What Disprz is
Disprz is an AI-powered learning and skilling platform for enterprises. Its FAQ describes it as combining "LMS, LXP, and AI content authoring to help enterprises build workforce capability at scale", connecting learning, skill development and business outcomes in one platform. The home page headline is "Skills that Move, AI that Acts", promising autonomous enablement that diagnoses skill gaps, builds capability and delivers learning in the flow of work with measurable ROI, and the company counts 500+ enterprises in 25+ countries as customers. The FAQ says it serves mid-market and enterprise organizations across retail, BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), manufacturing, IT and IT-enabled services, and services, and names Amazon, Axis Bank, Starbucks and Bharat Petroleum among the companies that use it. A company blog post says Disprz has more than a decade of experience serving enterprises across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
The FAQ answers the obvious question directly: Disprz is both an LMS and an LXP, and a company can deploy the LMS, the LXP or both together.
The product set
The home page lists the products by job:
- LMS for delivering, tracking and managing learning across the enterprise, described as structured, scalable and built for compliance and performance.
- LXP for skills-based, personalized learning built around the organization, aimed at faster upskilling.
- Frontline Enablement, a mobile-first app for staff who never sit at a desk. The home page calls it "Mobile-first. Offline-ready." and a company blog post adds real-time nudges, saying it was built for non-desk workforces rather than adapted from desk-worker tools.
- Turo, the AI content creation engine, and Sales Coach, a newer product for AI-powered role-play and sales coaching.
- Add-ons: Content Hub, a library of skills-first content that the home page says is always current and ready-made across roles, industries and regions; Decision Support for dashboards, insights and analytics; and Skydive for on-the-job training and assessment.
The use cases it is sold for are employee onboarding ("Get new hires productive in weeks, not quarters"), talent development (mapping skill gaps to roles and building paths to close them), upskilling and reskilling, sales enablement, and compliance training, which the home page describes as automated tracking, certification management and audit-ready reporting. Industry pages cover banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, IT, retail, hospitality, restaurants and real estate.
Turo, the AI authoring engine
Turo is the part of Disprz that matters to a team building its own content. The home page calls it "Agentic AI that autonomously builds scalable, enterprise-ready learning content rooted in your expertise", and the blog says it converts SOPs and slide decks into microlearning.
The home page goes into detail. Turo works from documents and produces six formats: basic video, advanced video, talking head, classic multiple-choice questions, simulations and game-based content. Output comes in three depths: nano content of 3-5 minutes, mini courses of 5-20 minutes, and pathways of 20+ minutes. The workflow is described as 100% human-in-the-loop: the AI extracts and structures your documents, you review and refine, the AI generates the content, and you approve and publish. On speed, the company claims Turo is 4X faster than traditional production, with 1 minute of finished content taking about 4 minutes to generate.
Turo is not tied to Disprz's own LMS. The home page lists SCORM export and xAPI (Tin Can) as ready, mobile-responsive output, and plug-in use with any LMS or LXP. Features marked as coming in "Content 3.0" include a sales coach agent, conversational assessments, multi-language support and prompt-based generation.
Skills, analytics and integrations
The skills layer runs through the product. The FAQ says Disprz uses AI to create content faster, map skills to roles, personalize learning and give insight into how workforce capability is developing, and contrasts this with a traditional LMS focused on course management. The blog describes Skills Intelligence as mapping roles to skills and proving progression, and says Disprz connects learning to business outcomes such as time-to-productivity, sales and retention. The same post claims an 8X training ROI.
For integration, the FAQ says Disprz connects to common HRIS and HCM systems, collaboration tools and enterprise applications through APIs and pre-built integrations, so learning can sit inside existing workflows; the site has a separate integrations page. Implementation time, according to the FAQ, depends on the number of users, integrations and customization, with most organizations starting quickly and larger deployments taking longer. A public status dashboard is linked in the footer.
Security and compliance
The home page shows ISO 9001, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, GDPR and CCPA badges and says the platform is built to meet global security standards. The FAQ states that Disprz "follows enterprise-grade security practices and complies with leading standards such as SOC 2, ISO certifications, and GDPR."
Customers and results
Case figures on the home page include 20% growth in store sales with 1000+ frontline learners engaged, and a 50% reduction in onboarding time with a 60% surge in learner adoption. A blog post says ROSHN reached 91% adoption and attributed a 15% boost in business outcomes to its Disprz skilling program. Customer quotes come from the CHROs of Jumbo Group and HDFC Life, a training operations manager at AIA Singapore and the chief people officer of Security Bank. The HDFC Life quote praises an app with "personalization, an intuitive visual interface, and learning recommendations." The home page shows a 4.5-star rating, and a blog post lists 4.4/5 on G2 (94 reviews), 4.7/5 on Capterra (138) and 4.9/5 on Gartner (6).
Pricing and buying
There are no published prices. A company blog post says pricing is by custom quote, and the site routes buyers to a demo or a product tour. Resources include an L&D ROI calculator, a digital maturity assessment, LMS and LXP buyer guides and a workplace learning report based on 500+ organizations. The website is available in English, Arabic and Indonesian.
Who it suits
Disprz suits mid-market and large employers that want one vendor for compliance training, onboarding and skills-based development, especially those with big frontline or distributed workforces in banking, insurance, retail, hospitality or manufacturing. Teams with a lot of internal know-how in SOPs and slide decks can use Turo to turn it into short courses, and because Turo exports SCORM and xAPI it also suits a company that wants AI authoring alongside an LMS it already runs. Buyers will need a demo and a quote to learn the cost.
