What CXcherry is

CXcherry is a cloud-based learning management system for companies and training providers that run employee onboarding, compliance training, sales enablement, customer education and partner training from one account. Its home page sells it as "An Enterprise LMS Without the Enterprise Price Tag" and as the "Best Value LMS Software for Corporate Training", describing the product as AI-powered, user-friendly and growth-ready. The company's FAQ spells out the pitch: enterprise-grade features, AI-powered course creation, a native mobile app and multi-audience training at what it calls mid-market pricing.

There is nothing to install. According to the FAQ, you sign up free, build or AI-generate courses, set enrollment rules and invite learners on the same day, without a lengthy IT implementation project. The site speaks to two kinds of buyer directly, training companies and SMBs, and runs a limited-time offer aimed at training companies.

What you get

Course building and administration. The platform covers the core LMS jobs: upload content, organize it into courses and learning paths, enroll people and report on their progress. A feature list on the company's blog names easy content upload, easy administration and a built-in certification and assessment engine, so quizzes and assessments sit in the same system as the courses rather than in a separate tool. The home page says account creation takes seconds and that admins can quickly import users and assign training, and it claims teams deliver training programs "at twice the speed" with it.

AI features. The FAQ says courses can be built by hand or AI-generated. The home page adds that the company uses artificial intelligence to speed up content recommendations, automate support and improve the learner experience. These are presented as part of the platform rather than as a separate add-on.

Multiple audiences, separate portals. The central idea is one LMS for employees, customers and partners. Each audience gets its own learning paths, branding and reporting, which the FAQ presents as the alternative to paying for separate tools for internal and external training. The blog's feature list calls this multi-domain functionality. A buyer's guide on the blog describes CXcherry's multi-portal setup as built for a provider that certifies several client organizations from a single account: each client gets its own portal, certification rules are defined per portal, and enrollment, reminders and renewal are automated inside those boundaries.

Certification and recertification. The same guide says CXcherry includes certification and recertification in its standard compliance training platform rather than as a separate module, and that certification sits inside the learning system, so completion and credential records never need reconciling. For a compliance team, or a training company whose clients face audits, this is the most concrete capability the site describes.

Customer education. For the customer-education use case, the company's blog says CXcherry helps with onboarding, product adoption, retention, reducing support tickets, building brand champions and upselling, and calls it a purpose-built customer education platform. The same feature list adds data intelligence and reports, API-driven third-party integrations and what it calls enterprise-grade reliability and security.

Mobile. The home page says a native mobile app and a responsive design let learners train on any device, "anytime, anywhere".

Integrations. The FAQ says CXcherry "ships with more than 15 built-in integrations, including single sign-on, CRM, HRMS, web conferencing, and Power BI", so learner data and course activity stay in sync across a company's other systems. It points to a separate integrations page for the full list.

Content marketplace. For teams that do not want to build every course themselves, CXcherry runs a content marketplace that, in the company's words, aggregates courses, audio lessons, professional certifications and more "from 150+ of the world's top publishers", with new content added monthly. The sign-up panel on the blog also promises "70+ Free courses".

Free start and pricing

The free entry is the clearest commercial fact. The FAQ answers the question "Is there a free LMS for corporate training?" with yes: CXcherry offers a free start with no credit card required, so you can build courses, invite learners and test the platform before you commit, and you "only move to a paid plan when you are ready to scale". The sign-up panel on the company's blog lists "Free forever", "Launch in minutes", "Enterprise features" and "70+ Free courses". The certification buyer's guide adds that this kind of software is usually priced on learner volume, portal count and whether integrations and certification are standard or add-ons, and says CXcherry's free starting tier lets certification workflows be tested before budget is committed.

The home page lists no plan prices; it sends buyers to a separate pricing page for current plans and offers a demo.

What customers say

The home page carries four short customer quotes from Canada and the USA. One calls CXcherry the "best value LMS platform we've found" and praises an implementation that adapted to "localized training needs and unique requirements across multiple geographies", with "responsive global support, even with time zone differences". Another says the product "has all the features which any high priced LMS players may have". A third describes delivering a financial literacy program on it and values "new releases without any extra cost". The fourth calls it "a no-frills platform that is priced competitively and does the job", singling out user and course management for groups of users who need different sets of courses.

A featured case study describes a US financial education company that adopted CXcherry to deliver financial literacy training to its customers. The home page also says major software review platforms recognize CXcherry as a leader in the learning industry.

Who it suits

CXcherry fits small and mid-size businesses that want to start compliance, onboarding and sales training without a long implementation project. The free start without a card means a training manager can build a first course and invite a pilot group before asking for budget, and the free courses in the marketplace give that pilot some material on day one.

It fits training companies and consultancies especially well. Separate portals with their own branding and reporting, plus certification and recertification in the standard platform, are built for a provider that certifies learners for several client organizations and has to show each client its own records at audit time.

Software companies running customer education and partner enablement can use the same account they use for staff training, instead of buying a separate customer-training product. The marketplace helps a team that needs off-the-shelf courses next to its own product material, and the integrations with CRM, HRMS and single sign-on keep learner records tied to the systems that already hold them.

Two caveats. The site describes its AI in broad terms (AI-generated courses, recommendations, automated support) rather than as a list of specific tools, so a buyer who cares about AI authoring should see it in a demo. And the home page names integration categories rather than products, with Power BI the one product it names, so a company that depends on a particular CRM or HR system should check the integrations page before signing up.
