What it is

104 Corporate Learning Platform (104 企業學習平台) is a cloud LMS for company HR and training teams. The site describes it as a free digital learning platform and training management system ("免費的 數位學習平台 與 訓練管理系統") that bundles course management, employee learning tracking and cloud uploads of training materials with a library of company training courses. Its copyright line names 一零四資訊科技股份有限公司 (104 Information Technology Co., Ltd.), and the whole site is written in Chinese.

The pitch is aimed squarely at HR. The platform's blog describes the problem it sets out to solve: training records scattered across paper, Excel sheets and department files, notices sent one by one, and test results tallied by hand. The site's answer is one system where HR imports staff, assigns courses, sends notices and reads the results. According to the homepage, more than 3,000 companies use it ("超過 3,000 家企業信賴選擇").

How a training program runs

The homepage sets out a three-step flow. First, HR imports the employee list in one step rather than typing it in. Second, HR assigns training, either picking courses from the platform library or uploading its own materials to the free storage space. Third, each employee clicks the link in an email and goes straight to the learning center to take the course.

Internal content is built from what a company already has. HR can upload PDFs, videos, slide presentations and handouts, or embed a YouTube link, and the system turns the upload into a course that can carry quizzes and assignments. Every account comes with 20GB of cloud space ("免費 20GB 雲端空間") and, the homepage says, a tutorial on making courses with AI. The FAQ suggests turning internal SOPs, product training and onboarding material into online courses, which lets a company build its own knowledge base.

PDF tracking is the feature the blog stresses most. The platform records reading time, detects whether the learner is reading attentively ("閱讀時間、偵測專注閱讀狀態") and checks completion automatically, and it can pair the document with a test. HR therefore knows not only that an employee opened a file but whether they worked through it and understood it.

Progress tracking is built in. The system records each learner's progress, completion rate and test results, checks completion against the conditions the administrator sets, and lets HR and managers see department completion rates and test results as soon as they log in. Reports are produced automatically, include learner satisfaction feedback, and export to Excel in one click ("一鍵匯出 Excel 報表"). Managers can be given permissions that match their role. The FAQ lists the training this covers: onboarding, annual mandatory courses, regulatory compliance training, manager development and internal skills courses.

The course library

The library is what puts the platform in the training-library category as well as the LMS one. The site counts it as nearly 600 courses in one place and 600+ or over 600 in others, mixing online, in-person and free courses that range from general topics to specialist skills. Subjects named in the FAQ include AI applications, management, communication, workplace skills and legal compliance. Library courses can be bought one at a time or through a company subscription ("支援單堂選購或企業訂閱制"), and some free courses are available for HR to assign straight away. The homepage says activation includes five core mandatory courses for companies, with assignment and tracking handled by the system.

Standard and professional versions

The standard version is offered without charge. The blog says the standard features are completely free, that there is no setup or maintenance cost, that no IT staff are needed, and that there is no limit on the number of learners or simultaneous logins ("不限學員人數與同時登入數"). The FAQ adds that it runs in the browser, that the platform handles maintenance and updates, and that a company can start using it as soon as it has registered an account.

The professional version is paid and adds automation. Its feature list covers AI course material generation, automated assignment, exemption challenges, program management, custom management reports and course close-out reports. Automated assignment lets HR set rules by department, position or new versus existing staff, so a new hire is enrolled in an onboarding package automatically, and the system sends course notices and reminders to anyone who has not finished. Employee self-enrollment lets staff sign up for elective classes alongside the mandatory ones, and the blog shows how combining the two produces a training map, a set path of required and optional courses that runs on its own once the rules are set. The exemption challenge (免修挑戰) lets employees who already have a skill skip repeat training by passing a test beforehand. A blog post describes the AI feature as generating a course and quiz from an uploaded PDF or MP4 in three steps. The blog's FAQ says these professional features can be used at no cost until 2026/12/31 for companies that activate now ("免費體驗至2026/12/31"). The site lists no price for the professional version; it offers consultations and online information sessions instead.

Security and results

The blog and FAQ say the platform's information security and personal data management are certified to ISO 27001, ISO 29100 and BS 10012, and that it runs on AWS cloud services. On results, the blog describes a traditional manufacturer whose HR team moved off Excel, and cites data that administrative work can fall by up to 60% after an LMS is introduced. It also says compliance training completion can be expected to reach 100%, with training coverage at 100%. For compliance, the blog's comparison table contrasts records assembled by hand just before an inspection with a system that keeps detailed progress records and produces the reports that regulations require, and the site publishes articles on the documents and records an employer must keep for labor inspections. The homepage presents use cases for chain service businesses with many branches and high staff turnover, for manufacturers that need safety and compliance training records, and for technology companies building ongoing skills training.

Who it suits

The platform suits HR teams that read Chinese and want to move training records off spreadsheets without a budget or IT project. Chains with many branches and fast turnover, manufacturers that must document safety and compliance training, and companies that hold their know-how in PDFs and slide decks get the most from it, since an existing document becomes a tracked course with a test. A company can begin with the standard version, a single course or onboarding, as the FAQ suggests, and add professional automation once training volume grows. The site and its course descriptions are in Chinese, so a team that trains in other languages will mainly use the upload and tracking side.
