What Digital Q.LMS is

Digital Q.LMS is the learning management system from Diasoft, a software company with its address in Moscow. The product page describes it as an LMS for managing corporate training that brings together creating courses and training programs, assigning them to learners, learners working through the courses, and managing learning results. It is aimed at corporate training centers that train and develop staff, and also at universities, colleges and other educational institutions. The page lists Q.LMS among Diasoft's "development platforms" and calls it fully import-independent software registered in the Russian Software Registry.

Diasoft itself is best known for financial-sector software. Its home page calls it the largest supplier of IT solutions and a leader in developing and implementing software for financial organizations, and says it has been in information technology for 35 years, has invested in its digital platform for 20 years, runs 250+ implementation projects for complex IT systems a year and has 150+ clients using its solutions every day. The home page also carries investor relations pages and quarterly financial results.

Course Designer

The Course Designer is described as a flexible tool for building learning materials and course structure. Materials (courses, tests and assignments) can be built in different formats: text long-reads, images, diagrams, video and audio, plus links to other internal and external sources. A course can consist of modules, pages, tests and assignments; the order of materials can be changed, and the same material can be reused in different courses. Several courses can be combined into a learning program, and authors can edit any material, include material by other authors and link materials to one another.

Tests are there to show how well an employee has absorbed the material. They are built from questions with answer options, several question types are available, and the answer options can be configured. Assignments check the quality of the training completed, and an unlimited number of training curators can be set to review submitted assignments. For each course, admins set the success criteria: a passing score, the type of grade, a number of attempts for a test, or a time limit.

Existing content can be loaded rather than rebuilt. The page lists ready import methods for SCORM courses, import of courses from other LMS systems, and loading tests from Excel.

Learning Center: assignment, tracking and reporting

The Learning Center gives separate personal accounts to the learner, the learner's manager and the training curator. Admins create learning groups and assign training manually or automatically, to individuals or to groups. Learners can submit requests for training, which are processed automatically. The center also handles training events, calculates and records training results, checks completed assignments and tracks progress, with statistical dashboards and ready analytic reports.

The benefits section of the page fills in how this works day to day. A curator can see in real time who studied what, when, and with what results, and adjust a program by changing its participants, courses or modules. Every participant is notified of a course start and its deadlines and can later check final test results. Any number of employees can start a course at the same time, and once it is set up the process can be run by a minimal number of administrators. Employees can also choose courses themselves from the "Каталог готовых курсов" (catalog of ready-made courses) in their personal account.

Uses the page names

The page lists several business uses for the system:

  • Centralized training: one information space for the knowledge base, courses and the structure of training, with a knowledge library among the core functions.
  • Onboarding: ready materials that bring new employees into the company's processes, culture and rules quickly.
  • Attestation and certification: choosing materials for an employee's individual development plan and preparation for attestation, plus registering and managing external offline training events, tracking attendance and attaching certificates or diplomas when they finish.
  • Product training: forming learner groups and updating materials quickly, so training on the company's products and services can run fast and at scale.
  • Partners and dealers: a portal with information about the company, its products and processes, where partners can be assigned training, their progress and engagement followed, and questions put to a curator on a forum.
  • Fast notices: telling employees about changes in rules, instructions and regulations through the platform.

The page also argues that training can run anywhere without extra costs such as room rental and travel, and that developing current staff, with many chances for further training, helps keep and motivate them.

Forum

A Forum app sits beside the LMS, and Diasoft announced it as a product for team interaction in April 2026. It supports topic discussions, sharing information and knowledge, reactions through a rating system, subscriptions to topics and comments, notifications of new messages and replies, personal interface settings, and moderation of sections, topics and comments.

Architecture

The page sets out the principles behind Diasoft's platforms: an open, reliable, scalable, event-driven microservice architecture; applications built as Packaged Business Capabilities (PBC), a concept it credits to Gartner's composable business architecture, developed once by one team for all channels; PBC development on low-code platforms from Diasoft's own digital transformation ecosystem; and a standardized technology stack oriented toward open-source software and Russian components. On the user side it lists an omnichannel, process-oriented environment, one UX/UI logic and one user identification system across all channels, per-user control of the functions available in each channel, and robotization and artificial intelligence. The platform ships with ready tools for integration with other modules and systems, and Diasoft's wider catalog includes its own database management system, an ERP system and a low-code development ecosystem.

Updates and contact

Product news on the page includes an October 2024 release that added data visualization to Digital Q.LMS and a January 2026 update aimed at making professional training simpler. The page has no price list. Visitors can request a detailed presentation, a consultation with an architect or a recording of a webinar on the product's development plans, or send a message to the product manager directly.

Who it suits

Digital Q.LMS fits Russian organizations, particularly larger companies and those already working with Diasoft, that need a corporate LMS registered as domestic software and want one system for course building, assignment, testing and reporting. Training centers that run attestation and certification, track external offline events and work with curators who review assignments will find those workflows spelled out. Companies with dealer or partner networks get a portal and a forum for them, and universities and colleges are named as users too.

The product page is in Russian and written for corporate buyers who expect a presentation and a conversation with the vendor rather than a self-service trial.
