LearncomPro

Tap a star to rate

LearncomPro is a learning management system for companies, public institutions and training organizations, developed by the Polish company LLidero, whose office is in Poznań. Its home page promises a training platform that brings order to employee development: launch training, track progress and cut manual work. The FAQ says the platform has been developed for more than a decade and is used by hundreds of organizations and hundreds of thousands of users, and the stats strip puts that at 250,000 active users and 15 years of active development. It combines course delivery, tests, certificates, notifications, webinars, reports, a library of ready-made courses and a set of AI assistants.

What organizations use it for

LearncomPro groups its solutions by audience. For staff and internal processes, it covers HR and L&D (training, onboarding and skills development), sales (product knowledge, service standards and sales team development), compliance and procedures (mandatory training, procedures, tests and sign-offs) and physical security training for people and property. For partners and outside audiences, it serves training companies, which run their courses, clients and training projects on the platform, gives external partners access to knowledge and materials, and supports brand consistency across partners and communications. By sector, it has dedicated offers for public institutions including local government units, pharmacies and drug distributors, and foundations and public benefit organizations.

The FAQ says the system works both for single courses and for large programs spanning many groups of users. For onboarding, a new employee can receive a prepared training path, access to materials and answers to common questions, which the site says cuts repetitive work for HR teams.

Core LMS features

Content comes in several forms. The platform delivers e-learning courses that follow the SCORM standard and can share any electronic files, so it doubles as a company knowledge base. A free converter, which the site calls the course creator, turns PPTX presentations into full e-learning courses that can then be assigned to users. Organizations can mix ready-made courses with their own: the FAQ says LearncomPro offers a large library of ready materials but works just as well as the home for an organization's own courses and internal procedures.

Live training runs through an integration with LiveWebinar, a professional webinar tool with the features most webinars need. Automatic transcription with real-time translation can be switched on for live sessions, which is useful for teams that do not share a language.

Administration is handled in one place. Administrators assign courses, follow progress, analyze results and generate reports, and the site stresses that participants, deadlines, completion and reminders are all managed in a single system rather than in spreadsheets and email. Managers and HR see progress, completions, test results and certificates, and the data needed for HR, managers, clients or an audit is available without reconstructing a training history after the fact. The system sends email notifications about training status and reminders automatically. Self-registration lets people get access to the platform without involving an administrator. Learners earn certificates confirming their skills, which they can download, save and print at any time.

Access options include single sign-on from the customer's own system, so users skip a separate login and password, and quick sign-in with Google or Microsoft AD accounts. The company's blog adds that the platform is available 24/7 and works on mobile devices.

Ready-made courses

LearncomPro sells packages of ready-made online courses that come with tests, certificates and reports, so an organization can launch training without building materials from scratch. Examples shown on the home page:

  • Cybersecurity, in the digital security package: about 60 minutes covering the 12 most common threats with practical examples, ending in a test and a certificate.
  • AI in office work: 120 minutes on practical uses of AI in daily work.
  • Excel in practice, basic level: 120 minutes of instructional videos and spreadsheet exercises.
  • Public speaking, in the leadership area: 160 minutes on preparation, stage fright, voice and body language.
  • Generational management: 60 minutes on communication between generations, with tips for managers.
  • The whistleblower act in brief, under law and work standards: 10-20 minutes, in versions for employees and for management.

AI in LearncomPro

AI is a full section of the product. Virtual specialists help users find answers faster in courses, procedures and company materials. Support AI helps users find their way around the platform and solve everyday problems. An administrator assistant helps admins carry out tasks, answer questions and work with the platform more efficiently. Individual recommendations suggest a learner's next development steps based on progress so far. Under dedicated specialists, LLidero builds AI solutions for an organization's specific needs. The FAQ adds that users can ask questions about course content and get explanations based on the available materials.

Security, setup and support

The platform states it complies with the OWASP ASVS application security standard, confirmed by regular independent security audits, and the stats strip lists 100% OWASP ASVS compliance alongside 99.9% availability. It states that it follows WCAG guidelines for accessibility for people with disabilities. LearncomPro is closed source and developed only by the LLidero team, which the site presents as giving the company full control over the platform and its security. Users are always on the latest version.

Implementation is fast by the site's account: the platform is ready 3 days after the contract is signed. LLidero takes on configuration, user import, course assignment, notifications, technical support, report preparation and other administrative work unless the customer prefers to do it. Technical support runs at first and second line for both users and administrators. The platform can be branded with a company's colors and logos, integrated with the customer's own IT systems, and run in 9 languages: Polish, English, German, Ukrainian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Slovak, Italian and Portuguese, with more added on request.

LLidero also sells consulting from e-learning experts: setting training goals and audiences, deciding which materials to move online and how to combine online and classroom training, designing paths, tests and certificates, planning progress reporting, and scoping implementation and admin support. The site publishes no prices; the route in is a conversation with the sales team. The blog includes a case study on an online first aid course for school staff.

Who it suits and who it does not

LearncomPro fits Polish organizations and multinational teams whose staff work in the nine supported languages: a company that wants onboarding, sales knowledge and mandatory procedures in one system, a public institution or local authority, a pharmacy chain or drug distributor, a foundation, or a training company running courses for its own clients. Organizations short on admin capacity benefit most from the done-for-you setup in 3 days, and teams that want ready-made courses on cybersecurity, AI, Excel and whistleblowing can start before writing their own.

The company is set up for organizations that want a managed, branded platform with support from the vendor, so a solo creator looking for self-serve course sales will find the offer aimed elsewhere.
