e-KHOOL is a cloud SaaS learning management system that sells itself as one LMS platform for two worlds, corporate and education. The site's copyright line names Resbee Info Technologies Pvt Ltd, with dates running from 2016 to 2026, and the footer lists offices in Trivandrum (India), Edmonton (Canada), Midrand Johannesburg (South Africa) and Sydney (Australia). The homepage describes the product as an AI-powered learning management system for online education and training, and the company says it has partnered across over 60 countries.
There are three products. e-KHOOL LMS (Corporate) is the corporate platform for employee training, compliance and skills development. e-KHOOL Suite (Education) is a digital education suite that combines the LMS with school operations, with segment pages for universities, coaching providers and K12 schools. AIRA is an AI platform for building, deploying and managing AI agents that automate business workflows, which the homepage pitches as "A powerful AI agent built to reinvent LMS experience."
The corporate LMS
For a business, e-KHOOL covers the whole run of training administration. The feature menu groups it three ways. Learning features are personalized learning paths, an e-Library and resource hub, AI-powered recommendations, collaborative learning forums, a learning app and an online exam app. Training features are virtual classrooms and live sessions, an assessment and quiz builder, a course management system, a course catalog, training assignments (described elsewhere as automated) and a coaching app. Experience tools are gamification and rewards, social logging, a branding and marketing tool, engagement notifications, personalized learner dashboards, and reports and analytics.
The corporate use cases listed are employee onboarding, customer onboarding, talent development, sales enablement, channel partner training, compliance training, safety training, business training, clinical training, industrial training, communication training and management services. The homepage frames the corporate pitch as creating and evaluating enterprise training programs with what it calls an AI-driven training management system.
Content and authoring
Courses can be built in the platform or brought in. The features list includes content authoring tools, a course builder, a flipbook builder, interactive video, a certification builder, video compression, and SCORM and xAPI support for packages made in other tools. Further down the menu sit integration support, roles and permissions, multi-tenancy, security features, a mobile app with offline access, and a communication tool.
Partner and customer training
The partner training page is aimed at companies with resellers, distributors and affiliates. Its headline line is that "A Partner Training LMS like e-KHOOL strengthens brand consistency, drives revenue, and enables partners to sell smarter, faster, everywhere." In practice that means role-based courses for resellers, distributors and service affiliates, training for new products or services that can be rolled out immediately, product demos, sales kits and playbooks delivered inside the LMS, and reporting that goes beyond completions to track certifications, sales impact and engagement. The page also mentions interactive demos, real-world case studies and guided simulations.
Its FAQ answers three practical questions. Training can be personalized by partner role, the products a partner sells and regional requirements. e-KHOOL supports multiple languages so partners can learn in their preferred one. And success is measured through completion rates, assessment scores and engagement metrics. Customer onboarding sits in the same family of external-training use cases.
The education suite
On the education side, e-KHOOL pitches "the blended learning infrastructure" for institutions, with AI technologies added to the learning platform. The education use cases are student learning, exam coaching, teacher training, skills training, certification programs, academic learning, sports coaching, institutional training, college education, professors' training and mobile learning, and the menu even lists an LMS for celebrities. The education features named on the homepage are course management, mobile learning, student progress tracking, assessment management, assignment submissions, virtual classrooms and discussion forums.
Integrations
The integrations section is specific. It names AWS, Firebase and Azure for cloud infrastructure; Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, PayU, Gpay and Apple Pay for payments; Zoom, Teams, Zoho and YouTube for live sessions; Vimeo and the company's own ekhool play for video; Twilio, Tawk.to, Zoho desk and Fresh desk for communication; and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Facebook pixel for analytics. The footer adds LMS integrations with CRM, HRMS and ERP systems, collaboration tools for Zoom and MS Teams, and a course marketplace and listing LMS among its solutions, which together with the payment gateways is the route for organizations that sell courses rather than only train staff.
Security
e-KHOOL describes four layers of security. For user data it lists end-to-end encrypted delivery. For the platform it cites GDPR compliance and an ISO 27001-2013 certified solution standard. For content it lists AES encryption for videos and password protection for documents. For the organization it cites the ISO 9001:2015 standard and registered trademark status.
Customers
The homepage carries four case studies. Ab Tec, which the site describes as a company with 150+ employees, used e-KHOOL for skills training. Gentech QA used it for recurrent compliance training across its 250+ employees. Ganpat University, with 18,000 students and over 1,000 staff, uses it for college education. And the Addis Ababa city government education bureau in Ethiopia, which supports over 7 million students and 48,000 staff, has used e-KHOOL LMS for school-level student learning since 2023. Other names on the client wall include ABTec Solutions, Plex Bit Info Systems, Tria PLC, ToshiStats, GraduData, IIRM, MAAZTER, RPA Central School, Kamban Karpagam School and TVET Vocational Colleges.
The site lists a very wide set of industries, from production, automobile, and oil and gas through healthcare, pharmaceuticals, banking, insurance, government, retail, aviation, legal and telecommunications. Its footer shows the logos of review and listing sites including Capterra, e-Learning Industry, G2, Get App and Software Advice.
Pricing and trial
The sign-up box reads "Start Your 14-Days Free Trial" with "No Credit Card Required," behind a "Create free account" button, so the free account is the start of that trial. For buying, the homepage asks visitors to connect with the company for customized pricing, and the menu and footer link a pricing and plans page. A demo can be booked from every page, and the footer links a help center and a refund policy.
Who it suits
e-KHOOL fits organizations that want one vendor for several training audiences: employees, customers, channel partners and, on the education side, students and teachers. Companies with reseller and distributor networks get a dedicated partner training setup with sales content and certification tracking; schools, universities and coaching providers get the education suite; and businesses that sell courses can use the listed payment gateways. The breadth is also the caveat. With two editions, an AI agent platform and dozens of use cases, a buyer should use the 14-day trial and a demo to check that the specific features they need behave as described.
