What Эквио is

Эквио, whose site is e-queo.com, is a Russian-language platform for training and developing staff, and it describes itself as more than an LMS. The homepage headline promises "Обучение и развитие сотрудников с результатом для бизнеса" (employee training and development with results for the business), and the platform is organized around four jobs: onboarding and development, tasks and control, communication and motivation, and HR analytics and KPIs. The site says it is "Создано для бизнеса, где прибыль зависит от результата сотрудников" (built for businesses where profit depends on employee results), and lists retail chains, restaurant chains, FMCG and supply, pharma and medical reps, franchise and partner networks, finance and insurance, and telecoms.

The homepage puts the company's scale at 500+ companies, 5 million+ employees in the system, and 12+ years in the EdTech and HR-Tech market, and adds "AI внутри" (AI inside) to speed up processes. The site's meta description sums up the pitch: automate onboarding and 360° assessment, create content with AI, and tie training to business KPIs.

The products

The platform is modular. The product menu lists an HCM platform, an LMS platform, HoReCa School for restaurant and hospitality teams, a Tasks module, ИПР-LXP for individual development plans, HR analytics, and Audits. The homepage describes the result as one space "для обучения сотрудников, партнеров и подрядчиков, а также задач и коммуникаций с гибким доступом" (for training employees, partners and contractors, plus tasks and communications, with flexible access).

The Tasks module is what moves the product past course delivery. The homepage section "Знания в действии" (knowledge in action) says training does not end with courses: staff apply knowledge and standards at work through tasks and always have the materials they need at hand. Managers, it says, see completion, deviations, deadlines and results for each team without complicated spreadsheets, chats or manual checks. Audits and service standards sit in the same place, which matters for a store or restaurant network where head office needs photo reports and checklists from every branch.

The scenario menu shows how customers are expected to use it: onboarding and adaptation, training, motivation, testing, development and retention, control and analysis, practice on the job, and content creation. A blog post on the company's site describes how Kärcher rolled out the mobile Эквио platform for its sellers, with 24/7 access, a single catalog of equipment courses, bonus tasks, tests, a reference guide and video lessons.

Services and deployment

Around the software, Эквио sells custom development, launch support, integrations, ready-made courses, and an Эквио Academy. The same blog post states that the platform is available both in the cloud and on a customer's own servers, and the menu has a separate server hosting page.

The pricing note on the homepage spells out what the subscription covers. The price shown is for the SaaS version in a protected cloud; Private SaaS and on-premise installations are calculated separately. The price includes non-personalized cloud licenses for users, managers and administrators, premium support for the length of the contract, support for administrators and users, and regular technical and functional updates. A calculator on the page produces a figure in rubles per year after a form is filled in, and the demo form asks for headcount in bands from 10 to 50 employees up to 601 to 1,000.

There are several ways to try it. The homepage offers free access for 14 days, and the blog version of the form says the trial is the full-featured version. A banner across the top of the site offers 12 users free for six months, the blog invites readers to "Попробуйте LMS Эквио 2 недели бесплатно" (try the Эквио LMS free for 2 weeks), and the meta description promises a free pilot set up for the customer's company.

What customers report

The homepage carries a long run of case studies, and the figures in them are the customers' own. Boxberry, a logistics company, built a training department for internal staff and franchisees: 93% average completion on key programs, 700+ people in the Boxberry Academy, and most learners rating the online training 4.9 out of 5. Kärcher says it drew up 37 criteria to evaluate LMS products before choosing Эквио, loaded 700+ products into an interactive catalog with search and offline access, and created 140,000 e-courses for staff and partners over four years.

Lab Industries, described as the former Henkel, manages 1,500 merchandisers across the country on the platform. Sisley uses it for 160 in-house sellers in 38 Russian cities and 130+ freelance consultants in retail chains. НефтьМагистраль trains 3,000+ employees working at 103 filling stations, with training running around the clock because of shift schedules. MegaFon reports that sales of a new product doubled after training and that onboarding of new staff became 3 times faster. The jewelry chain ADAMAS says 97% of its trainees learn on the platform and 89% of new hires finish their onboarding program on time, and Mondelēz cut the time needed to brief staff and partners on new products and promotions from 2 weeks to 1 day.

The cases also show formats beyond the corporate classroom. Профи-центр, a nonprofit, runs a charity school where volunteers held 4,500 online lessons a year for 600 children with more than 1,100 volunteers taking part. МЕДИА1 builds microlearning with lessons of 5 to 12 minutes and courses of 5 to 9 lessons, and trained 250+ middle managers and 300+ commercial staff in 6 months. The Roscosmos corporate academy uses offline training on the platform because many employees have no internet access at their workplace. Фора-банк reports that 89% of its employees installed the app, and Merz uses the platform to train thousands of doctors with hybrid online and offline sessions.

Who it suits

Эквио fits companies with large, spread-out frontline teams: store chains, restaurant groups, filling station networks, field merchandisers, pharmacy chains and medical reps, where training has to reach people on phones and be checked against what they actually do. Franchisors and brands that train partners and contractors alongside their own staff will find that case written into the product. HR teams that want onboarding, development plans, 360 reviews and analytics in the same system as the courses get a single platform rather than a stack of tools, and companies with strict hosting requirements can run it on their own servers.

The site and every case study are in Russian, so it is best suited to organizations that work in Russian. A small team that only needs to host a few courses may find the HR, audit and task modules more than it needs, although the demo form starts at 10 employees and the six-month offer for 12 users gives such a team a low-risk way to test it.
