EWS LMS is the enterprise learning management system of LearnTech Global, an eLearning and LMS company founded in Pakistan in November 2015 and active since February 2025 in the UAE through LearnTech FZCO in Dubai. The product page calls it "A Structured Digital Learning Platform for Large Organizations" and describes it as built to manage learning across departments, campuses, branches and business units. It serves two kinds of buyer at once: corporate training teams running onboarding, compliance and development programs, and academic institutions running courses by semester and cohort. Around the LMS, LearnTech Global also builds custom eLearning modules, runs online assessments and proctoring, and offers consulting and hosting, so a client can buy the platform, the content and the support from one company.
What the platform does
The product page groups the core of EWS LMS into three capabilities.
Structured learning delivery. Self-paced digital programs, instructor-led virtual sessions, blended learning, curriculum and semester structuring, role-based learning paths and scheduled sessions with automated reminders. The page says this is designed for both corporate learning cycles and academic terms.
Reporting and analytics. Completion tracking, assessment performance insights, compliance monitoring, department-level dashboards and executive-ready reports that can be exported.
User, role and hierarchy management. Bulk user onboarding, role-based access control, department and campus structuring, multi-level permissions and supervisor visibility. The page says the system is built for organizations managing hundreds to thousands of users.
For corporate clients the listed uses are employee onboarding and induction, compliance and regulatory training, sales and product enablement, leadership development, technical and skills-based training, and continuous professional development. For academic institutions the page lists curriculum and course management, semester and cohort-based learning, faculty development, student assessments and evaluations, certification and examination systems, and blended or hybrid learning. The page says the system adapts to the learning model in use, whether performance-driven, compliance-focused or academically structured.
Custom extensions
Two plugins extend the base LMS. The Webinar and Professional Learning plugin handles events and professional development: webinar registration, public event access, management of professional learning communities, attendance tracking, certificate issuance and engagement reporting. The page suggests it for corporate webinars, faculty development programs, executive sessions, CPD and stakeholder training.
The Governance and Workflow plugin is aimed at managers. It adds department hierarchies, supervisor assignment, real-time visibility of a team's learning, performance monitoring, graphical dashboards, automated email reports and exportable compliance reports. The company describes it as turning the LMS into a management and governance tool, not just a place where courses are stored.
The wider ecosystem, as the page describes it, combines private cloud infrastructure, AI-powered learning intelligence, analytics dashboards, virtual classrooms, governance tools, gamification and automated notifications in one platform.
Integrations, hosting and security
EWS LMS supports single sign-on through an organization's existing identity system, including institutional directory systems. It also offers API-based integration with ERP, HRMS and student information systems, with the condition that those systems support API connectivity. The possible integrations the page lists are automated user synchronization, course enrollment automation, training record transfer, performance data exchange and certification updates.
A WhatsApp integration sends learning notifications through the messaging app: course reminders, enrollment notifications, webinar alerts, completion confirmations and targeted engagement messages. For organizations whose staff or students live on their phones, that is a practical way to reach them.
Deployment options include managed private cloud, dedicated enterprise hosting, multi-location and multi-region setups, and controlled access for regulated sectors. The security features listed are role-based access control, secure authentication and user management, controlled access to courses, data and reports, data privacy protocols, department-level visibility restrictions and secure session management. The home page sums up the platform side as secure cloud hosting, a multi-tenant LMS and enterprise integrations including SSO and HRIS.
Content and services around the LMS
LearnTech Global's service list runs beyond the platform: custom eLearning, the LearningPlanet content library, microlearning, online assessment and proctoring, gamification, learning analytics and reporting, cloud hosting and LMS support, and translation and localization. Its custom modules are built with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise and Vyond and made to SCORM standards, in three tiers. Starter modules are plain, structured delivery for foundational knowledge and compliance content. Pro modules add professional voice narration, clickable interactions, quizzes and knowledge checks. Elite modules add fully custom layouts, advanced animation and motion graphics, gamification, scenario-based simulations and branching storylines. The assessment service promises secure online assessments with AI-enabled proctoring, multiple test formats and automated grading.
The home page gives the company's track record as 45,000+ learners trained, 18+ LMS deployments, 9 countries served and 270+ custom modules developed. It also runs the AWS re/Start training program in Pakistan.
Customers
The customer page and home page quote banks, a university and an airline services company. Mr Waqas Masud of Bank AL Habib Ltd says LearnTech Global designed and developed the bank's LMS, AL Habib iLearn, which he describes as the first cloud-based LMS in Pakistan's banking industry, along with training videos and eLearning modules that were "thoughtfully designed, engaging, and perfectly aligned with our learning objectives and organizational requirements." He credits the team with "professionalism, creativity, and technical excellence." Muhammad Asad Iqbal, Manager Learning and Development at Gerry's dnata, calls LearnTech Global "a highly reliable and professional learning solutions partner", and a colleague there describes role-specific hiring assessments the company built. Irfan Rasool Patoli of Al Barka Bank Pakistan writes that he implemented their solutions in Summit Bank "and it worked great."
The longest quote comes from the University of Central Asia, where LearnTech Global led the launch of Moodle as the university's main LMS and guided its integration with SAP. That shows the company also implements and supports other LMS platforms, not only its own.
Buying and support
The site publishes no prices; buyers request a demo or a free consultation, or speak to the team. The company lists phone lines in the UAE and Pakistan, an email address and WhatsApp, with office hours from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. The product page lists continuous technical support among its enterprise features.
Who it suits
EWS LMS suits large or structured organizations that need hierarchy and oversight built in: banks and financial services firms, multi-branch companies, universities, and school and college networks, which are the sectors the page names alongside aviation and logistics, oil and energy, retail and manufacturing, and healthcare and government. The governance plugin, department-level dashboards and exportable compliance reports fit compliance-led training, while semester structuring and exam systems fit academic use. Buyers who want one partner to run the platform, build the content and support it locally, especially in Pakistan and the Gulf, get that in a single relationship.
