What INSTRUCTOR is

INSTRUCTOR is an online training service for Czech employers, made by PREVENT s.r.o. It bundles three things: a learning management system that organizes and records company training, a library of ready-made online courses led by the legally required ones, and consulting support from PREVENT's specialists. The homepage sums it up as "Vzdělávací platforma (LMS), online kurzy a poradenská podpora od renomované společnosti PREVENT" (a learning platform, online courses and advisory support from the well-known company PREVENT). The reader is an HR, safety or facilities manager who has to keep a whole workforce trained in BOZP (occupational health and safety) and PO (fire protection) and prove it, and who may also want to run other company courses on the same system.

The company's own claims are confident. The homepage headline reads "Česká #1 pro online školení BOZP a PO a jiné firemní kurzy" (the Czech no. 1 for online BOZP and PO training and other company courses), and a later section calls INSTRUCTOR "nejpoužívanější nástroj pro online vzdělávání v oblasti BOZP a PO v České republice" (the most used tool for online BOZP and PO training in the Czech Republic). The homepage counters show 6 000+ companies using it, 1 mil. trained employees, 14 mil. completed courses and a client rating of 4,9 / 5.

The mandatory training package

The core offer is what the site calls "Hotový balíček povinných školení (BOZP, PO, školení řidičů, první pomoc) pro celou firmu podle zákoníku práce" (a ready-made package of mandatory training, covering occupational safety, fire protection, driver training and first aid, for the whole company under the Labor Code). It is delivered online with expert support, and the homepage lists what comes with it: online training for the entire company, expert content with a guarantee that it follows the legislation, monitoring of deadlines with notifications, certification and training records, and advice from PREVENT specialists. The course menu adds a separate home office safety course and a discounted course bundle.

Among the selling points the homepage lists are "Školíte online do 24 hodin" (you can be training online within 24 hours), the legislation guarantee, a clear application, PREVENT's expertise and Czech support. Further service points cover expert guarantees from PREVENT, lecturer support, course updates included in the price, an information service on legal changes and a helpdesk.

The LMS

The application side does the administration. In the homepage's words the platform "automatizuje organizaci a evidenci školení" (automates the organization and record keeping of training): it watches deadlines, sends invitations and reminders, checks knowledge with tests, and records completions and certificates. A newer add-on, Čestná prohlášení (affidavits), is described as a module for verifying employees' medical fitness for work. The site keeps a help center with detailed documentation on the INSTRUCTOR LMS, a knowledge base and an FAQ on online BOZP and PO training, and the footer links to an integrations page.

Customers are not limited to PREVENT's own content. The company courses section offers a library of ready-made company courses, made-to-order course production, import of existing courses, or courses the customer builds itself. The knowledge base explains a format called PPT Learning, covers what a professional custom course costs and what source material is needed, and has articles on running PREVENT courses inside a customer's own LMS, customizing PREVENT courses, signatures in BOZP and PO training records, why a fee applies to operating a customer's own course in INSTRUCTOR, and how user accounts are billed.

The course catalog

The knowledge base shows how far the catalog reaches beyond the basic package. PREVENT courses listed there include BOZP and PO training for contractors, electrical equipment for instructed persons, driver training, fire protection, occupational safety, BOZP during teambuilding events, BOZP for remote work, forklift operation and an artificial intelligence course. A guide explains how to brief staff on safety rules specific to their own organization, and another describes the 3D explanations used in PREVENT courses. The news feed reports a new course on handling pressure cylinders, covering hazard recognition, safety labeling, handling, storage and transport, and an updated AI course with a reworked chapter on tools that does not need to be reassigned to users. The same feed covers legal changes, such as a new methodology from public health stations on the categorization of work from January 2026.

Proof points from customers

The testimonials on the homepage come from named people at large Czech employers. Zdeňka Böhmová of SAZKA a.s. says the platform worked reliably even with a fairly fast rollout and that PREVENT converted several of the company's internal courses into a much more attractive, user-friendly form. Honza Hanzálek, in HR at NAKIT, says the organization uses the PREVENT solution for all its statutory and internal training and values the electronic certificates for saving paper. David Novotný, head of facilities operations at Kiwi.com, writes that the solution meets demanding requirements on form, integration and flexibility, and praises the links to current legal texts and the interactive way test questions are presented. Jana Domešová, a user at Clinical Research Center s.r.o., says the driver training and first aid courses were brief and clear, with no lengthy profile setup, no special software to install and no long, slow videos, and another user, Lukáš Kotek, praises the practical tips in the driver training and says the courses do not bore.

Credentials, pricing and buying

The footer describes PREVENT as an "Akreditovaná vzdělávací instituce" (accredited educational institution) and a cloud computing provider, and lists the certifications ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 and ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001. The site has a price list page, and the main route in is a short inquiry form, after which the company promises: "do druhého dne vám pošleme orientační nabídku" (we will send you an indicative offer by the next day). The site also has an English version.

PREVENT runs other services that sit close to INSTRUCTOR, listed in the footer as company doctor services, company courses, Edunio, Medbook and work injury services.

Who it suits

INSTRUCTOR fits Czech companies and institutions of any size that need to get their whole staff through mandatory BOZP, PO, driver and first aid training and keep the records straight, with deadline tracking and certificates handled by the system. Firms that also want to put their own internal courses online, or have PREVENT convert them, can do so on the same platform. The courses and support are built around Czech legislation and delivered in Czech, so the product is aimed at employers in the Czech Republic.
