AIS Academy is a learning provider for organizations and individuals whose core product for training teams is LearnDi, a learning management platform offered in a Pro edition for large companies and a Lite edition for SMEs and education. The About page describes AIS Academy as a center for learning in technology, innovation and future skills, founded to develop AIS staff at every level and since extended to partners, customers and Thai society. Around the platform it sells competency assessment, in-house workshops, packaged online courses, a knowledge management platform called ReadDi, digital badges and consulting, so an organization can buy the system, the content and the training design from one provider. The site is written in Thai, and the business page sums up the mission as "ยกระดับทักษะแห่งอนาคต" (raising the skills of the future).

LearnDi, the learning platform

The LearnDi page presents it as more than an online course site: a system for managing learning in one place, from assessing skills and planning learning paths to arranging courses and classes, tracking results and issuing certificates and digital badges. It handles both online courses and classroom training, together with testing, communication with learners and an overview of progress.

Courses are built from videos, documents and links, with learning activities and notifications managed in the same place. For live sessions LearnDi connects to video conferencing tools, and the page names Zoom, Webex, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Enrollment is flexible: learners can sign up themselves, or the course manager decides whether a learner can start at once or must wait for approval, and a manager can also set the attendee list directly.

Assessment goes beyond completion. The platform supports a question bank, timed tests, automatic answer checking, grading by instructors, and certificates issued when a learner meets a course's completion conditions. Email and push notifications remind learners of activities and deadlines. A Report Dashboard shows the number of users, usage statistics and learner progress, both per person and per course.

For credentials, LearnDi issues certificates and supports Digital Badge APIs, which let learners share an achievement on their social profiles; a footnote on the page limits the badge APIs to LearnDi Pro. The edition table lists e-learning course management, classroom management, test and survey management, banners and notifications, a mobile application, admin management, a report and analytics dashboard (full reports or the necessary ones, depending on the edition), standard competency assessment and the badge APIs.

The platform has been used at scale inside its own company. The About page says AIS Academy has delivered learning to more than 13,000 AIS staff through online courses, virtual classes and blended classrooms on AIS LearnDi, and that this internal use taught it that good learning has to help an organization manage development systematically, not just make content easy to reach.

ReadDi, badges and the wider system

The organization menu groups three products under Learning Solutions: LearnDi (Digital Learning Platform), ReadDi (KM Platform) and Digital Badge (Digital Credential Platform). The About page calls the combination a Digital Learning Ecosystem covering learning platform, knowledge management and digital credentials, running from access to knowledge and the design of learning paths through to applying what was learned at individual and organization level. The business page lists the full offer as an LMS, knowledge management tools, digital badges, online courses, workshops, bootcamps, competency assessment and consulting, aimed at helping organizations upskill and reskill with results they can measure.

Competency assessment

AIS Academy offers two assessments. The Competency Assessment is an in-depth tool that shows an organization the skills, knowledge, behavior, strengths and potential that affect work, so development can be designed systematically; the page names HR and L&D teams planning learning among its intended users. The Future Card is a lighter, character-based quiz that helps a person find their "future self" through questions about working behavior, learning, teamwork and the use of AI.

The competencies covered are Networking & Partnering, Creativity, Digital Literacy, AI Readiness, Agility, Lifelong Learning and Complex Problem Solving. The page says the tests were developed with psychology experts at the Psychological Assessment Center of the Faculty of Psychology, Chulalongkorn University. Results feed a four-step cycle the page calls Assess, Identify, Develop and Grow, ending in a chosen learning path.

Workshops, online packages and programs

In-house training is designed around the client's team and real problems, with worked examples. The current workshop list includes Digital Transformation and Navigating Ambiguity with Creativity (1 day), Microsoft Power App and Power Automate (3 days, building business apps without code and automating workflows), Generative AI for Enhanced Work Productivity (1 day), Creative AI: Redefining Art (2 days, making images and video with AI), Storytelling with Data (1 day), Canva Mastery: Design Essentials (1 day), Introduction to Power BI (2 days) and Power BI Advanced (1 day, covering DAX, measures and calculated columns).

For continuous learning, organizations can buy online course packages. The Foundation Package covers general self-development, health care and wellness, information technology, management, communications, entrepreneurship and marketing. A Focus Area Package covers customer experience, technology, self-development and business. Learning Programs run from Problem Solving, Effective Meeting and Selling Skill to Legal, Compliance & Audit and Finance and Accounting; Learning Pathways include Data Analytic, Digital Marketing, Leadership, People Management and Digital Transformation; and there is a Microsoft 365 Package and a Business Development Pathway with programs for manufacturing, insurance and retail businesses.

Individuals can learn through Online Training (anywhere, any time), hands-on Workshops, intensive Bootcamps aimed at being ready to work on completion, Public Training, and an Executive Program for leaders on strategic thinking, decision making and running an organization in the digital era. Online self-study for individuals runs on LearnDi for THAIs. The business page counts more than 10,000 training participants, more than 100 organizations and more than 100 workshops.

Public learning programs

AIS Academy also runs learning for the public under its "คิดเผื่อ" (thinking ahead) mission, which lists AIS Academy X BOI STEM++, PEOPLE TECH CLUB, JUMP THAILAND and AIS ACADEMY for THAIs. The last is a learning event, "Mastering AI Beyond Borders," held on 11-12 September 2026 at Samyan Mitrtown Hall with more than 30 speakers, 10 workshops and more than 20 showcases and booths over 2 days. The page traces it back through annual events since 2018, Jump Thailand from 2021 and Life Fest 40+ in 2025. Separately, AIS Digital Talents runs an internship (The Bloom), recruitment (The Master) and employee development (The Vanguard).

Pricing and contact

The site publishes no prices; the LearnDi page asks organizations to contact its experts for a recommendation. The office is open 08.30-17.30 and the phone number is 02 079 6099, and the company keeps a YouTube channel with self-development and digital skills content.

Who it suits

AIS Academy suits Thai-speaking organizations that want a learning platform and the services around it from one provider: a large company that needs LearnDi Pro with competency assessment and shareable badges, or an SME or school that needs the Lite edition for courses, classes and tests. Teams that run live classes on Zoom, Webex, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, need approval-based enrollment and want certificates tied to completion rules will find those in the platform, and the workshop and package catalog covers Microsoft tools, data, AI and management skills.

It suits less well a buyer who wants to sign up online at a published price, since every inquiry goes through its experts, or a team that does not work in Thai.
