What MyLearningDay is
MyLearningDay is an enterprise learning platform that runs three kinds of training from one system, summed up on its home page as "Train employees. Educate customers. Sell courses." The FAQ calls it "an enterprise-ready learning management system (LMS) and training platform designed for employee training, customer education, partner enablement, student onboarding, certifications, and commercial course delivery," and names its intended buyers as medium to large enterprises, training companies, SaaS providers and organizations running internal development, customer onboarding, partner programs or commercial learning. The help center describes it more plainly as a platform for creating, delivering and managing online and blended training, offered as cloud SaaS or deployed on premises inside an organization's own environment. The site and the help center are available in English and Polish.
The learner side
Learners work from a centralized hub, where a player and a schedule put materials, progress and upcoming sessions in one place so each person knows the next step. Courses can be grouped into development programs, and the platform guides learners through levels with real-time progress tracking. Users build their own competency profiles, and a Community module helps them find internal expertise and colleagues with particular specializations. Rankings, certificates and visual milestones supply the gamification.
The help center's user guide shows what this looks like day to day. People register with an email address or an external account, browse a course catalog, enroll themselves where self enrollment is allowed, and follow their courses under My Learning, with a session schedule and a favorites list. Inside a course they work through video content, tests and quizzes and a forum. Certificates and skills can be viewed and downloaded, including a skill certificate, and a profile page handles visibility, notifications and setting up a delegate. Managers get a My Team view showing each member's training status and courses, with the option to enroll the team or cancel enrollments.
Building courses
The training creation tools start with AI-Powered Authoring, which the home page says generates course structures and knowledge-check questions instantly from any topic or file; the help center confirms that AI assistance can build the course structure and the questions from a selected topic or source material. Authors then mix videos, documents, SCORM files and quizzes within a single module. Hybrid learning blends e-learning with live webinars or in-person sessions into one training path, and the FAQ says live sessions from Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another video conferencing platform can be scheduled directly inside learning paths and the calendar by adding the session link. Dynamic Flow Control sets sequences and module availability to match an instructional design. For formal programs, the FAQ lists structured onboarding flows, automated knowledge assessments, exams, custom certification paths and real-time learner progress tracking.
Running training
On the administration side, In-Depth Analytics track engagement down to total learning time and the specific entry and exit points within every module. Lifecycle management controls enrollment rules, start dates and material availability from a single dashboard. Smart grouping organizes users by company structure and uses metadata to assign training to the right teams automatically, and advanced configuration covers instructor roles and specific training parameters. The help center adds trainer tools for viewing courses, following learner progress, managing scheduled sessions and recording attendance. For employee learning, the home page groups this as personalized learning paths, onboarding and compliance, progress and skills tracking, automated training assignments and a centralized knowledge hub.
Customer education and selling courses
For extended enterprise use, MyLearningDay supports customer onboarding programs, partner certification paths and branded learning portals. The FAQ describes these as dedicated, branded multi-tenant environments for external organizations, clients and distributors. Through B2B client portals, an external partner can manage its own team, assign seats and monitor its employees' progress without going through the platform owner, which the help center describes as business customers managing their own users, courses and enrollments.
The commercial side is built in. A white-label storefront launches branded training stores with course pages, schedules, instructor profiles and online payments. The native sales engine handles shopping carts, secure payment gateways and automated invoicing, and the FAQ adds public course catalogs, discount codes and paid subscription management. Growth tools include discount codes, promotions and direct learner communication. The help center walks buyers through adding a course to the cart, applying a discount code, entering billing information, paying, and then finding orders and invoices in their purchase history.
Security, deployment and integrations
MyLearningDay can be deployed in the cloud or within the customer's own secure environment, and the FAQ says the on-premises option is meant for organizations with strict compliance, data residency or advanced security requirements. Login options are Microsoft 365, Google accounts, corporate single sign-on, or standard email registration. The FAQ states that MyLearningDay is a GDPR-compliant LMS and says the company uses "secure infrastructure, role-based access controls, and data protection practices to meet European compliance standards." It also says the architecture supports high-volume learning operations, large enterprise teams, multiple external client environments and thousands of concurrent active learners. Integrations are described as tailored to each customer's existing systems and workflows rather than as a fixed list, and the site links to a Trust Center.
A standard cloud implementation, according to the FAQ, typically takes from a few days to a few weeks, while timelines in general depend on requirements and on the choice between SaaS and on-premises. The help center notes that available features depend on how each deployment is configured.
Pricing
The site publishes no prices. Its contact form offers two routes: book a live demo to see the platform and ask questions, or request a price and receive a tailored offer based on the needs described.
Who it suits
MyLearningDay suits a mid-size or large organization that trains its own staff and also educates customers, partners or distributors, and wants both on one platform with separate branded portals. Training companies and SaaS providers that sell courses get a storefront, carts, invoicing and discount codes in the same system, while business clients can manage their own seats. The AI authoring helps a small L&D team produce course outlines and knowledge-check questions quickly, and the on-premises option answers organizations that cannot use a hosted LMS.
A small team that only needs to assign a few courses to employees may find much of the platform unused, and buyers who want a public price list will have to request a tailored offer first.
