What FranchiseSoft is
FranchiseSoft is franchise management software, and its Franchisee Training (LMS) module is the part that trains a franchise network. The LMS page calls it "The All-in-One Platform for Modern Franchise Training" and describes "a powerful, centralized platform for managing and delivering training to corporate employees, franchisees and even staff." The company insists it is more than a file store: "This isn’t just a place to store files; it’s a dedicated franchise training software that ensures consistency across your entire network."
The module sits inside a wider suite. The homepage lists its modules: Franchise Sales CRM, an Applicant Learning Center for educating franchise applicants before they sign, Franchise Marketing, a Digital Library, Franchisee Management, Franchisee Onboarding, Franchisee Training (LMS), Franchisee Audit and Compliance, Franchisee Ticketing and Support, Franchisee Finance & Royalty, and a Franchisee CRM for franchisees' own customers. The homepage summarizes the training module as one that "Delivers, tracks, and manages training courses and certification for franchisees and their employees." The pitch is aimed at "an established franchise company, a new business that is considering expansion by franchising your business, or an emerging franchisor with a few franchise units."
Building courses
The LMS page says the module lets a franchisor "create an unlimited number of customized training courses for any subject imaginable, whether it’s an introduction to your new product line, a deep dive into your operations manual, or a refresher on your brand’s core values." Courses are written in a simple editor where any content on the page can be changed, so training can be updated when a procedure changes.
Courses can include embedded images and videos, and the design options let a franchisor "choose from a range of colors and layouts," so courses carry the brand's look and feel. The FAQ lists the kinds of training franchisors typically build:
- Sales training: customer interaction, product knowledge and lead generation.
- Operations training: daily procedures, equipment usage and quality control.
- Finance training: using the POS system, managing payroll and financial reporting.
- Onboarding: a step-by-step program for new franchisees or employees.
Because all training material is stored in one place, the FAQ says, a franchisor "can easily update content in minutes," and every franchisee and their staff get "the exact same, up-to-date content, regardless of their location."
Assigning and taking training
Once a course is ready, the franchisor "can assign it to multiple users with just a few clicks." Each trainee receives a personalized link that "gives them instant access to the course and allows them to log in at their convenience." The company's point is that a franchise owner or a new hire at a distant location does not have to wait for a scheduled session: training "never becomes a bottleneck," and everyone in the network can finish required courses on their own schedule.
The module is one of several that support a new location. The Franchisee Onboarding module, according to the homepage, uses checklists and a timeline to track location opening progress "from site selection to grand opening," and the training module delivers the courses that go with it. The Digital Library holds brand documents, manuals and marketing materials that franchisees can reach in the same platform, and the homepage says franchisors and their teams can reach franchisee information "from anywhere, on any device" through its franchise management app.
Quizzes, grades and certificates
The LMS page says the module "does more than deliver content; it’s built to ensure true comprehension with quizzes and real-time progress tracking," with "a built in scoring system" to check understanding. Franchisors can formalize training "by assigning passing grades," and trainees "earn a certificate of completion" that the franchisor can track. The page frames the whole module as a way to "certify the expertise of your entire team."
Reporting and the Franchisee 360 View
After a course, administrators can open detailed reports on everyone's progress and results. The page promises "incredible detail on which sections were finished and how your team responded to every question, so you can easily spot areas of strength and weakness." In the FAQ, the company says administrators can track progress in real time, see "which sections of a course have been completed, see the results of quizzes, and monitor who has passed."
Training data also flows into the Franchisee 360 View, which the page says gives "easy reference to a trainee’s full history from a single, centralized dashboard." The FAQ adds that the information is "included in each franchisee’s 360-degree view for easy oversight." For a franchisor's operations team, that puts a franchisee's training record next to the rest of what the Franchisee Management module holds: records, agreements, communication logs and performance data. The company presents this as the basis for addressing knowledge gaps early and raising performance across the network.
The rest of the platform
The other modules explain why a franchisor would take the LMS as part of FranchiseSoft rather than on its own. The sales CRM manages franchise development "from initial inquiry to the final signing," capturing leads and routing them to the right team members. The audit module digitizes location audits and inspections. The ticketing module gives franchisees a place to submit issues, with a knowledge base and communication tools. The finance and royalty module automates royalty calculations, invoicing and financial reporting, and the homepage says it integrates with other financial systems "like QuickBooks." The homepage also mentions a "dedicated support team" offering "real-person assistance," and a sister brand, ClickTecs, for franchise digital marketing.
Customer quotes on the homepage come from the sales side. Kim Ellis of Bruster's Real Ice Cream says "I couldn’t do my job without this outstanding platform and their responsive customer service," under a headline about 100 franchise agreements in 2 years. Paul Pickett of Wild Birds Unlimited calls the CRM "a great experience for our candidates and for our team," and Leigh Feldman of Youth Franchise Brands calls FranchiseSoft "a fantastic partner in the Franchise space."
Pricing and demos
The site publishes no prices. Franchisors fill in a demo request form, choosing the modules they are interested in, and can also watch pre-recorded demos of the training module.
Who it suits
FranchiseSoft's training module suits franchisors that need every location trained the same way: new franchisees going through onboarding, staff learning daily procedures and equipment, and corporate employees, all on courses that carry the brand and can be updated in minutes. It fits best for franchisors that also want the sales CRM, onboarding, audits and royalty management in one system, since training records then sit beside each franchisee's other data. A business that is not a franchise system will find the product built around franchisors and their networks rather than general corporate training.
