What DigitalChalk is
DigitalChalk is a cloud-based learning management system for employee training, customer training, partner training, compliance training, continuing education and workforce development. Its home page sums up the pitch as creating, delivering and proving training outcomes in one LMS: build training with AI tools inside the platform, assign it, and show its impact without leaving the system. The company says it has been in business for over 17 years, and its contact address is in The Woodlands, Texas.
Three promises run through the site: "Full-featured. Easy to use. Live in 45 days." On top of that comes support. Every admin and every learner gets unlimited U.S.-based support at no extra cost, and the home page says customers "come for the LMS and stay for the unlimited admin and user support." The FAQ says the platform is designed for organizations training 100 to 10,000 learners.
Content Factory and AI course creation
DigitalChalk's main argument is that most LMS platforms help you deliver training, while it helps you create it too. Content Factory is its AI video tool, which the company calls "the only AI video creation tool built natively inside an LMS." You upload a document, a slide deck or a URL, and get a professional training video with script, visuals and narration in minutes, without a video vendor, a production team or an extra subscription. The FAQ adds that it works from documents, PDFs and written content, so no separate authoring tool subscription is needed.
The home page puts numbers on it: a 70% reduction in course creation time, and 3-5x more training created with the same team. It says teams in construction, manufacturing, associations and healthcare use Content Factory to build onboarding, safety and compliance training. The product menu also lists AI Assist, a content library add-on (LMS + Content Library), a custom content and content bundle service, and Content Fortress. The pricing page lays out three routes to content: bring what you already have, add ready-to-use course libraries, or create new training with the built-in AI video creation.
Employee training
For internal training, the home page describes one platform where admins build training, deliver it, track completion and prove compliance. The listed jobs are onboarding new hires faster, reaching frontline and deskless employees on any device, building skills, managing certifications, documenting regulatory compliance, and using integrations with existing systems. Automated workflows handle onboarding, and the home page credits interactive video, certificate sharing, social learning and automated nudges with keeping learners finishing what they start, citing a 3x increase in learner engagement. The pricing page names the admin work the platform is meant to remove: assigning training, chasing completions, tracking certifications in spreadsheets, answering learner questions and updating outdated content.
Learning Intelligence is the reporting layer. The FAQ puts it this way: "Most LMS platforms tell you who completed training. Learning Intelligence tells you whether it worked." It surfaces which training is changing behavior, where people are falling behind and where to invest next; for employee training the company frames that as proving ROI.
Customer and partner training, and selling courses
The same platform covers external audiences. The home page describes an eCommerce-ready LMS for delivering product training, managing certifications and monetizing content, with mobile-friendly access and secure eCommerce. For customer programs, Learning Intelligence is meant to connect learning activity to adoption, retention and renewal. Sell Courses Online and Customer & Partner Training each have their own solution pages, and the product line includes a separate LMS eCommerce option.
Pricing
DigitalChalk does not publish a price list, and its pricing page explains why. The price is built on four things: the number of learners, training needs, content, and integrations, with the HRIS, CRM, ERP, SSO or other systems you want to connect. What does not raise it: the feature set (every customer gets the full LMS, with no lite version), more administrators (there is no per-admin charge), support, and platform updates. Every plan includes the full LMS, unlimited U.S.-based admin and learner support, unlimited admin seats and platform updates, and the page states "No feature tiers."
On hidden costs, the answer is "No. Implementation, unlimited support, platform updates, and the full feature set are included in your quote. What you're quoted is what you pay." The page illustrates the custom approach with an example: a 200-person construction company managing safety certifications needs something different from a 2,000-person manufacturer onboarding employees across several sites. Pricing comes in one conversation, during the demo.
Implementation and support
The FAQ says most clients are fully live in 45 days or less, and that implementation includes platform setup, admin training and content migration support from a dedicated U.S.-based team. For organizations moving from another LMS, the pricing page says DigitalChalk helps manage data migration as part of implementation. Support is unlimited for admins and learners, and the company stresses that its people answer the phone and stay with customers after launch, citing an 80% reduction in support resources required. For smaller teams, the pricing page argues the support model means they do not need a dedicated LMS admin.
Customers and results
The pricing page quotes three results: 50% higher training engagement and 25% less rework at Viking Power Technologies, 2.3x more learners trained with the same team at Wire Association International, and training costs cut by 50% at QSR Automations. Other customers listed include SELEE Corporation, Oklahoma Real Estate Academy, JKM Learning, Bricker Insurance Education, Cornerstone Healthcare Training, REEsults Coaching and Dr. Tom's Engineering Classroom. A banner notes that DigitalChalk, Viking Power Technologies and AWS were featured on Now We Know and CNBC.
The industries it names are associations, banking and financial services, construction, consulting, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, real estate and religious institutions. Buyers can also take a free learning strategy assessment or download an LMS buyers guide without filling in a form.
Who it suits
DigitalChalk suits organizations of roughly 100 to 10,000 learners that want one vendor for employee training, customer and partner education, and course sales, and that value hands-on support over self-service. Training teams that are short on production capacity get the most from Content Factory, since it turns existing documents and slides into video courses inside the LMS. Associations, training academies and continuing education providers can sell courses through the built-in eCommerce, while companies in regulated fields get certification management and compliance documentation.
Teams that want to see a price before talking to sales will have to book the demo, since every quote is built around the program.
