What LMSMore is

LMSMore is a learning management system for companies whose content already lives in a headless CMS. Its home page is blunt about the idea: "Stop creating courses in your LMS. LMS is not a CMS." Instead of importing lessons into a separate system, LMSMore "reads the courses from your Contentful and converts it into a full learning experience: learner accounts, graded quizzes, a tutor in every lesson." The page heading names the audience directly: "For software teams on Contentful or Sanity." The footer says LMSMore is "A product of ASHARIZON INC."

Teams without a headless CMS are not shut out. The site says native authoring is built in, "so you can write your courses in LMSMore," and the Starter plan description lists "Contentful, Sanity, or the built-in editor" as sources.

Who it is for

The site describes the buyer as a software company "whose docs, marketing or enablement content already runs on Contentful or Sanity," and adds that "The person asked to 'make a course out of it' is the person who owns the source." It names three teams:

  • Docs and DevRel can write onboarding and customer education in the same space as the documentation, with the same editor and review flow.
  • Marketing can launch education from the space the website runs on, so "a course is published the way a page is."
  • Enablement can turn playbooks into lessons in the CMS they already write in, "then see who has actually finished."

The solutions menu lists Software Teams, Employee Training and Enterprise. That makes LMSMore a fit for internal training as well as customer education, as long as the content side runs through one of its three sources.

How content works

The core promise is that LMSMore never keeps its own copy of a CMS lesson. In the site's words, "Lessons read live from your Contentful space on every view. Edit the content there and the course is already current. No import, no sync job, no second version to keep in step." A lesson is read from the Contentful or Sanity space when a learner opens it, so a typo fixed in Contentful or a revision published in Sanity shows up immediately. The site also spells out the exit: "If LMSMore disappears, you lose the viewer and keep the courses."

Each workspace reads from one source. The three options are:

  • Contentful connector. Aimed at "headless, marketing-led teams." You connect your space in the admin console with its space ID, environment and delivery token, LMSMore installs its content types in your space, and you model courses, modules and lessons there "with editorial workflows and roles intact."
  • Sanity connector. You connect a Sanity project with a read token and define the LMSMore document types in Sanity Studio. A blog post announces that the Sanity integration is now live.
  • Native authoring. For teams without a headless CMS, courses are written in LMSMore's own editor. On Growth and up the editor includes an AI co-writer. Native courses live in LMSMore rather than in a CMS space.

The learner experience

Learners sign in on the company's own subdomain (the example given is you.lmsmore.net), browse a catalog and "enroll in a click." Each person learns under their own account and resumes where they left off. The dashboard puts the next steps on one screen: continue a course, check progress, pick the next one.

Quizzes are graded on the server. The site explains why that matters: "Quizzes are graded on the server the moment a learner submits, so a pass is a result, not a claim." Progress is tracked at three levels, "Completion at the lesson, the course, and the learner level: the answer to 'has the team actually done this?'" With a Contentful or Sanity source, administrators can sequence courses into paths and issue certificates on completion, and both the paths and certificates live in the CMS space.

AI features

Most AI features start on the Growth plan. The site's heading for them is "AI that answers from the lesson, not the open web." The pieces are:

  • AI tutor. "An AI tutor sits beside every lesson and answers from the lesson itself (Growth and up)."
  • Quiz explanations. "Quizzes that teach, not just test." After a wrong answer the learner sees an explanation based on the specific module and lesson. The page lists "Lesson-specific context," "Learner-controlled" and "No learner names or emails sent."
  • Course discovery. Listed alongside quiz explanations and AI Mode as part of the same AI set.
  • AI Mode. "Switch to AI Mode and learn entirely through conversation. Browse courses, enroll, study, and quiz, just by talking (Growth and up)."

On the Enterprise plan, LMSMore also runs an MCP server so learners can use courses inside AI assistants. The page says Enterprise customers can "connect your LMS to Claude, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible AI assistant," and that "Learners browse courses, read lessons and take quizzes without leaving their workflow." The demo shows a learner in Claude Desktop or a terminal asking which courses are available and resuming a lesson. Security for that connection is listed as "OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, per-tenant isolation."

Reporting and branding

On Growth and up, analytics show "Enrollment, completion and progress for every course, at a glance," and a trends view gives "Daily enrollment and completion trends, so you can see whether a launch landed." Per-course enrollment reports also start at Growth.

Branding is tiered. The product tour says Growth and up get "12 brand color presets or your own, plus your logo," that "Starter has no branding," and that custom typography and CSS come with Enterprise.

Plans and pricing

LMSMore publishes its prices under the heading "Clear monthly pricing. No sales call to start."

  • Starter, $149 a month. "For small teams getting courses live, from Contentful, Sanity, or the built-in editor. No AI features on this plan."
  • Growth, $599 a month. "For growing organizations that want the full AI suite." This is the plan that adds the AI tutor, AI Mode, analytics, trends and branding.
  • Enterprise, custom pricing. "For larger organizations that need learner counts well beyond the Growth tier, custom typography and CSS, and the MCP server."

Every plan starts with a "14-day free trial, no card," with "small monthly allowances" of AI features during the trial. Starter and Growth are bought online, while "Enterprise is a conversation." There is also an instant demo that "opens in seconds. No email, no signup."

Architecture

The company blog explains its view of headless learning systems and then describes where LMSMore sits: "your courses live in Contentful or Sanity, and LMSMore runs the learner app on top of them. It does not offer an API for building your own front end." So LMSMore is headless on the content side, but it supplies the learner interface itself. Teams that want to build a fully custom learner front end on top of an LMS API should note that limit.

Who it suits

LMSMore suits software companies that already run docs, marketing or enablement content on Contentful or Sanity and want courses, quizzes and completion tracking without keeping a second copy in another system. It also works for a small team with no CMS that wants a simple, priced-in-public LMS with a built-in editor. Teams that want AI tutoring should budget for Growth, since Starter has no AI features and no branding. The main caveat is scope: LMSMore is built around one content source per workspace and a learner app it provides, so it is a fit for teams happy with that model rather than those wanting a fully custom front end.
