What CreateLMS is

CreateLMS is a learning management system for workforce onboarding, training, compliance and retention, sold both as a ready-to-run branded platform and as a headless, API-first engine for teams that want to build their own front end. The company also calls the product Create LMS-LX and describes itself as "a forward-thinking educational technology provider specializing in high-speed, high-impact learning solutions." Its homepage pitches "Skills Velocity" and promises a platform that is easier, faster and more affordable than buyers expect, with a line inviting them to "try our FREE content ready LMS today" and a note that no credit card is required.

The company traces the product to its own background. According to the homepage FAQ, "Our background in clinical trials (2001-2013) required an easy, fast way to train thousands of patients and doctors globally; when nothing existed, we built the modular Create LMS-LX platform to meet that need." It says it serves "clients ranging from 10 users to over 490,000," and the headless page cites "1 Million + users."

The ready-to-run LMS

The standard offer is what the company calls an Instant-on LMS: a white-label learning portal in the customer's branding, with corporate content already loaded so an organization does not start from an empty platform. The feature list on both pages is long. It covers assessments, reviews, surveys, appraisals and NPS; content types including PPT, slides, PDF, eLearning, video, audio, Video 360, iFrame and rich text; learning tracks and blended learning; instructor-led assessments; news feeds, communiques and pulse checks; file sharing, attachments and document workflows; and compliance and adherence tracking. The headless page sums up the admin side under "Automate & Track": "Training compliance, surveys, reviews, appraisals and more."

Course building is meant to be fast. The content builder promises courses "in minutes not days," and the company offers to migrate existing material: in its "Get 2 FREE custom courses" offer, a prospect books a call, sends two training files (PDFs, slides or SOPs), and sees them turned into courses during the call. The company says admins have only three things to learn to become expert users, and that the platform includes ROI tracking tools for measuring impact on sales growth, costs and compliance.

AI, AR and VR

CreateLMS puts AI and immersive training at the front of its pitch. The homepage FAQ lists Augmented Reality builders for deskless workers, AI Role Play Agents, AI Quiz builders, and "AI-VR-Vision systems for one-on-many training, such as forklift operations." The site has a separate AR and VR section, and the headless page describes modules "ranging from AR and VR to competitive playful learning." For regulated settings the company promotes "Closed Circuit Ai & Data Sovereignty" and an On-premise AI training engine for organizations that need local data processing.

Hosting and offline use

Deployment choice is one of the clearest differences from a typical cloud LMS. The headless page lists four hosting options: a dedicated cloud, the customer's own secure cloud, the customer's premises or LAN, and an offline LMS on dedicated devices. The homepage adds that the platform can run as a validated LMS and works offline. The headless page also mentions NAS (network attached storage) capability "to ensure content playback never leaves your secure private network." The company says it specializes in large enterprise, government and defense customers that cannot compromise on security or data sovereignty, and its homepage describes "semi-headless solutions for data sovereignty" alongside the content-loaded version.

The headless, API-first version

The headless page defines the product this way: "A headless LMS separates learning management from the user interface, giving your team a learning platform API to build custom learner portals, embed training in existing apps, and connect content, users, and analytics to HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems." The API covers content, users, enrollments and analytics, and the FAQ says CreateLMS connects learning data to HRIS, CRM, identity and analytics tools. Every module has its own APIs with automated daily uptime tests, according to the company.

The intended buyers are enterprises, training companies and product teams. A training company can launch white-label portals for each client and embed learning in client environments on one core; a product team can put training inside its own application; a startup can avoid outgrowing its LMS. The company offers a White-label Learning API for agencies and a Content-ready Headless API to speed up development, and its comparison table contrasts its deployment options (cloud, private network or on-premise) with traditional SaaS-only platforms.

Implementation, support and reliability

Speed of setup is the company's central claim. The homepage promises "Zero-day deployment," described as going live the same day you sign, and says "Many are live & tracking in 90 mins." Support is hands-on: "We hand hold you all the way for Easy Go-Live." As evidence of ease of use, both pages say CreateLMS averages "2 support tickets per 100,000 users per week." The headless page reports "zero downtime since going live in 2015," while the homepage FAQ cites "a record of zero downtime since 2017."

Customer quotes back up the long relationships. Sal Cuffari of Comcast says the CreateLMS team has worked with the company since 2017 and kept training on track for about 40,000 users. David Jones of Medbelle has used it as both learner and administrator, and Braeton Hill of PRAIRE Aquatech says the company adopted it to track employee proficiencies.

Pricing

The pages show no price list. What they do say is about value: "We won't be beaten. Price matching like for like. Money back guarantee." The company describes itself as offering the lowest total cost of ownership, and the route to a quote is a call or a headless LMS demo.

Who it suits

CreateLMS suits two kinds of buyer. The first is an organization that needs training running quickly, with content already in place and someone to hold its hand: a fast-growing company onboarding staff, or a regulated business that needs compliance training tracked, offline delivery on a factory floor, or hosting on its own network. The second is a technical team that wants an LMS engine rather than an LMS portal: a training company running many branded client portals, or a software company embedding learning in its product, which can use the API and keep full control of the interface.

The headless route assumes developers to build the front end, so a small team without that capacity is better served by the ready-to-run version. The site's marketing is enthusiastic and light on technical detail, so buyers will get the most out of the demo call by bringing their own systems and content to it.
