What Norsk Interaktiv is
Norsk Interaktiv AS is a Norwegian e-learning company that builds its own software and also produces courses for clients. Its products sit under the MentorKit name: MentorKit LMS Pro, a learning portal for running and following up training, and MentorKit Course Creator, a tool for building courses. Around them it sells an online store for selling courses, full production of e-learning courses, and advice and training for organizations that want to make their own. The English about page sums up the offer as "Production of complete e-learning courses", "MentorKit LMS Pro and MentorKit Course Creator" and "Advice, training and professional development".
The Norwegian homepage asks whether your business needs digital training and lists three ways to work with the company: develop effective, engaging online courses, build the in-house skill to make or maintain good e-learning yourselves, and use its tools to produce and distribute training to customers or employees. The company lists visitor addresses in Oslo, Kristiansand and Karmsund. That gives it three kinds of customer: training teams in companies and public bodies, organizations that want to sell courses, and anyone who wants a production partner.
MentorKit LMS Pro: running training
MentorKit LMS Pro is the learning portal. The site describes it as a portal for organizing, delivering and following up on course activity, and the homepage places it inside MentorKit Enterprise, which it calls a complete learning platform for producing, organizing, distributing, running and evaluating online courses. The about page lists what a learning portal is for: keeping track of course activity, assigning courses to participants, carrying out tests, and reporting and following up. Course material can be video, text, animations, tests or complete online courses, where the participant works through the subject in a systematic way, and the company notes that e-learning is often combined with classroom teaching.
Two points matter for a training team bringing existing material. The FAQ says "Our system supports a variety of standards, so you can easily add courses from other manufacturers to our learning portal", and the about page adds that the same standards make it easy to move courses built in Course Creator into other learning portals. Learners who complete a course receive a certificate of the skills and knowledge they have gained, according to the FAQ.
The company's news section includes a guide to MentorKit LMS Pro as a course administration system, a checklist for buying an LMS and guides to cloud LMSs and to choosing an LMS for Norwegian companies, along with an article arguing that EU hosting alone is not the same as European data sovereignty.
MentorKit Course Creator: building courses
Course Creator is the authoring tool, "A tool for developing course content that can be used on our learning portal or others." The homepage says it lets you get started quickly making varied and interactive courses, and the separate sales page shows the commercial side: via MentorKit.com you can read about Creator, see its prices and get full trial access to Creator, "helt gratis og helt uforpliktende" (completely free and with no obligation). The homepage sets the length of that trial: "full tilgang til Creator i 30 dager" (full access to Creator for 30 days).
New users can book Creator Kickstart, a practical training program run by experienced course leaders that goes from first login to a finished course. Its steps are logging in and getting to know the tool, building content and engaging course pages, creating learning activities with tasks and AI Voice, and publishing the finished course. The mention of AI Voice is the only AI feature named on the pages.
Selling courses online
For course creators, Norsk Interaktiv offers an integrated store. The homepage pitch is that you build courses in Creator and sell them through the company's online store with Vipps, credit card or invoice; the course is registered to the buyer immediately so they can start at once, and the seller receives the settlement without having to do anything. The about page specifies "Norwegian payment options such as Vipps, credit card or invoice (EHF invoice for businesses)". The homepage's example is Norges Bondelag, whose digital courses were all developed in Creator and are sold through the store. Its summary for would-be course sellers is "Det koster nesten ingenting å komme i gang" (it costs almost nothing to get started), and it links to an article with tips on developing online courses for sale.
Course production and advice
Norsk Interaktiv also does the work itself. The about page offers everything from full production of e-learning courses, including storyboards and scripts based on material the customer provides, to arrangements where the customer handles the whole production with the company's guidance and follow-up. It describes a common way of starting: the first course project is carried out in close cooperation with the customer, so it is easy to judge whether to run the next one alone. The company's role can range from delivering complete productions to acting as educational and technical adviser to organizations that do most of the work themselves. The FAQ confirms support for companies developing their own courses, "including training and follow-up from our experienced educators." The menu also lists off-the-shelf courses, customer examples and collaborative projects.
Results and approach
The homepage case is Hamre Camping, which wanted training to be simpler for managers and seasonal staff. According to the company, e-learning cut training time, reduced errors and gave staff more confidence in their jobs, which "gir ikke bare en bedre arbeidsflyt, men også en tydelig økonomisk gevinst gjennom lavere ressursbruk og mer effektiv drift" (gives not only a better workflow but also a clear financial gain through lower resource use and more efficient operations). The company frames online learning as a sustainable supplement to classroom teaching that saves travel, and says it wants to share its expertise so customers can develop or maintain course content themselves.
Pricing and contact
Creator's prices are listed on MentorKit.com, together with the free trial. LMS Pro, course production and the store are arranged with the company, which offers a free demo and meetings to discuss needs, audience and course content.
Who it suits
Norsk Interaktiv suits Norwegian companies and organizations that want one supplier for the learning portal, the authoring tool and, if needed, the production work, with the option of learning to do it themselves over time. Associations and businesses that want to sell courses to their own members or customers get a store with Vipps and EHF invoicing built in, as Norges Bondelag's example shows, and a free trial of Creator to test the authoring side first. Employers with seasonal or frontline staff will recognize the Hamre Camping case.
The site is mainly in Norwegian, with an English version of the key pages, and its payment options and examples are Norwegian, so the product is built around that market. Teams interested in AI features will find only AI Voice mentioned.
