What NetSkill is
NetSkill is a corporate training company that also builds the software to run training on. Its homepage title sums up the mix: "Corporate Training Company | LMS | Frontline Training | NetSkill". On the software side it sells six products: an LMS, an LXP (learning experience platform), Genesis AI for creating courses, a frontline training product, AI Roleplay and an AI Assessment Platform, the last three marked as new. On the training side it offers corporate training across a very large catalog of technical and business topics, invites instructors to "Join as Netskill Trainer", and runs a GenAI Mastery Program. The buyer is an L&D or HR team that wants a platform, content, or both.
The banner across the site announces "NetSkill Wins Google For Startups Grant Of $350k!", and the site lists its contact line in India.
The LMS
NetSkill describes its LMS as "A centralized, secure platform to manage, deliver, and track all training programs efficiently." The product menu breaks it into seven feature groups:
- AI-powered learning: AI chatbots for learner support, AI-generated learning paths and personalized course recommendations.
- Assessment and certification: quizzes with automated evaluation, secure digital certificates and real-time performance insights.
- Audit trails and compliance: detailed logs of user activity, data encryption, and what the site calls "ISO & GDPR Compliance Features".
- Competency and skill management: competency tracking and gap analysis, skill benchmarking and analytics, and automated adjustments to learning paths.
- Integration and extensibility: APIs and webhooks for customization, and third-party content, with YouTube and Coursera given as examples.
- Training and blended learning: instructor-led and self-paced learning, a training calendar with session management, and blended learning paths.
For a training team this covers the standard business LMS job (assign, deliver, test, certify, report) with two additions worth noting: skill and competency tracking that ties assessments to gap analysis, and an audit trail of user activity for regulated training.
The LXP
The LXP is the learner-facing side, described as an "AI-powered learning experience platform to drive personalized, engaging, and continuous learning journeys." Its feature groups are:
- Analytics and reporting: learner progress and time-spent reports, skill development tracking and real-time performance dashboards.
- Content library and management: a centralized course repository, "SCORM & xAPI Compliance" and AI-summarized course content.
- Gamification: badges, points and leaderboards, rewards for course completion and custom learning challenges.
- Mobile and offline learning: a mobile app, an offline learning mode and progress sync across devices.
- Personalized learning paths: AI-driven recommendations, adaptive course suggestions and multi-language support.
- Social learning: discussion boards and peer interaction, community forums for knowledge sharing, and content contributed by users.
SCORM and xAPI support matters if a company already owns packaged e-learning from other vendors: it can sit in the same repository as NetSkill's own content. The offline mode and progress sync are the features that make the LXP usable for staff who are not always connected.
Genesis AI: building courses
Genesis AI is the authoring product, and the one NetSkill promotes hardest. The banner reads "Genesis AI by NetSkill - Turn any document into a course in minutes", and the product menu describes it as a way to "Create courses, learning content, and experiences with AI." It is what places NetSkill among course authoring tools: a training team takes material it already has and has the AI turn it into a course, instead of building every lesson by hand. Combined with the LXP's AI-summarized course content and AI-generated learning paths, it gives a company an AI route from source documents to assigned training.
Frontline training
The frontline product is described as "Mobile-first training solutions designed for high-performance frontline workforce enablement." Its feature groups show what it is meant for:
- compliance and certification tracking, with mandatory compliance training, verifiable digital credentials, and expiry and renewal notifications;
- corporate and workforce training through enterprise learning programs, role-based skill development and industry-specific learning tracks;
- custom learning paths with tailored training plans, AI-driven skill enhancement plans and flexible course enrollment;
- instructor-led and self-paced learning with scheduled live sessions, self-guided access and hybrid models;
- microlearning built from short modules, video segments and interactive lesson units;
- skill assessment with "360-Degree Feedback from Trainers" and automated course progress tracking.
Expiry and renewal notifications are the practical piece for any workforce with certifications that lapse, since the system reminds people before a credential runs out rather than after.
AI Roleplay and AI Assessment
The two newest products extend the platform into practice and hiring. AI Roleplay lets learners "Train for real-world roles by chatting with AI personas and getting instant feedback." The AI Assessment Platform is an "AI-driven talent assessment platform designed to identify and validate skills."
The course catalog
NetSkill's course menu is unusually long for an LMS vendor, because the company also delivers training. Its categories include a Microsoft ecosystem track (Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 administration and security, Dynamics 365, Intune, Power BI, Power Apps and more), programming and development, data science and AI, databases, game and mobile development, software testing, cloud computing and DevOps, network and security, and IT certification preparation such as AWS, CCNA and CompTIA. The technical end goes deep: there are courses on identity and access management tools (OKTA, SailPoint, ForgeRock, CA SiteMinder) and on IT administration topics such as Windows Server, Exchange Server and Linux. On the people side, the human resources section covers recruiting and hiring, HR analytics, employment law, emotional intelligence, conflict management and corporate learning and development. Business topics run from analytics, law and strategy to communication, HR, management, operations, Lean Six Sigma, project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum), sales and marketing, with SAP and Oracle tracks, finance and accounting, design, personal development and health and fitness further down the list.
Pricing
The site publishes no prices for the LMS, LXP, Genesis AI or the training catalog. Each product has its own page, and corporate training is arranged with the company directly.
Who it suits
NetSkill suits a company that wants a single vendor for an AI-heavy learning platform and the training content to put on it, especially in technical fields where its catalog is deepest (Microsoft, cloud, data, software and IT certifications). Teams with frontline staff get a mobile-first product with offline learning, credential tracking and renewal reminders. L&D teams that want to turn existing documents into courses quickly can start with Genesis AI, and those that care about skills data get competency tracking and gap analysis built into the LMS.
The breadth is also the caveat. Six products and a catalog of hundreds of topics overlap, so the first job for a buyer is to work out with NetSkill which product, or which combination, fits its training plan.
