What LearningAge is

LearningAge is the e-learning system offered on e-learning.hu, a Hungarian-language site that combines three things: a cloud LMS for organizations, a shop of ready-made e-learning courses on Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office, and content production services. The system page files LearningAge under organizational knowledge management (szervezeti tudáskezelés) and opens with the line "A LearningAge e-learning rendszer több, mint egy hagyományos learning management system (LMS)," meaning the system is more than a traditional LMS. The argument behind it is that information is created and goes out of date so quickly that classic one-off training is not enough, and a company needs a way to get current knowledge to its people and measure that it arrived. The page calls up-to-date knowledge one of the keys to staying competitive, and sums up the benefits as a system reachable from anywhere, modern technology and current content. A short video on the page walks through the functions.

The site says the system has proven itself with both small companies and large enterprises. It names four ways its partners use it: internal training and passing on what staff need to learn, training a sales network, selling educational material, and organizing open courses.

Technology and setup

LearningAge is a cloud-based SaaS system used from a computer, tablet or mobile phone. The system page lists wide-ranging user management with different permission levels, system integration that can extend to an existing website, and an SSO option. Logins can be protected with two-step authentication: the login screen asks users to install the free Google Authenticator app, scan a QR code and type in the 6-digit code it generates.

On appearance, the front page can be designed to match a company's corporate identity, and the interface is available in Hungarian and English. The site's own language switcher labels the English option "English (incomplete)," so teams that work in English should expect some untranslated screens.

Building courses and testing learners

The functionality list covers creating and managing digital learning materials, supporting materials, videos, self-check tests, assignments and downloadable files. Testing goes beyond a single quiz type: the page lists varied test options and examinations (vizsgáztatás), so the same system can handle practice checks and formal exams. A publishing editor interface (kiadványszerkesztő felület) is part of the package, and the list ends with selling learning materials (tananyag árusítás), which matches the use case of selling educational content.

The site calls the system very user-friendly and says the material inside it is easy to produce. For teams without the time or design skills, the same company offers content development as a service, aimed at organizations that want a more striking look. The homepage groups this with e-learning content production and with animation and video production.

Organizing training

LearningAge handles more than self-paced courses. Its organization section lists running online and in-person training, workshops and conferences; running and logging webinars; a calendar for managing resources, including participants, trainers and venues; and sending reminders and notifications. That makes it usable as the administrative center of a blended program, where an in-person workshop and an online module sit in the same calendar and feed the same records.

Documentation, certificates and reporting

The documentation section is where LearningAge is most specific. It produces training documentation from custom templates with logging, registers participants and manages their documents, generates and sends certificates, handles OSAP submission ("OSAP beküldése"), and manages satisfaction questionnaires. For a training provider that has to file paperwork for every course, that list covers the routine from registration to the certificate.

Reporting covers statistics and summaries to support decision-making, plus progress settings the organization can configure as it likes, so a company decides for itself what counts as progress through a course.

Ready-made courses and prices

The homepage sells e-learning courses to company groups and to individuals, each with 365 days of access and priced in forints. Buyers register, log in and add courses to a shopping cart on the site, so an individual can pick a single course without going through sales. The Hungarian-titled courses are Excel középhaladó (intermediate) at 15,000 Ft, Excel haladó (advanced) at 25,000 Ft, Power BI alapok (basics) and Power BI haladó (advanced) at 40,000 Ft each, and PowerPoint and Word at 12,000 Ft each. An Excel basics course is listed too, but its price needs a login. A second set of English-titled courses carries its own prices: Excel Intermediate at 23,000 Ft, Excel Advanced at 35,000 Ft and Power BI Basic at 55,000 Ft, with Excel Basic again behind a login.

Discounted bundles also run for 365 days. The data analysis bundle (Adatelemzés e-learning csomag) costs 99,900 Ft against a listed 120,000 Ft, a saving of 20,100 Ft. The Office bundle is 53,900 Ft instead of 64,000 Ft, the Power BI bundle 69,900 Ft instead of 80,000 Ft, and the Excel bundle 34,900 Ft instead of 40,000 Ft. For a team that needs spreadsheet and BI skills rather than a platform, these courses are the quickest way in, and they put the site in the data skills space as well as the LMS one.

The site publishes no price for the LearningAge system itself. It asks for a request for a custom offer or a free live online demo instead, and the contact form promises that a colleague will call within 48 hours to discuss the details.

Other offerings

Beyond the system and the course shop, the homepage lists IT training for companies, animation and video production, and an augmented reality book series with high-tech animations built on AR technology. A "Minket választottak" (they chose us) section shows the organizations that picked the company.

Who it suits

LearningAge suits Hungarian-speaking organizations that want one system for internal training, sales network training and open courses, with the paperwork handled: templates, logs, certificates, satisfaction surveys and OSAP submission. Training providers that run in-person workshops, conferences and webinars as well as online courses can manage the calendar, trainers and venues from the same place, and those that want to sell learning materials can do so inside it.

Companies that only need Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint or Word skills can buy the ready-made courses one at a time or in bundles without taking the platform. Teams that work mainly in English should note that the English interface is marked incomplete.
