Mentingo is an e-learning platform for HR and L&D teams, built around AI that drafts courses from a company's own documents and an AI Mentor that talks learners through the material. The home page pitches it at teams that want to create engaging, practical courses faster and more easily, using artificial intelligence and simulations based on real challenges, and says it covers onboarding, mandatory training, competency development programs, career paths and upskilling whole teams. It is offered three ways, as open source, as SaaS or custom-built, and the site runs in English and Polish. The company information at the foot of the site names Selleo Labs spółka z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała, and the home page claims more than 15 years of experience in EdTech and HRTech and 10000+ satisfied users.
Building courses with AI
The course builder starts from what an organization already has. Admins upload documents, presentations or procedures, and Mentingo generates the course structure, lessons and materials as a draft ready for editing. The home page says a course can be generated "in as little as 30 minutes" and claims 10x faster content creation. The FAQ adds that PDFs, videos and other multimedia can be used too, that Mentingo helps organize those materials in one place, and that selected materials can serve as the basis for an AI-generated course, so nobody has to transfer company knowledge by hand. The FAQ gives an onboarding course as the typical example of what an HR team can prepare this way, starting from a draft rather than a blank page.
For content that already exists as e-learning, the FAQ says Mentingo supports materials in the SCORM standard, so courses made in other tools can be moved in without rebuilding them, and the company can help migrate materials from another platform and launch them in the new environment. A Polish-language blog post on the site confirms SCORM package import.
Courses can include quizzes, tests and practical tasks that support retention and make progress easier to track. A knowledge base collects post-training materials, with news and Q&A, so employees can find information at the moment they need it.
The AI Mentor
The AI Mentor is the feature the site leads with. Its starting point is a problem the home page states plainly: "Quiz results show memory. They do not show whether a participant can use knowledge in a real situation." The mentor leads a conversation, asks follow-up questions, guides participants and analyzes their reasoning, so knowledge is checked in practice and not only in a test. Learners can talk to it by text or by voice. The Voice AI Mentor turns training into a conversation in which participants ask questions and practice situations from everyday work, instead of scrolling through PDFs, presentations and videos. The site lists the gains it expects from this as higher engagement, learning in a natural way, active interaction with the material and individual guidance for every participant.
The mentor also runs realistic conversation simulations for practicing competencies in a safe environment: client calls, negotiations, sales, cross- and upsell conversations, objection handling and recruitment conversations. It gives personalized feedback, uncovers competency gaps and points learners to tailored exercises, and the home page says it works in three modes.
Administration, analytics and the learner side
The home page describes an advanced analytics panel that shows the impact of development activities on business outcomes, with dashboards and metrics for assessing training ROI. The blog post lists what Mentingo's analytics can cover, including enrollments, completions, average progress, learning time and quiz results. Learners can use the platform on desktop and mobile devices, and gamification adds badges, points and leaderboards. The platform can be branded with custom logos, color schemes and themes.
On integrations, the home page says Mentingo connects with the tools teams already use for automation, workflow and communication, and invites customers to ask about software it does not yet cover. The blog post adds that the company is developing integrations and offers custom connections on higher plans.
On data, model training on customer data is disabled by default. For organizations whose policy requires full isolation, Mentingo can use a locally hosted language model in a dedicated Mentingo environment, on a separate server or directly in the customer's infrastructure.
Pricing and rollout
The FAQ says the price depends mainly on organization size and the number of users, with packages for smaller and larger teams, individual offers for large organizations, and a lower monthly cost on annual billing. The subscription includes the platform, support, data security, updates and AI features including the Voice AI Mentor, plus an AI usage allowance meant to cover standard use; extra charges arise only above that, for example after exceeding the AI hours package. The blog post gives the price list in Polish złoty: Starter at 790 zł a month for up to 50 people, Business at 2,190 zł for up to 200, Corporate at 3,790 zł for up to 500, and an individually priced Enterprise plan for organizations above 500 people. The home page offers a free trial, and the blog says the Learning Hub has free courses for trying the platform from the learner's side.
Implementation is quick by the FAQ's account: technically the platform can be launched almost immediately, and a full organizational implementation usually takes up to 7 days, covering the environment, branding, users and first training materials, so training can start after the first week. The home page claims companies using Mentingo reduce onboarding time by 70%.
Customers
Four case studies appear on the home page. Hygge Hus, in construction, trains installation teams quickly and consistently with one up-to-date knowledge base for every specialist. Selleo, a growing software house, brings technical and soft-skills development into one structured learning experience. Sawaryn i Partnerzy, a legal firm, publishes practical GDPR, AML and compliance courses on a branded platform with progress analytics and quiz result tracking; the blog puts that deployment at about 400 users. Skumani helps students understand difficult topics, revise before tests and prepare for the eighth-grade exam; the blog describes it as about 3000 users across more than 80 institutions.
Who it suits
The FAQ says Mentingo works best for organizations that want to organize training, onboarding and employee development while cutting the time HR spends coordinating them by hand, from teams of several dozen people to companies with thousands of employees. It suits HR teams without instructional designers who need to turn documents into courses quickly, sales and customer-facing teams that benefit from practicing conversations with the AI Mentor, and organizations with strict data rules that want a locally hosted model. The published plan prices make budgeting simple for organizations of up to 500 people.
The caveats are small. The price list the site gives is in złoty, in a Polish-language blog post, and integrations are described by category rather than by name, though the site invites customers to request the tool they need.
