What Easy LMS is
Easy LMS is a cloud learning management system from Easy LMS B.V., whose footer gives an address in Delft, the Netherlands. Its homepage headline is "An LMS made for trainers," and the page title calls it "the #1 LMS to scale your training services while saving time and money." The audience is specific: consultancies, training companies and other businesses that train people outside their own walls, whether those are customers, franchise locations or whole client organizations. A German article on the company's site says the product was built for exactly this job, training employees of other companies at scale without a technical team.
That focus shapes the whole product. Instead of one shared learning space, each client gets its own branded portal; instead of a per-learner price, there is a flat monthly fee with a cap on completions; and reports are designed so a training provider can show each client what its people learned.
Academies, one per customer
The core idea is what Easy LMS calls an academy. The homepage says to give each customer, location or organization a dedicated learning portal, which the company calls an academy, "to streamline, standardize, and scale training." Each plan includes one academy as standard, and more can be added as the business grows. Academies are "Fully white-label": each customer, franchisee or organization gets "their own branded portal with custom URL," and the German article adds that each can carry the client's own colors, logo and fonts.
Content is shared across academies without being duplicated by hand. The homepage promises that a provider can "Reuse courses and exams while personalizing training programs as needed," and a customer testimonial from Eddie Finch of Chapter Three Consulting says, "We're able to clone material and then modify it from our library of training materials. A huge time-saver." Groups are organized per client, admin rights for an academy can be delegated to a colleague, and the article stresses that one customer's data never crosses into another's.
Building courses and exams
Trainers can "Upload your existing material, including SCORM packages, or design from scratch." Courses combine text, images, video and audio, and the homepage describes a distraction-free interface for learners. Exams are graded automatically, and certificates go out on their own once someone passes: the homepage says Easy LMS handles "the tedious tasks for you, like grading exam answers and sending certificates." Exam questions can be put into categories, so a trainer can spot which topics people keep getting wrong and adjust the course.
The German course-creation article lists more of the toolkit: individual learning paths so participants move at their own pace, and onboarding automation with automated emails, checklists, reminders and personalized welcome messages for new participants. Participants are invited by email or by bulk import.
Reports clients can open themselves
Reporting is built around proving results to a client. The homepage promises live key metrics, "An overview at a glance, details a click away," and adds that "Customers can access their reports whenever they want." The German article says visual reports show pass rates, scores and certificates at every level, and that a provider can give each client real-time access to its own data. The company's own LMS checklist frames the purchase the same way: a training provider does not really sell courses but an outcome, trained, certified and compliant staff plus the proof of it, so reports and certificates belong at the top of the list. The academy automates invitations, certificates and reports for that reason, and for a consultancy whose deliverable is trained and certified staff, the self-service view replaces a monthly spreadsheet.
Pricing and trial
Easy LMS publishes its prices, in euros or US dollars. The homepage describes "a flat fee that keeps your budget predictable" and says "Don't pay per participant and train more for less." Yearly billing gives 2 months free.
- Basic, "The perfect plan to get you started": €70 a month or €700 a year ($80 or $800), with unlimited participants and a maximum of 3,000 completed exams or courses per month.
- Advanced, "Get everything you need to scale your training services": €200 a month or €2,000 a year ($230 or $2,300), with unlimited participants and a maximum of 10,000 completed exams or courses per month.
Plans can be extended with extras, and a plan advisor questionnaire recommends a tier. The homepage does not say what happens when a month's completions pass the plan's cap. A free trial of either plan runs for 14 days with no credit card required, and a 30-minute demo can be booked with the team.
Platform, security and support
According to the German article, Easy LMS runs on a cloud-based, GDPR-compliant platform certified to ISO 27001, is mobile-friendly, is available in more than 23 languages, and includes free support on every plan, with no installation and no IT department needed. The footer links to a GDPR page, and support is also reachable by chat on the site. The website itself can be switched between English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Italian, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Swedish, and a knowledge center publishes guides on building online courses and choosing an LMS.
What customers say
The homepage shows a 4.6 out of 5 rating on Capterra and quotes several clients. Erik Burggraaf, CEO of Burggraaf Consultancy, says, "We started using Easy LMS for conducting exams, and it proved highly effective." Carl Pritchard of Pritchard Management says, "I appreciate the fact that I am not being charged an arm and a leg. It is one time, one fee." Heather Curren, Director of Education at SimiTree, says the product lets her company provide "quality training as a bonus to our customers."
Who it suits
Easy LMS fits training businesses and consultancies that deliver courses and exams to several client companies and want each client to see its own branded academy and its own results. Franchisors training many locations, and companies training customers or partners, fit the same pattern. Because the price does not rise with each learner, a provider whose participant numbers swing from month to month can plan its costs, as long as it stays within the plan's monthly completion cap.
A company that mainly trains its own staff can use it too, but most of the product's design, from per-client academies to client-facing reports, is aimed at the provider who trains someone else's people.
