What Kelas Center is
Kelas Center is an Indonesian corporate training platform that combines a learning management system with a ready-made library of video courses. Its homepage headline is "Kembangkan Potensi SDM Anda Melalui Platform Pembelajaran Modern" (develop your human resources' potential through a modern learning platform), and it pitches itself as an edtech solution for companies that want to build a highly competitive team. The page is written in Indonesian and aimed at HR and training teams.
The homepage says Kelas Center is trusted by 10,000+ professional users, and gives three headline figures: 200+ instructors, 1000+ learners and 2000+ learning videos. It groups what it offers into four pillars: Diverse Courses, with thousands of learning videos across topics, skills and industries; the LMS itself, for making employee training more effective; Journey Based Learning, described as customized training designed with a structured, systematic method; and Assessments, which give insight into how a team is learning along with targeted suggestions for improvement.
The LMS for training teams
The platform's feature list covers the full cycle of running company training. Journey Based Learning lets a company have its training customized into a structured program rather than a loose collection of videos. Class Management is where administrators distribute their own training material: video tutorials, workbooks and practice questions, as well as quizzes and exams held online. Pre-tests and post-tests measure each user's ability before and after a training, so a company can see what changed rather than only who finished.
For oversight, a dashboard shows learning progress in what the site calls a user-friendly view. Company Management lets administrators follow each employee's progress across the several trainings assigned to them. Learning Reports give the complete picture of every employee's training development and progress, and the data can be exported to an Excel file. Learners can reach their classes on a desktop, laptop or smartphone, at any time and from anywhere, as long as they are connected to the internet.
Production House
For companies that already have training modules but no video, Kelas Center offers a Production House service. The homepage says it produces video content, both learning videos and other content, from the modules the company already owns. That makes it possible to turn existing manuals or slide decks into the same video format as the rest of the library and deliver them through the same LMS.
The video library and instructors
The content side is a large part of the offer, which is why Kelas Center also sits among training libraries. The library is organized into Kelas Work, Bootcamp, Kelas Premium, Kelas by Creator and Kelas.com collections. Example courses shown on the homepage include Menjadi Sales Handal dan Siap Bekerja (becoming a capable, job-ready salesperson), taught by a former marketing manager at Perumnas; Bedah Tuntas Kunci Sukses Melamar Pekerjaan (a full breakdown of how to succeed in job applications), taught by the people function head at PT Bank Amar Indonesia; Melek Finansial dengan Personal Finance (financial literacy), taught by a financial planner; Cara Menghasilkan Uang dari Bisnis Internet (making money from an internet business); Fundamental Akuntansi (accounting fundamentals), taught by an accounting supervisor; and Sukses Berkarir Menjadi Business Development (a career in business development).
The site presents its teachers as "Pengajar Tersertifikasi dan Berpengalaman" (certified and experienced instructors) and names well-known figures and their subjects: Raditya Dika on creative thinking, Ernest Prakasa on screenwriting, Pandji Pragiwaksono on public speaking, Merry Riana on business communication strategy, Didiet Maulana on starting a fashion brand, Darwis Triadi on lighting and composition, Riomotret on beauty portrait photography, Ryan Ogilvy on self makeup, Chef Juna on cooking techniques and Chris John on boxing. The FAQ adds that the material for building employee skills spans human resources, accounting, tech and data, and many other classes.
Kelas Center also describes three product lines a team can use depending on its needs: an intensive online training platform for mastering new skills or improving professional ones, a bootcamp program built to give participants practical skills that match industry needs, and premium classes with in-depth training from what it calls Indonesia's top mentors.
Trial, demo and pricing
The FAQ says Kelas Center offers a free trial that includes access to the admin and user dashboards and to the video library. There is no minimum number of participants: a company can register as many users as it needs. Demos are requested through a form on the homepage, where the company promises to show how Kelas Center can help manage training and make the process faster and easier; a consultation can be booked the same way. The site publishes no prices, so plans are discussed after the demo or consultation.
What customers say
The homepage quotes four customers. Bayu Prabowo of Kementerian Sekretariat Negara RI, the Indonesian state secretariat ministry, says the platform gave participants an enjoyable learning experience with varied, practical content. Andrea Wiriadinata of Sinarmas Mining praises the range of material from STEM to non-STEM, the mix of short and long modules that lets employees fit learning around their workload, and how easy it is to pick a module, log in, complete it and receive a certificate. Fery Agus of CV Tirta Indo Megah says Kelas Center provides up-to-date training material that can be applied across several departments, that video makes the material easy to follow, and that the pre-test and post-test serve as a reference for measuring trainees' improvement. Yuliana Dewi Rahmawati of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK) writes: "I've been using Kelas.Center since 2021 to create training modules for our employees. The platform helps us deliver learning content and improves participant engagement even before the training session by enabling us to create pre-class modules. I appreciate the continuous updates and look forward to seeing the platform improve even further"
Who it suits
Kelas Center suits an Indonesian company that wants both an LMS and a ready-made video catalog in Indonesian from one provider, especially one without the time or staff to build every course itself. HR teams that need to show improvement get the pre-test and post-test structure, those with existing training modules can have them turned into video through the Production House, and companies of any size can start without a minimum user count after testing the platform on the free trial.
