What FROG GENIUS is
FROG GENIUS is a learning management system from Frog Digital Group Co., Ltd., a company with its address on Ratchaphruek Road in Bangkok. It is built for organizations, government agencies and educational institutions that need to train employees, customers, dealers, franchise staff or students, both online and in a classroom. The English site calls it an "ALL-IN-ONE Learning Solution for Your Online Academy" and a "Management system for teaching, learning, online and offline training".
The company says it has more than 8 years of experience developing e-learning platforms, and its home page counts 200+ LMS deployments, 5K+ courses and 2M+ users. It describes itself as the "No.1 LMS" developer and as "the leader in driving organizational success through educational technology"; both are the company's own claims. The site runs in Thai and English, and its pitch is about Thailand: the home page talks about transforming Thailand's learning experience.
SaaS, custom builds and FROGBINAR
FROG GENIUS comes in two forms. FROG GENIUS SaaS is the ready-made version, described as a way to "Manage teaching and learning with an easy-to-use system that is ready for immediate use", with constant updates and customer support throughout. FROG GENIUS Customized is for organizations that want their own build: the company's developers and experts consult with the client's team and co-design the system, and the site lists a "Fully Custom-Made LMS" among its options.
Alongside the LMS sits FROGBINAR, a virtual event platform for online seminars and meetings. The site says it can receive more than 10,000 simultaneous viewers, both domestic and international, so the same vendor covers large seminars as well as courses.
What learners get
Learners can study quickly on any device, anywhere and at any time. A learning path shows the structure and goals of their development so they can reach the learning goals the organization sets. A follow-up feature pushes new knowledge and announcements so people keep learning on their own. Learners can test themselves and check their own learning hours, and they can message teachers and administrators directly.
Certificates are issued automatically according to the course's learning conditions, so a learner who meets the completion rules gets one without an administrator stepping in. Notifications prompt learners to keep going, and a point reward system lets them collect points and redeem them for rewards. The feature list also names gamification, coins and points, social learning, e-books and interactive video learning.
What administrators and instructors get
Course building is meant to be self-service: the site says "Teachers or Administrators can easily create and manage courses by themselves." Content is stored centrally and distributed by assigning courses to groups or to individuals, and the system notifies assigned learners automatically.
Video gets particular attention. Instructors upload course content as video, and the system can cut that video into chapters inside the platform. Adaptive bitrate streaming is used to stop playback from stalling during a lesson, and the same feature block covers live teaching. The wider feature list adds hybrid learning, on-site training, one-on-one coaching and live streaming, so a single program can mix recorded lessons, live sessions and classroom days.
Assessment covers tests before, during and after a course, with a timer, automatic answer checking and multiple-choice marking. Reporting is detailed and real-time, with instant statistical analysis and a dashboard. Executives can view results by branch, department, group or level, and further report views can be added on demand. The system collects learner data, tracks progress, reports learning and test results so the organization can see that people finish according to the learning plan, and offers in-depth analysis of academic performance along with instructor and course evaluation. Post-training surveys show what worked and what did not.
For the wider IT setup, an "Extended Other Systems" feature is described as a way to "Efficiently connect internal and external systems of the organization", and the feature list names Single Sign-On. A Training Budget Plan feature also appears in the list.
Who it is built to train
The site splits its use cases into eight audiences. For customers, a company selling products or software can run its own Online Academy, where, in the site's words, FROG GENIUS "has an Online Academy system for you to collect customer learning data" and "adds fun to customer training with Gamification and Certificates to meet learning needs in a new format." Dealers and sales representatives can be trained on "your company's products or services, promotions, and sales methods correctly, verifiably, and train quickly", with checks that they have passed "training standards".
Franchises use it to keep store staff on the same service standards despite high turnover, since a new employee can start training at any time. For the public, organizations and government agencies can use it for PR, content marketing, CSR or lead generation, rewarding learners with points or certificates, and "organizations or brands can create learning as a community or Knowledge Management." Employee use covers onboarding, upskilling, and updating the code of conduct and competencies. For branch offices it "Meets the needs of companies with multiple branches and helps reduce travel costs and company expenses", either by centralizing training or by giving each center its own material. Outsourced staff and business partners round out the list.
Security, privacy and certification
FROG GENIUS runs in the cloud, and the site lists encryption, storage with redundancy against data loss, intrusion prevention and risk assessment. It says customers "can expand the usage volume without limits" and that "the system has passed the security standards that banks and financial institutions accept." The LMS supports cookie consent and permission requests under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act.
Two identity tools suit exams that matter. Facial recognition compares a user's face with an image already on file, with a stated accuracy of 90.88%, and is used for logging in or before an exam. e-KYC verification checks a user's identity through electronic submission of information.
The company also says FROG GENIUS is certified to ISO/IEC 29110 for project management and software implementation, under ISO/IEC 29110-4-1:2018, by ISEM COMPANY LIMITED, which the site describes as an accredited certification organization in Thailand. That is a certification of the vendor's software development process, not of the courses.
Content, services and support
FROG GENIUS sells more than the software. Its off-the-shelf library offers more than 300 courses chosen from partners who are experts in each field and taught by instructors with real experience, so a team can be developed according to the organization's competency framework. A workshop service teaches company staff to build online courses from the first step, using tools such as Canva, Zoom, OBS, Facebook Live, YouTube and TikTok. A production team makes learning media with clients in formats including video, motion graphics, infographics, SCORM and HTML5, and the company rents out a studio for shooting or live broadcasts with equipment and crew included.
Support promises a response within 3 minutes, through the @froggeniussupport account, the support@frogdigital.co address and two support phone lines. The site says over 100 organizations use FROG GENIUS, across government, corporate, tutor and coach, and school and university customers. The company also publishes Thai articles for HR teams, such as a roundup of 15 free online courses.
Pricing
The site publishes no prices. Buyers fill in a form to request a demo or a trial, and the SaaS and customized versions are arranged through that conversation.
Who it suits and who it does not
FROG GENIUS fits Thai companies, government agencies, universities and schools that want one vendor for the LMS, the courses, the video production and the training of their own staff. It suits organizations with many branches, franchise networks and dealer channels, where centralized assignment, branch-level reports and automatic certificates save travel and admin time. Teams running high-stakes internal exams will value the facial recognition and e-KYC checks, and anyone planning large live events gets FROGBINAR from the same company.
It is a weaker fit for a solo creator who wants to sign up and start selling a course the same day, since every route starts with a demo request. Organizations that need the interface in languages other than Thai and English should raise that early, because the site itself runs in those two.
