Attensi

Tap a star to rate

Attensi is a training platform built on gamified simulations: instead of slide-based courses, employees practice the situations they face at work in realistic scenarios, and an organization measures who is ready to perform. The home page describes it as "Practice-based, AI-powered, and built to grow your people," and its headline promise is to "turn training into lasting performance." It is aimed at L&D and training teams in organizations with large frontline or customer-facing workforces, and its customer stories come mostly from hospitality, retail, healthcare, energy and financial services. The site runs in English, Norwegian, German, Swedish and French, and the home page reports "+200 Million training sessions completed by global industry leaders."

How the training works

The core of Attensi is scenario-based practice. The simulation training page says it gives a team "hands-on scenario-based training where mistakes have no real-world consequences," with AI-powered simulations that recreate high-stakes situations so employees build confidence "through practice, not theory." Scenarios branch: each simulation adapts to the learner's decisions, which the page says builds the problem-solving skills needed "for situations they can’t rehearse any other way." Feedback is instant, and the adaptive learning engine "adjusts difficulty, pacing, and feedback to each individual," so a program can grow without losing the personal touch.

Repetition is the design principle. The home page argues that "One-off training doesn’t build performance. Repetition does," and says Attensi makes repetition attractive "through game mechanics and deep psychological insights." The goal, in its words, is training that drives "repetition by choice, not obligation."

AI role-play with RealTalk

Attensi RealTalk is the newest release, an AI role-play feature billed as "AI roleplay that doesn’t just agree with you." Anyone can try free demo scenarios from the home page: a Discovery Call, where a seller has to uncover a buyer's real challenges before pitching; a Coaching conversation that balances clarity and compassion; a Retail Upsell, where the customer wants a recommendation; and a Guest Complaint, where the task is to defuse tension without overpromising. In a full deployment, AI role-play sits alongside the branching simulations, so an employee can rehearse a difficult conversation as often as needed.

Building training with AI

For the training team, the first step of the Attensi model is "Design & Distribute." The home page says organizations can "Design realistic training tailored to your brand, workflows, and challenges in a fraction of the time with industry-leading AI-authoring tools," and the sales training section lists content creation among its features. Vapiano's Markus Wending, Senior Manager for Global Learning & Development, is quoted: "Attensi is already easy to use, but in combination with AI it allows us to create training content even faster."

Customers are not left to build alone. Attensi describes a team of learning scientists, behavioral designers and simulation specialists who work as an extension of the customer's team "From go-live to your hundredth simulation," and an Attensi University that trains customer teams to build training themselves. The product menu names six products: Attensi Impact, Attensi Fast, Attensi Engage, Attensi Manager, Attensi Insights and Attensi Creator.

Delivery, analytics and integration

Training is deployed "through one platform that integrates with your existing systems or works standalone." The onboarding section tags the platform as mobile-first, with an AI assistant, analytics and an LMS, so it can run as the main learning system or alongside one the organization already has.

Measurement is where Attensi separates completion from readiness. "Completion rates tell you who finished," the home page says. "Attensi’s AI-powered analytics identify who’s actually ready," revealing skills gaps and confidence levels. The third step of its model, "Prove Training ROI," covers tracking skill development, identifying competence gaps and measuring capability across the organization, with the aim of connecting training to business performance.

Use cases and industries

The home page groups the platform into five solutions. Onboarding promises "Ready from day one," with role-based scenarios and tailored learning paths for new hires. Customer experience covers brand-consistent service across every location. Sales training targets win rates, shorter sales cycles and objection handling. Compliance aims to reduce safety violations and build compliant behavior "so you avoid costly mistakes." Leadership focuses on critical conversations and decision-making. The solutions menu adds employee training, sales performance and mental health training, and lists industry pages for hospitality, professional services, pharmaceuticals, NHS IT training, oil, gas and renewables, financial services and insurance, retail and service, and automotive.

Results the site reports

Attensi publishes outcome figures from its customer stories, without naming which customer each belongs to: a 25% staff turnover reduction, a 26% sales increase, a 50% reduction in onboarding time, 2.5x revenue growth, a 95% reduction in training time, 5000+ training hours cut, a 93% product knowledge increase, 67% faster onboarding and 96% competence gap closure. A separate block claims a 19% increase in productivity, 5x faster time to competence, 90% knowledge gap closure and 20x return on investment. These are the company's own figures.

Named customers add detail. Susanne Goswick, Senior VP and CHRO at YMCA, says that after four months of using Attensi the organization cut its turnover rate "down to 9.8%." Ian Watson of YO! Sushi says it has helped drive down turnover in the first few months "by up to around 10% in some areas." Kristian Planke Styrmo of Circle K says it has helped "increase merchandise sales and basket size while reducing employee turnover," and Alba Trujillo Mora of itsu says the content can be used "not only here in the UK, but also internationally." Other stories on the home page come from Starbucks, London Business School, American National, Hiscox, NHS Liverpool University Hospital, Marugame Udon, F1 Arcade, Flight Club, SportScheck, Marston's, FIDL, SSP and Onebright. The home page also shows 97% customer satisfaction, 15+ years of business impact and 200+ global customers, and quotes HR analyst Josh Bersin naming Attensi as "an end-to-end AI-assistant training and content creation platform."

Getting started

The site publishes no prices; the routes in are booking a demo, speaking to an expert, or trying the free AI role-play scenarios, and the contact address is contact@attensi.com. Attensi also publishes ROI calculators, guides, white papers and events, and points buyers to its user reviews on G2 and Capterra.

Who it suits

Attensi suits organizations whose staff succeed or fail in live conversations and decisions: a restaurant or hospitality group onboarding new hires every month, a retailer training upselling and service across many stores, a sales team rehearsing discovery calls and objections, or a healthcare or energy employer drilling safety-critical behavior. Teams that want to see readiness rather than completion, and that will invest in building realistic scenarios with Attensi's help, get the most from it.

It suits less well a team that only needs to distribute documents or short knowledge modules, since the value is in simulation and repeated practice, or a buyer who wants to compare published prices before a demo.
