Happmobi is a corporate learning platform from Happmobi Educação Digital, a company with its office in São Paulo, Brazil. It combines an LMS (Learning Management System) and an LXP (Learning Experience Platform) in one environment, and it is built for training and development (T&D) teams that need to run mandatory training, personalized learning paths, certifications, mentoring and analytics for their employees. The home page headline reads "Plataforma LMS Global + LXP para treinar, engajar e medir performance" (a global LMS + LXP platform to train, engage and measure performance).

What the product is

The FAQ explains the split plainly: the LMS side handles enrollments, mandatory training, deadlines, certifications and reports, while the LXP side handles the employee experience, with paths by profile, content recommendations, gamification and engagement. Happmobi stresses that the technology is its own. In the FAQ's words, it is "desenvolvida e operada pela própria Happmobi" (developed and operated by Happmobi itself), and not a resale, white-label or customization of open platforms such as Moodle.

The company says it serves Brazilian companies of different sizes and sectors, and that the platform is especially suited to organizations with distributed teams, mandatory training programs, high-volume onboarding or paths that differ by employee profile. The home page says large retailers rely on it and carries testimonials from people at Magalu, C&A, GPA and Ypê. Happmobi also sells two services around the platform: a ready-made course catalog and custom course production.

What a training team gets

Mandatory training and certification. Administrators set up required training with recurrence rules, completion deadlines and automatic expiry alerts. Certification and recertification are tracked automatically, with notifications going to employees and their managers, and certificates can be customized in a few clicks.

Learning paths and assessment. Paths can be organized by role and function. The Assessment module maps each employee's knowledge gaps and then offers a personalized learning path based on the result, linking the skills diagnosis to the development plan.

Manager view. The Área do Gestor (manager area) gives team leaders real-time visibility of their direct reports: path progress, skills developed, gaps found and standout employees.

Content formats. The platform supports SCORM, PDF, video, audio, assessments, certifications, forms, practical activities, external events and in-person training. Video lessons can be hosted and streamed in the platform, and live sessions run through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom from inside the LMS, with attendance and completion recorded automatically in the employee's history. In-person and hybrid training are managed too, with event registration, attendance control, sign-up lists and completion records.

Authoring with AI. The native Ferramenta de Autoria (authoring tool) lets the T&D team create, edit and publish courses inside the platform. AI built into the editor generates text from prompts, creates images for the content, organizes modules and publishes to SCORM. A separate PowerPoint to SCORM converter turns existing slide decks into LMS modules. Packages built in outside tools such as Articulate Storyline, iSpring or Rise can also be imported.

AI assistant. The IA Assistente indexes the platform's content and answers questions according to each user's access profile, showing only what that person is allowed to see.

Gamification. Gamification is native: points, levels, badges, rankings, a rewards shop and the Game Desafios module, where employees face each other in quick matches using questions written by the T&D team, with configurable answer times and scoring.

Mentoring. The Mentoria Corporativa module pairs mentors and mentees under adjustable hierarchy rules, searches for available mentors and schedules meetings automatically through Outlook or Teams.

Partners and third parties. External partners can be registered with individual security tokens and given segmented paths, so each outside audience sees only its authorized content.

Branding and multiple brands. Layout, colors, logo and domain can be customized. Groups and holdings can run several brands at once in one environment, each with its own visual identity, audience and learning paths, under one contract.

Languages and accessibility. The platform has native support for multiple languages from a single environment, aimed at companies operating in several countries. The FAQ says it follows the WCAG guidelines and W3C standards.

Reporting. The Central de Relatórios offers more than 60 native reports covering user performance and behavior, without an outside BI tool for day-to-day operational reporting.

Integrations, setup and security

Users can be added three ways: automatic integration with HR or payroll systems via API, bulk import by spreadsheet, and manual registration. The platform connects to ERPs and HR systems through a REST API to sync employees, job titles, org structures and enrollments, and the same API carries completion and engagement data out to HR, BI or data warehouse systems. Technical documentation is provided to the customer's IT team during implementation. Single sign-on is supported, so employees log in with their corporate credentials.

Implementation time depends on the scope of each project: the level of customization, the number of integrations and the volume of content to migrate or produce. The FAQ describes a structured onboarding that covers platform configuration, training for the T&D team and launch support. Migration from a legacy LMS is supported, including completion history, users and SCORM content.

On security, Happmobi says the platform scored top marks in information security tests, citing CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), pentest and SSL A+ certifications, with encryption, access control by profile and monitored infrastructure. The FAQ says the platform runs under a high-availability SLA whose details are set in each contract. Technical support comes from a dedicated team covering operational questions, configuration, integrations and technical problems, with support channels defined in the contract according to the customer's plan.

Catalog and track record

The Tá na Mão catalog holds more than 100 ready-made topics built for the Brazilian corporate context and delivered as SCORM, so the courses also run in any other SCORM-compatible LMS. The catalog page lists titles such as NR-5, LGPD (Brazil's data protection law), phishing, information security, Scrum, Design Thinking, PDCA, OKR, diversity and inclusion, Power BI, Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) in three modules, a 5-module leadership path and a 12-course health and well-being path. Under 24-month contracts, a selection of titles is included at no extra cost. Catalog courses are not rebranded; for branded content, Happmobi produces custom courses as a managed service in Flashcard or One Page formats, exported to SCORM and editable afterward by the client's team. The platform also integrates single licenses of Alura para Empresas, a Brazilian technology, business and innovation catalog.

The home page reports more than 25 million completions, more than 1.1 million learners, more than 9 million training hours and more than 100 companies served, and says the team brings more than 20 years of know-how. The site publishes no prices; the contact form asks for company size and the solution of interest.

Who it suits

Happmobi suits Brazilian companies building a corporate university, particularly retailers and other employers with distributed teams, heavy onboarding and mandatory training such as NR-5 or LGPD. Holdings with several brands, companies that train outside partners, and T&D teams that want to author their own SCORM content with AI help will find matching features. Organizations whose staff work in several languages can run them from one environment.

The ready-made catalog is written for the Brazilian corporate context, so its value is greatest for teams in Brazil. Teams selling courses to the public will not find a storefront here: the product is built for training employees and partners.
