app is native, not a wrapped website. The mobile page says the apps are "Built natively for iOS and Android with smooth animations and platform-specific UI patterns." Learners stream courses and assessments in a responsive mobile layout, receive smart reminders, due date alerts and notifications for new content, and can start on a phone and continue on a tablet or desktop with progress syncing instantly. Biometric login supports Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint, and adaptive media delivery keeps playback smooth on mobile networks. The mobile page describes a fully branded mobile experience, and the product summary says the apps come "no extra cost, no configuration." For home care and hospitality staff who rarely sit at a desk, this is the part of the product that does the most work.
Plans
The pricing page has four tiers, with up to 20% off for yearly billing:
- Free: 5 courses, up to 5 users, learner management, basic analytics, email support, the AI Course Builder and AI Quiz Generator, and 500MB of storage.
- Plus: billed per organization per month. 25 courses, up to 50 users, 1 admin seat, 1 editor seat, advanced analytics, SCORM export, groups and group reports (3 groups in the comparison table), priority email support and 500MB of storage.
- Pro (marked Recommended): billed per user per month. The plan card lists 500 courses (the comparison table shows unlimited), up to 150 users, up to 5 admins and 10 editors, 20 groups with group reports, 150 AI credits per month, priority support and 1GB of storage.
- Ultra: billed per user per month. Unlimited courses, users, groups and group reports, up to 10 admins and 15 editors, 1000 AI credits per month, custom branding, dedicated support and 50GB of storage.
The comparison table also sets minimum user counts of 20 users and 100 users on two of the paid tiers. Paid plans come with a 30 day trial, and the Free plan stays free. Integrations appear as a product and as a row in the plan table, but the site names no individual tools.
Results the company reports
The homepage carries four headline figures: over 10,000 courses built with the AI builder, 500+ organizations using the platform, a 98% completion rate that it calls "industry-leading," and an average rating of 4.9 from users who, it says, consistently rate One Course "as their preferred learning platform for ease of use." These are the company's own numbers, presented without a named source.
Who it suits
One Course fits small and mid-sized training teams that need to produce courses quickly and deliver them to a mobile workforce: a home care agency training caregivers on safety and patient care, a hospitality group onboarding staff, or a training provider turning out programs for clients under its own brand. The Free plan lets a team test the AI builder on real material before paying, and the per-organization Plus plan suits a team of up to 50 learners that needs SCORM export and group reporting without per-seat pricing.
Larger organizations get unlimited users, custom branding and dedicated support on Ultra, billed per user. Teams with subject matter that AI drafting handles poorly will still spend time editing the drafts before they go out.
