EzCampus (이지캠퍼스) is a subscription LMS run by Vibe-M Inc., whose site footer gives an address in Seoul. The homepage pitches it as "기업·협회·교육기관을 위한 구독형 LMS" (a subscription LMS for companies, associations and educational institutions) and says an organization can open and run a training platform "복잡한 개발 없이" (without complex development). The product is meant to replace two things: a custom-built e-learning site, which the company says costs a lot and takes a long time, and training run out of spreadsheets, which the homepage lists among the problems buyers bring to it, next to build costs and the chore of tracking enrollment and completion by hand.

What the platform does

The homepage groups the features into six areas that together cover a training program from start to finish:

  • Course creation and management: building a curriculum, setting the schedule and running the course.
  • Enrollment and payment: taking applications, capping the number of places and managing payments.
  • Learning progress: attendance, progress and each learner's status.
  • Assignments and tests: creating assessments, automatic grading and managing results.
  • Completion: setting completion criteria and issuing certificates of completion.
  • Statistics and reports: learning data and the operating status of the site.

The FAQ sums it up the same way: course opening, enrollment, learning progress, tests, certificate issuance and payment are all managed "한 곳에서" (in one place). It also says an organization that has been handling each step separately can move applicant management, learning progress, completion results and certificates into the one system.

A case-study post adds detail on course setup. When an administrator creates a course in the admin page, they set the enrollment period, whether the course is free or paid, and whether enrollment needs approval, among other conditions. Sites are built from design templates, which the same post says let an organization style its training site without a designer, so the result looks made to order. Enterprise customers get finer design settings, such as the main-page banner and course thumbnails. The site menu also links a template gallery, a portfolio of sites built on the platform, and a custom development service for organizations that need more than the subscription covers.

Who it is built for

EzCampus names four kinds of customer and gives each its own page:

  • Public agencies running policy guidance, practical training and education for specific target groups, which need to track who took part.
  • Corporate training teams running recurring internal programs such as new-hire training, statutory mandatory training (법정의무교육) and job training, with enrollment and completion records.
  • Schools and private academies (학원) moving classes online: online lectures, special lectures, entrance-exam intensives, and preview and review material, with attendance and progress tracking.
  • Associations and member organizations running mandatory courses, regular member education, and the refresher and qualification-renewal training (보수교육, 자격 갱신 교육) where a completion record matters.

The FAQ states the common thread: EzCampus suits organizations that need "반복적인 교육 운영과 이수 관리" (repeated training operations and completion management). For an L&D team, that means programs that run again and again, where proving who finished what is the point.

It also works for training people outside the organization. The public-sector section mentions programs and campaigns for external audiences, associations use it for member education, and the Korea Securities Depository case below is a site that trains the companies using its service rather than its own staff.

Getting started

The homepage lays out a four-step launch. Consultation and requirements take one day, sign-up and environment setup take two days, course registration takes two days, and then the site opens, for five days in total. The case-study post contrasts this with building a training site in-house, which it says needs specialist staff, one to three months of development and design, and at least a year before the site is actually running.

A free trial starts as soon as an organization signs up, and the site says every feature is available during the trial period. The FAQ says a team can move from the trial into live operation once course registration and basic settings are done. Sign-up and login on the EzCampus site also accept Kakao and Naver accounts.

Pricing

The homepage headline price is 월 10만원부터 (from 100,000 won a month), with three promises under it: no build cost, maintenance included, and the ability to start right away. A blog guide to adopting a SaaS LMS adds that there is no separate contract period, so the service runs month to month.

An older case-study post describes how the subscription is structured: monthly plans priced by the number of members and the storage a site uses, ranging from the 50,000-won range up to the 500,000-won range, paid monthly with no extra charges. Enterprise deals are fitted to the organization's budget and size, and the post says there are no fees for setting up the LMS site or for additional maintenance. The current homepage starting price of 100,000 won a month is the more recent figure, and the menu links to a separate pricing page (요금안내).

The homepage comparison table lists what EzCampus includes: no usage limits on core features, maintenance across its full scope at no charge, customization within the scope of updates at no charge, and updates that reflect customer feedback.

Track record and support

The homepage reports 1,897+ cumulative customers, 88,976+ courses opened, 17,455+ cumulative learners and a 99% re-use rate (재이용률). It describes the system as built on seven years of technology and, in its customer section, cites 14 years of know-how, with users ranging from public institutions to schools, companies and associations. On capacity, the comparison table says the platform can serve more than 10,000 people a month (월 1만명 이상).

The case-study post on the Korea Securities Depository (한국예탁결제원, KSD) shows the product in use. KSD, a public institution under the Financial Services Commission, runs an electronic voting system for shareholder meetings and wanted to train the corporate staff adopting it. It opened its training site on EzCampus in 30 minutes, offered the courses free within a fixed enrollment period, and according to the post moved the training 100% online, replacing in-person sessions with a site practitioners can use at any time. Related case-study posts on the blog name 중소벤처기업진흥공단 (the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency), 한국마사회 (the Korea Racing Authority), 대한결핵협회 (the Korean National Tuberculosis Association) and 서울대학교 (Seoul National University) among its users.

Support is part of the pitch. The homepage describes real-time operational support (실시간 운영 지원) set up to respond quickly to issues during operation, and says consultations start from how an organization actually runs its training rather than from a feature list. The team proposes an operating structure suited to the organization and its training goals, and resolves problems based on practical experience. The footer links a service brochure and a user manual.

Limits and fit

The site and its case studies are in Korean. The company deliberately keeps to core features, which it presents as a strength: "꼭 필요한 기능에 집중해 누구나 빠르게 적응하고 바로 사용할 수 있습니다" (focusing on the features you really need, so anyone can adapt quickly and use it right away). Teams that want a broad feature set should weigh that design choice during the trial.

The buyer EzCampus describes is an agency, corporate training team, academy or association that runs the same programs every year and needs enrollment, tests, certificates and completion records in one place without paying for a custom build. The five-day launch, the free trial with every feature switched on, and month-to-month terms suit organizations that want to start quickly and avoid a long contract.
