What Netex Learning is

Netex Learning is a corporate learning company that sells three things to training departments: a cloud learning platform, custom e-learning production and a catalog of ready-made online courses. Its Spanish-language homepage introduces the company with "Technology and innovative learning experiences" and says it creates e-learning solutions so that users enjoy learning experiences that are "únicas, atractivas y motivadoras" (unique, engaging and motivating). The buyer is an L&D or HR team putting employees through training at scale, and the three products can be bought together or separately.

The homepage calls Netex "una de las mayores empresas del sector" (one of the largest companies in the sector) and backs that with its own counters: +25 years of experience, +250 employees, +50 countries where its solutions are present, +40K clients, and more than 6 million users. The copyright line names the company as Netex Knowledge Factory, and a 2019 news item lists Netex among the Galician small and mid-sized companies that received innovation support from the Xunta de Galicia.

Netex Cloud: the platform

Netex Cloud is the LMS. The homepage describes it as an "Ecosistema de aplicaciones" (ecosystem of applications) covering an LMS, tools for creating and managing content, social learning and more, and as cloud applications for building more creative training strategies, improving team skills and driving business results. A Netex event page sums it up as "plataforma integral que combina LMS, herramienta autora, IA y aprendizaje social" (a complete platform combining LMS, authoring tool, AI and social learning).

That combination is what puts Netex among course authoring tools as well as business LMSs. A training team can build courses in the same system that delivers and tracks them, rather than authoring in one product and uploading to another. The homepage news list includes an article on using AI to push the creativity of e-learning content, and the company's list of R&D grant projects includes one called smartAuthor.

The newest features are AI-based. The Learning Technologies UK 2026 page says Netex would show the latest Netex Cloud functions there, naming "los asistentes con IA, los informes avanzados de analítica o las rutas de aprendizaje personalizadas" (AI assistants, advanced analytics reports and personalized learning paths). The Madrid event page names a separate offer, AI Experts, described as "tutores virtuales formados con el conocimiento interno de la empresa" (virtual tutors trained on the company's internal knowledge). That is the feature most relevant to a company with a large body of internal procedures. Customers get a Customer Success Center, a product news page and an integrations page, all linked from the site footer.

Netex Studio: custom content

Netex Studio is the production arm, a "Servicio de contenidos a medida" (custom content service). The homepage says the team brings 25 years of experience in large e-learning content projects, several international awards and a focus on quality, and the Madrid event page describes it as "proyectos de formación a medida para organizaciones exigentes" (custom training projects for demanding organizations). The awards are visible in the news list: Netex and the Museo del Prado won three Bronze awards at the Brandon Hall Awards 2025, and another headline says Netex will build the digital academy of the Real Madrid Foundation for more than 90 countries.

Virtual College: the catalog

Virtual College by Netex is the on-demand catalog. The homepage describes it as a range of engaging, inspiring online courses for improving employees' qualifications or helping them take the next step in their careers. The Madrid event page lists the catalog as "contenidos de referencia en liderazgo, bienestar y habilidades blandas" (reference content in leadership, wellbeing and soft skills). This is the training library side of Netex: off-the-shelf courses on general professional topics that a company can assign alongside its own material in Netex Cloud. A news headline about a joint venture with the newspaper La Voz de Galicia, Sarela Editorial, adds hybrid learning content aimed at Spain and Latin America.

Track record, certifications and recognition

The clearest customer story on the pages is CaixaBank. The We Love Learning Summit page says the bank is launching a new, wide-reaching digital training model built on Netex Cloud technology, and calls it one of the most significant corporate training projects in Spain by number of users and size of organization.

On security and quality, the site footer says Netex holds ISO 9001 certification for its quality management, and a homepage news headline announces that Netex Learning obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security. Other headlines report Gold accreditation from the LPI, which the company says strengthens its position in the UK, a place in two Fosway 9-Grid indices for a hybrid digital learning model, and recognition in Training Industry's Top 20 list of training delivery companies.

Netex is also visible on the events circuit. It runs its own conference, We Love Learning Summit, whose 13th edition took place on 5 February 2026 at the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona as part of EdTech Congress Barcelona, with a program on AI in training, personalized learning paths, upskilling and reskilling, data-driven learning and a specific look at the financial sector. It exhibits at Learning Technologies UK at ExCeL London, at HR and Learning Technologies Spain in Madrid, and at Corporate Learning Day, and it hosts executive breakfasts in Madrid and Barcelona.

Pricing

The site publishes no prices. Netex sells through conversations: event pages invite visitors to book a meeting with one of its Business Development Managers, and the site has a contact page for everything else.

Who it suits

Netex suits a medium or large organization that wants one vendor for the platform, the custom courses and the off-the-shelf catalog, and that values a company with a long record in large content projects. Its news names a large bank, a national museum and a sports foundation among its projects. Teams interested in AI tutors built on their own documentation, personalized learning paths and analytics will find those on the current Netex Cloud roadmap, and the ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications help with procurement and security reviews. Spanish-speaking organizations get a vendor whose site, events and content partnerships are rooted in Spain and Latin America, and the company also exhibits and holds accreditation in the UK.

The caveats are practical. The main site is in Spanish and gives no prices or plan details, so evaluating Netex means a sales conversation and a demo. A small team that wants to sign up online and start building courses the same day is not the customer Netex is set up for.
