What Endoo is
Endoo is a Brazilian platform for corporate training that also runs a company's internal communication. Its FAQ calls it "uma plataforma LMS de treinamento corporativo, com soluções de capacitação e comunicação integradas" (a corporate training LMS with integrated training and communication solutions), and the homepage headline claims it is "A única plataforma que une treinamento e comunicação corporativa em um único acesso" (the only platform that brings training and corporate communication together in a single login). The reader it serves is an HR, training and development (T&D) or internal communications team in a Brazilian company that wants staff to learn and get company news in the same place.
The argument behind the product is set out in the company's own article on LMS platforms: traditional systems become a video repository that employees open only when they are obliged to, and Endoo tries to break that isolation by putting updates, daily notices and training in one internal network. Employees consume short knowledge pills (microlearning) and receive official announcements in the same app. The site's tagline for this is "Sem trocas de tela, sem ferramentas a mais" (no switching screens, no extra tools).
Creating training
Course creation is built around a modular authoring tool and AI. The homepage says you can "Crie cursos, trilhas e avaliações com IA" (create courses, learning paths and assessments with AI) and then follow in real time who has learned, who got stuck and where the team needs to improve. Its promise for the authoring tool is "Do zero ao curso publicado em minutos. Sem precisar de TI, designer ou roteirista." (From zero to a published course in minutes, without needing IT, a designer or a scriptwriter.) The menu lists an intelligent assistant (Assistente Inteligente) alongside the creator, and templates on a range of themes can be adapted to your team's situation.
Endoo describes three kinds of training. Personalized trainings are specific to your company and aligned with its vision. Thematic trainings cover specific subjects in depth and are created on demand. Shelf trainings (treinamentos de prateleira) are ready to use immediately from a broad, multidisciplinary catalog. The homepage says customers can start training their team minutes after signing up, with more than 30 shelf trainings made available free to customers. Themes shown include customer service, information security, personal development, communication and feedback, and corporate skills, and the company's article adds sales, leadership and communication as examples of in-demand topics. The menu also lists a course store (Loja de cursos).
What learners and admins get
The feature grid on the homepage gives a good sense of the toolkit: news, polls, calendar, library, links, ideas, a store, gamification, questionnaires, courses, medals, learning paths, ranking, certificates, assessments, dashboard, reports, forum, performance, the course creator, templates, the shelf catalog and the assistant. Learning paths can be personalized by department or role, and the FAQ says Endoo is for companies that want to engage employees "de forma interativa e gamificada" (in an interactive, gamified way).
Content can be segmented by job title, sector, franchise and even by relationship to the company, employee or third party. That reaches beyond staff: the homepage offers secure access for third parties, sales representatives and franchisees, so the same platform can train a franchise network or a reseller channel.
During initial setup you choose which tools are available to your users, and you can change the platform's visual identity (colors and logos) and set up custom domains so users feel they are inside the company's official environment. The FAQ calls it "100% personalizável" (100% customizable).
Users are registered individually or through a .CSV spreadsheet, which the FAQ suggests should hold full name, email, sector or team, and region or unit. Employees then log in with their registered email and password. You can set a default first password, and Endoo forces each employee to change it on first login. Access works from any device, and the app is available on iOS and Android.
Internal communication
The communication side is what sets Endoo apart from a plain LMS. You can post company news to everyone or to a specific audience, segmented by job title, sector or branch, and the homepage says you will know exactly who saw each announcement. Important information can be pinned so everyone sees it from their first login, and you can track adherence to each piece of material to make sure the right people have seen it. The company's article describes this as an interactive wall (Mural Interativo) for communicating with the whole company in real time, mixing news with training pills. Campaigns sit as a separate solution in the menu.
Reporting, security and integrations
The FAQ describes two ways to manage data. The dashboard is a visual overview of platform-wide numbers such as number of accesses, active users, courses started and news published. Reports are more analytical: you can extract a report with any information and segmentation available in Endoo, such as each employee's performance in each course, grades, adherence, completion and interaction. A September 2026 article announces a new reporting panel aimed at turning data into training decisions.
On security, the FAQ points to advanced user management that lets you define any content by user group, so information is only seen by people authorized to see it, and to authentication by Single Sign On (SSO), which limits access to users registered in your system.
Asked whether Endoo integrates with ERP systems, the FAQ answers yes and says the platform integrates with various systems. The homepage adds that Endoo can be integrated quickly enough for employees to be trained in under a week.
Scale, customers and buying
A counter on the homepage reads +2M treinamentos, 62k usuários and 15 estados (trainings, users and Brazilian states). The industries it addresses are telecommunications, finance, technology, industrial operations, health and retail. A customer story covers Unimed Limeira, a healthcare cooperative; the homepage invites you to see how Unimed Limeira "tem transformado sua operação com o Endoo" (has been transforming its operation with Endoo). Endoo also announces a partnership with Dialog to build an "AI First" environment for HR, internal communications and marketing teams.
The company's article says Endoo serves everyone from growing small and mid-sized businesses to large operations, "sem exigir contratos milionários ou equipes técnicas dedicadas" (without requiring million-real contracts or dedicated technical teams). The site publishes no prices; the routes in are a hire-now button, a free demonstration with its specialists, a contact form and WhatsApp.
Who it suits
Endoo suits Brazilian companies where training and internal communication are owned by the same small HR or T&D team and where employees ignore a separate learning portal. Retail chains, franchise networks, health cooperatives and companies with field or branch staff get the most from the segmented announcements, the read tracking and the mobile app, and the third-party access helps companies that also train franchisees or representatives. The free shelf trainings and AI course creation let a team start without commissioning content.
It suits less well an organization that only needs a formal course repository with no interest in the communication tools, or an international company that needs an interface and support beyond the Portuguese-language site. Endoo is built for training a company's own people and its partners, not for selling courses to the public.
