Mitratech's Training Management System is an employee learning platform sold as part of the company's human resources software, aimed at HR leaders who run training for their own workforce. The product page pitches it as an "All-in-One Training Management System" to automate and track training, from writing a course to enrolling staff and reporting on completions. Mitratech itself is a larger software company: its home page describes "Award-winning and AI-powered Legal, GRC, and HR software" delivered as a cloud-native SaaS platform, and its menus span legal operations, governance, risk and compliance, HR and workflow automation. The training system sits in the HR line, next to products for onboarding, background screening, I-9 verification, talent management and leave.
What the system does
The product page is organized around the jobs an HR or training team actually has. The first is getting content into one place. Mitratech describes a Centralized Learning Hub where administrators deliver online courses, update modules and track learner progress in a single platform, replacing scattered resources. Its FAQ lists the kinds of material a training management system holds: online courses, documents, videos and presentations, developed in the system or uploaded.
The second is building courses. Under "Authoring Capabilities" the page says the software lets anyone create, share and update courses, and frames this as a way to preserve institutional knowledge rather than losing it when people leave. It also says trainers get tools to create and deliver training programs, whether the organization runs instructor-led sessions or on-demand courses, and that the system includes built-in dashboards, course creation and multiple formats to support in-house training.
The third is enrollment. "Automated Training Rollout" enrolls the entire workforce, or specific groups, with a single click, and the page makes the same point for onboarding: a new employee can be enrolled in all the critical eLearning content and training sessions they need at once. The FAQ adds user management to the picture, with user accounts, assigned roles and enrollment in the relevant programs.
The fourth is keeping people learning. Learning paths can be tailored to individual needs and career goals, and the system sends real-time notifications when new modules, quizzes and courses are available. For self-directed learning the page describes flexible, bite-sized courses accessible anywhere, anytime, and promotes microlearning as a way to raise engagement. It positions the whole system as a tool for HR leaders who care about talent acquisition and retention, arguing that visible investment in training helps attract new staff and keeps current employees motivated.
The page also argues that training software has to do more than send out courses: it lists authoring, creating reports, delivering online learning, keeping stakeholders updated on progress and finding new training resources as the work a training management system should take off an HR team. It treats user experience as the deciding factor for adoption, whether an employee is taking a quiz or an administrator is building something on the back end, because employees and managers have to want to use the system for training to happen at all.
The fifth is reporting. Under "Data-Driven Decisions" the page promises comprehensive reporting that replaces Excel spreadsheets, tracking course completion rates, test scores and more so a team can measure the effect of training on the business. The FAQ extends this to learner engagement and overall program effectiveness through reports and dashboards, and the compliance section talks about consistency and tracking progress toward training objectives.
Onboarding and the rest of the HR line
Onboarding is where the training system meets Mitratech's other HR products. On the training page, the onboarding feature means automated workflows for new hires, delivering courses, assessments and detailed reports during the transition. Mitratech's separate employee onboarding page describes software that covers every step "from pre-employment checks to ongoing training", with automated onboarding workflows, electronic forms and signatures, background screening that integrates with existing hiring tools, I-9 compliance support, performance management for setting initial goals, and a learning management integration that assigns onboarding training directly within the system. A company that buys both gets one sequence from pre-employment checks to the first assigned courses.
Mitratech also lists Compliance Training, described as employee education focused on laws, regulations and policies, among its GRC products, and Workplace Training and Safety, described as comprehensive courses to reduce workplace risk, among its HR compliance products. Those are separate offerings; the training management system is the platform an organization uses to deliver and track its own programs.
What the pages say about results, pricing and support
The product page makes one outcome claim of its own: "clients using our learning management system see a 10% increase in retention". It does not say how that figure was measured. The page calls the software "easy to use" and "feature-rich" and says it is "perfect for any size organization". The FAQ goes further on audience, naming businesses from small startups to large corporations, and nonprofits that deliver volunteer training, manage certification programs and track compliance with training requirements.
Pricing is handled by demo. The FAQ answers its own pricing question with "please request a demo today", and the page repeats a Schedule a Demo button. The same FAQ describes the support side in general terms: help with setup and implementation, technical support, training and user support for administrators and learners, and answers to questions about functionality and best practice. Mitratech's site also lists professional services, hosting, a support center and Mitratech Academy among its resources.
The website itself is available in English, English (UK), Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, German and Simplified Chinese; the training page does not say which languages the learner interface supports.
Who it suits
The training management system suits an HR team that wants a single place to author, assign and track employee training, especially onboarding and recurring compliance courses, and that values one-click group enrollment and completion reports over building an elaborate learning catalog. It makes the most sense for organizations already running Mitratech for onboarding, background screening, I-9 or HR compliance, because the onboarding software is designed to hand new hires straight into training. Nonprofits managing volunteer training and certification programs are named on the page as users too.
It is a weaker fit for anyone selling courses to the public, since the product is built for an organization's own staff and has no storefront or checkout. A buyer that wants to compare published prices or explore a sandbox before talking to sales will need to go through the demo first, and a team that mainly wants a large off-the-shelf course library should look at Mitratech's separate compliance and workplace training offerings alongside it rather than expect the platform alone to supply content.
