What eloomi is
eloomi is a learning and development platform for companies that train their own staff. Its homepage calls it "the LMS training platform helping organizations around the world train, develop and engage their people", and the product line combines an LMS/LXP with skills mapping, performance management, a learning content library and an employee communication tool in one app. The reader it is built for is an HR, L&D or operations team that needs onboarding, compliance and skills training running across several locations without a long implementation project.
The company describes itself as a SaaS company, and the site carries the line "eloomi is now a dayforce company". The homepage FAQ explains the relationship: Dayforce is an HCM vendor covering HR, payroll, talent and workforce management, and eloomi can be bought as a standalone solution or as an integrated solution inside Dayforce's HCM platform. The homepage also says eloomi has 2,000+ happy customers.
Building and delivering training
The learning platform covers the basics an internal training team needs. You can upload existing training or build courses from scratch, set up learning paths, assign content and follow progress. The onboarding FAQ says that with eloomi "you can design courses, set up learning paths, assign content to new hires, and monitor their progress". Content authoring is listed as a use case in its own right.
For teams that do not want to write everything themselves, eloomi sells ready-made eLearning as a value add-on. The homepage describes "content collections of courses available in 4 different plans", drawn from what the site calls its global network of content partners, with topics running from customer service to management training, company orientation, compliance and role-specific skills.
eloomi AI is the assistant layer. The feature menu describes it as "AI assistance in drafting custom learning content, providing learning and skills recommendations", so it helps with a first draft of a course and with pointing learners toward relevant training.
eloomi is SCORM-compliant. Its article on the subject closes with the statement that "eloomi is a SCORM-compliant LMS that offers an all-in-one platform covering onboarding, skill development, compliance training and more", and explains why that matters: existing SCORM content can move from a previous LMS without rebuilding the course.
Onboarding
Onboarding gets a dedicated solution page and is the clearest picture of how the product works day to day. New hires can be engaged with pre-boarding that is easily shared remotely. Pre-made onboarding learning plans save setup time, training deadlines and reminders make sure courses get finished, and a real-time overview shows who has completed what. The page says eloomi "makes it possible to bulk assign onboarding training to all your new hires in one go", and automated enrollment is meant to give every role a consistent start.
Two extras sit alongside the courses. Checklists let you break complex onboarding tasks into assigned steps with clear owners, so deadlines are not missed. Purpose-built content bundles, which the page says are all included in the employee onboarding LMS, cover training essentials such as data privacy and health and safety "in just a few clicks". The onboarding FAQ sums up the offer as "automated training enrollment, onboarding scheduling, and completion tracking for HR and managers."
The site calls this an award-winning onboarding LMS. Sigurbjörg Magnúsdóttir, Head of Training & Development at Domino's, is quoted on the same page: "Since implementing eloomi, onboarding has become faster and more efficient." On the homepage she adds: "eloomi has made the process of reskilling and upskilling easier and more engaging for our employees."
Compliance, reporting and skills
For compliance, the homepage promises real-time reporting and completion data alongside ready-made training on essential topics. The onboarding page describes "real-time completion reports and ready-made training on key topics from data privacy to health and safety", plus deadlines and reminders to make sure people actually finish. Reporting and analytics is a named feature area: real-time LMS reports track progress, course completion and compliance.
Skills Intelligence is meant to help you "understand the skills your workforce has, wants, and needs to flourish with targeted skills-based insights and training." In practice the homepage lists skills mapping, profiling and training courses, so a manager can see where capability is thin and assign targeted training. Upskilling and reskilling is one of the named use cases.
Beyond the LMS
Two modules take eloomi past course delivery. Performance management supports 1-1 conversations, setting and tracking performance goals, and 360 feedback, which ties development conversations to the same platform where training is assigned. People Development aims to "bring structure and purpose" to employee growth. Employee Communication is a social engagement tool with real-time messaging and an active community inside the learning platform.
The solution menu shows how wide the intended use is: besides employee onboarding, compliance and people development, it lists customer education, partner enablement, sales enablement, frontline workers and external enterprise. Industries named include retail, healthcare, hospitality, software, finance and manufacturing.
Access, integrations and rollout
Learners reach training through the eloomi app for Android and iOS, and the platform is also available as an MS Teams app, so training sits inside the tool many employees already use all day. The mobile app also gives access to performance feedback conversations, not just courses.
The integrations section names "built-in integration with LinkedIn Learning, MS Teams, and 40+ other HCM platforms, including Dayforce." The feature menu adds an API and SSO, and the onboarding page says you can connect HRIS tools "at the click of a button".
On rollout, the homepage says eloomi is easy to implement and adopt, "with dedicated customer support and one-click integrations", and that you can "launch your platform in just 4-6 weeks". The site points customers to service plans, a support hub with help articles and a trust and security center covering its security and compliance standards.
The site publishes no prices; the routes in are a demo request and a contact form.
Who it suits
eloomi suits mid-sized and larger organizations that want onboarding, compliance and skills training in one place and expect to go live within weeks rather than months. Teams spread across shops, sites or countries get the most from the mobile app and the MS Teams app, and HR departments already on Dayforce get the option of running eloomi inside that HCM platform. Organizations that want performance reviews, 360 feedback and an internal social feed next to their training will find those in the same product instead of buying separate tools. Using the platform for customers or partners is also covered, through the customer education and partner enablement use cases.
It is a less obvious fit for a team that only needs a basic course repository, since much of the value comes from the wider people development modules. Buyers who want the ready-made course library should note it is sold as an add-on in separate content plans rather than included by default.
