What it is

The product on lmschina.net is 企学宝, an enterprise training and exam platform made by 深圳学友科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Xueyou Technology Co., Ltd.). The home page calls it 新一代AI全球学习平台, a new-generation AI global learning platform, and says the company has spent more than ten years in corporate training, serving over 10,000 customers across 20+ industries (深耕企业培训十余载,服务20+ 行业超1万家客户). A second line on the same page says 2000+ medium and large enterprises have chosen it.

The site is written in Chinese for Chinese employers. Its pitch has two halves. The first is a complete internal training system: courses, live classes, classroom training, learning maps, exams and reporting. The second is help for companies expanding abroad, with an interface in 18+ languages, AI subtitles and voiceover for course videos, and deployment across regions.

Editions and deployment

The main menu lists the platform in several editions: a general SaaS version (通用SaaS版), an international LMS (国际版LMS), a private deployment version (私有部署版), versions that run inside the workplace apps DingTalk (钉钉融合版), WeCom (企微融合版) and Feishu (飞书融合版), and an AI practice edition (AI智练版). The product advantages section describes a distributed microservice architecture with modules that can be combined as needed, and support for SaaS rental, hybrid cloud and on-premises deployment.

For organizations that must run on domestic Chinese technology, the site says the platform fully supports the domestic IT innovation (信创) ecosystem and connects to existing enterprise systems. Its trust section lists compatibility with the 银河麒麟 (Kylin) operating system and the 人大金仓 (Kingbase) and 达梦 (Dameng) databases.

Courses and learning formats

The course block promises that online and offline training are fully combined. Administrators can publish video, document and audio courses that work across devices. Live teaching includes co-hosted audio and video interaction, real-time Q&A and recorded replay. In-person sessions are managed end to end, from registration surveys to check-in, assessment, replay and feedback collection. Assignments, a calendar and routine check-in tasks support several submission types with real-time review.

Learning is organized in a three-way matrix by department, job and special program, so every employee gets a layered plan. Learners progress through a visual map with levels to clear and earn certificates stage by stage, while the system tracks their path. A mentoring feature lets a mentor set a custom plan and schedule, with two-way evaluation between mentor and trainee. Knowledge QR codes can be placed in the workplace so an employee scans a code at a machine or a counter and opens the relevant lesson.

A May 2024 article on the site adds that the platform is lightweight: learners need no installed software and can study on a phone. The company's org chart can be mapped into the platform so HR can run training by department, and the learning flow runs as a loop of test, learn, exam, evaluate and check. The same article says all learning data can be exported with one click, and administrators can see each employee's study time and course progress.

Exams and practice

Assessment gets its own block. Exams can draw on every question type with flexible paper assembly for online theory tests. Hands-on assessments are scored offline by scanning a QR code, with adjustable weightings, so a role can be assessed on both theory and practice. To keep knowledge fresh there are daily quizzes and head-to-head quiz battles for two or four players. An AI practice partner (AI智能陪练) simulates real business scenarios so staff can rehearse conversations and tasks.

AI features

The site describes an AI layer across content production, learning support, assessment and operations. On the administrator side it lists AI course creation, AI subtitles, AI exams, AI grading and AI modeling. On the learner side it lists AI Q&A, AI knowledge extraction, AI practice partners and AI subtitles. Further detail on the home page covers AI question import by recognition, AI question writing, grading and proctoring, and AI skill profiles that spot gaps and generate a learning plan.

Two features stand out. The AI course creation assistant (AI制课助手) combined with AI multilingual subtitles is pitched for batch production of in-house courseware in several languages. A recent product update announced interview-style AI experience extraction (「访谈式」AI经验萃取), which the site says turns a single AI conversation with an expert into a standardized company course. The home page also announces version 6.6 of 企学宝 as a full upgrade of the AI-plus-training system.

Training for companies going abroad

The international section is the most distinctive part of the offer. The home page sums it up as 18+ mainstream languages, 80%+ population coverage, security and compliance. In detail, it says the user interface switches freely between Chinese, English, French, Russian and other languages; training documents can be translated in one click with accuracy above 90%; AI generates multilingual subtitles and voiceover for video courseware; a shared cross-border AI knowledge base answers business questions; multi-region nodes reduce latency and schedule courses and exams across time zones; and the platform follows multi-country compliance requirements and strict data governance.

Content and services

Beyond software, the menu includes a course library (课程智库), a course mall (课程商城) and an instructor teaching service (讲师授课服务). The news feed shows the library adding themed course sets, for example a September series on AI in everyday work and a July series on the move from campus to the workplace for graduates.

Industry solutions and customers

The site offers packaged solutions for cross-border expansion, smart manufacturing, new retail, restaurants, finance and insurance, state-owned enterprises, health, biopharma, education services, and hotels and property management. The biopharma solution centers on traceable compliance, linking training plans, learning, exams, certification and audit.

Named customer stories on the home page include OPPO, whose global training system serves 200,000 (20万) frontline employees with multilingual, multi-region operation and containerized deployment; TCL's corporate university, T学堂; 招商基金 (China Merchants Fund), on a privately deployed group edition; 中国石油 (PetroChina), with personalized plans, points rewards and project-based learning; 中联重科 (Zoomlion), whose global training platform covers employees in more than 40 countries with 15 languages and time zones; 飞亚达 (FIYTA); the noodle chain 遇见小面, which pairs training with digital store inspections to enforce standard procedures; and 欧派 (Oppein), whose dealer academy covers 5,200 stores and 20,000 (2万) employees with certification exams and mobile learning. Newer case notes cover a bakery chain with 500+ learners and an energy company with 400+.

Credentials, pricing and support

The trust section lists the company as a National High-tech Enterprise (国家高新技术企业) with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certification and level-three cybersecurity classified protection certification (网络安全等级保护三级认证). The home page also prints headline results beside each feature block, such as a 95% exam pass rate and 50% lower training costs, without saying which customers or period they describe.

The site publishes no prices. Its offer is a free trial: 现在申请,立领30天免费试用, meaning apply now to receive a 30-day free trial. Support runs through a hotline, online chat and WeChat, and the trial form says a customer manager will call back within one working day.

Who it suits

企学宝 suits Chinese companies that need a full corporate training system with exams and in-person training management, especially chains, manufacturers and financial firms with large frontline workforces. It fits best when the business is expanding abroad and needs training in several languages, or when IT rules require private deployment on domestic infrastructure or delivery inside DingTalk, WeCom or Feishu. The main caveat for an international reader is that the site and its materials are in Chinese, so evaluation will start with a demo or the trial.
