Fellow Digitals
Tap a star to rate
Fellow Digitals makes four connected tools for training and internal communication: Fellow LMS, Fellow Intranet, Fellow Community and an AI Course Generator. The homepage headline is "Training and communication that actually sticks," and the strapline under it lists "Built in Europe · ISO certified · GDPR & PDPA compliant · WCAG accessible · Responsible AI · Trusted by 600,000+ users." The site lists phone lines in Amsterdam, Cologne and Zurich, is available in English, Dutch and German, and invites visitors to "Join the 650+ companies growing with us."
The tools are sold as "Four powerful tools. One connected experience." An organization can run Fellow LMS for training, add the intranet for company news and the community for knowledge sharing, and use the AI Course Generator to turn existing documents into short courses. The AI Course Generator is the one piece the site also sells on its own, for companies that already have an LMS.
Fellow LMS
The homepage describes Fellow LMS in three lines: "Organize onboarding and training in the flow of work. Structure learning paths, track progress and ensure compliance. Built to support every employee." When the AI Course Generator runs inside it, the AI page says the result is "AI-driven course creation, user management, learning paths, and insights in one platform," which it recommends for organizations that want to manage learning and communication in one place.
Three use cases on the homepage show how the LMS is meant to be used. For onboarding, the pitch is to "Replace scattered documents and manual training with one structured, trackable experience that drives day-one productivity." For compliance, it says Fellow lets a company "Deliver mandatory training in the flow of work and track completion in real time," with the aim to "Reduce risk, improve safety and stay audit-ready at all times." For communities, it promises "real-time communication in one shared space" so updates reach every location. The solutions menu adds three sectors: gastronomy and hospitality, transportation and logistics, and industry and manufacturing.
The company's headline results for the whole suite are "50% faster onboarding · 67% higher engagement · 20% time saved daily." These are the company's figures, and the site does not say how they were measured. A recent blog post reports that Fellow LMS+ earned a "Sehr gut" (very good) rating.
AI Course Generator
The AI Course Generator is the course-authoring part of the suite. Its page promises to "Create bite-sized courses and short videos in minutes with AI," and the homepage calls the output "engaging, bite-sized training cards." The process has four steps:
- Upload content: "Use any document like PowerPoint, Word or PDF."
- Let AI build the course: the document "is automatically turned into interactive microlearnings with visuals, text, and quizzes."
- Localize: translate courses into any language and choose an AI model, European or Southeast Asian, which the page says gives "locally accurate, compliant, and culturally tuned results."
- Publish and improve: share courses by company, team, role or on platforms like MS Teams, track engagement and optimize "with one click."
The page lists three reasons to use it: "Skip hours of manual input, generate courses with quizzes in seconds," the claim that "Anyone can create training, no design or LMS experience required," and keeping a workforce updated "no matter the size or location." It also includes AI video: "Enter a script, choose the avatar, voice, and language, and generate a professional video in minutes."
The page makes the case for short courses with two figures, "17% higher knowledge retention" and "50% faster training completion," and says microlearning is "Perfect for hybrid and frontline teams" because it fits into the workday on any device. The FAQ answers the adoption question directly: courses are "mobile-first, visual, multilingual, and easy to access."
For companies that already run another LMS, the FAQ says they "can easily publish the generated microlearning courses to your existing LMS using Remote SCORM or LTI." Implementation is described as fast: "We support SSO and guide you from setup to content creation." Buyers who want to test it first can "Begin with a pilot."
Intranet and community
Fellow Intranet is for internal communication: "Reach office and frontline employees with clear internal communication. Share news, updates and essential information in one central place." Fellow Community is for knowledge sharing: "A space where members ask questions, share ideas, and learn from each other." The AI page names the problem both tools address: "Knowledge lives in scattered PDFs, emails, and people’s heads. New colleagues take too long to get up to speed, and frontline staff miss updates."
The product menu also lists pages for Microsoft 365, integrations and a white-label app.
Security, privacy and accessibility
Fellow puts compliance up front. Its badge row lists GDPR, 100% EU Hosting, W3C WAI-AA and WCAG 2.2, KIWA Certified ISO/IEC 27001, KIWA Certified NEN 7510, KIWA Certified ISO/IEC 27701 and Allianz fuer Cybersicherheit. The footer links a DPA for PDPA in the APAC region, and the resources menu links a Service Level Agreement and a Trust Center.
For the AI tools, the page lists its safeguards: "Your data stays protected and under your control," "No third-party data training," "EU-based processing with privacy-by-design safeguards," and "Full GDPR/ PDPA alignment and transparent data handling." A human stays in control: the AI supports and people decide. The FAQ adds that prompts and content "are never used to train external systems," and the AI page calls the tool "GDPR & AI act proof."
Customers and recognition
The customer list on the homepage includes Gemeente Amsterdam, ABNAMRO, ADAC, National Geographic Society, DB Schenker, Akzo Nobel, Kioxia, AVIS, McDonalds, Thomann, Merck Healthcare Germany GmbH and RIVM, along with many German and Dutch municipalities, dioceses and mid-sized firms. Four customer quotes appear on the page. Anne-Claire Frank of the Municipality of Amsterdam says: "We got a single solution, in the form of a SaaS platform, that replaces all existing platforms." Steffen Groß of Barnimer Busgesellschaft says: "With the Fellow LMS we were able to establish faster onboarding and better subject knowledge." Robert de Groot of Royal Coster Diamonds credits the intranet with "an incredible efficiency leap," and Christopher Geyer of Autohaus Seitz reports "39 % faster response time to client inquiries." The award row lists a DIA Award Winner Silver, Martech Awards for 2023 and 2024, and eLearning Awards for 2024 and 2025.
Pricing and trial
The AI Course Generator has a published price as a standalone tool: "€2 per user/month (min. 100 users)," and a 2-week free trial. Fellow LMS, the intranet and the community are sold after a demo, which every page offers through a Book a demo button.
Who it suits
Fellow Digitals suits organizations with both office and frontline staff that want onboarding, mandatory training and company news in one place, and that care where their data is processed. The AI Course Generator is a fit for training teams sitting on a pile of PDFs and slide decks, whether they move to Fellow LMS or keep their current LMS and publish to it over SCORM or LTI. Companies in hospitality, logistics and manufacturing are the sectors the site names.
