Peerfold is a customer education platform that puts an online academy, a community and a partner program on one member record inside the CRM a company already uses. The homepage says it is "where a business teaches what it knows, gathers the people who learn it, and proves both happened", all under your own brand and on your CRM. The product is built HubSpot-first, with Salesforce and Day.ai also supported, and the footer says "Peerfold is an Impulse Creative product." Its readers are customer education leads, customer success and RevOps teams, community managers and people who sell training as a revenue line, along with marketing, L&D, HR and compliance, and partner program teams.

Building courses

The academy is built around a course builder "made for one sitting". The comparison page describes a three-pane visual editor with autosave, undo and click-to-edit text on the canvas, and 22 block types including flashcards, sorting exercises, process walkthroughs and gated continue buttons. Assessments include auto-graded quizzes with pass thresholds you set, timed exams, and open-ended questions with a grading queue. Video and audio, learning pathways and live sessions sit alongside the courses, and any lesson can be narrated from its own text.

Peerfold AI drafts a full course from up to 64,000 characters of your own source material, and nothing publishes without your approval. The homepage walks through the intended use: a product ships a new feature on Tuesday, the team pastes the release notes into the course builder, reviews the updated lesson and the quiz questions it flagged, and hits publish. Learners always see the finished version while the next one is being edited, and anyone mid-course keeps their place.

Existing training comes along. Peerfold runs SCORM 1.2 and 2004, plus xAPI and cmi5, in a first-party runtime with no third-party player and no per-learner fee. Multi-SCO packages are detected and become multi-lesson courses, a completion inspector shows exactly what each package reported for each learner, and a single-package course can launch straight into the content.

Credentials, deadlines and the learner portal

Certification goes further than a PDF. The site lists certificates with serial numbers and a public verification page, Open Badges 2.0 from your own portal, LinkedIn Add to Profile, your own CEU credit types with fractional credits and an append-only ledger, training deadlines with a reminder rail and overdue rollups the CRM can read, and recertification windows that reopen the exam. ACCME PARS filing is available on enterprise plans.

Learners use a white-label portal on your own domain with managed SSL, your logo and fonts, and brand colors with automatic accessibility contrast. The portal has built-in languages plus a custom one you define, with each learner choosing their own. Sign-in can use passwordless email codes, contacts HubSpot already knows are recognized, and resume positions survive a change of device.

The CRM connection

The CRM link is the core of the product. In HubSpot, each enrollment becomes a course record associated with the contact, carrying status, percent complete, exam scores, certificates, membership tier and status, earned credits and training deadlines. Completions and milestones post timeline notes on the contact, and HubSpot lists drive enrollment and revocation in both directions. Membership and program purchases can open deals in a pipeline you choose, and lead-gen submissions arrive with attribution. The homepage diagram shows Salesforce connected through objects, flows and reports, Day.ai through objects, meetings and pipeline, and Zapier reaching more than 7,000 apps; Microsoft Teams is also listed among the tools it works with.

There are four ways to put Peerfold in front of learners: the hosted Peerfold UI, a WordPress plugin, a native app inside HubSpot, or fully headless through the API. A companion HubSpot CMS theme keeps the academy inside a HubSpot website, sharing login with the platform and sending progress back to the CRM. Analytics include a real-time dashboard for enrollments, completion rate, exam pass rate and active learners, per-learner records and CSV export, while the deeper reporting happens in the CRM reports a team already uses.

Commerce, community and the developer platform

Selling runs through your own Stripe account, and Peerfold takes a 0% platform transaction fee at every tier. The commerce features include hosted checkout, guest purchase with emailed claim links, an embeddable cart drawer with abandoned-cart recovery, memberships and tiers with free trials, promo codes, proration, a self-serve billing portal, and organization seat pools you sell or grant.

Peerfold Community runs discussions next to the courses, with spaces, profiles and standing, and Peerfold PRM covers partner programs. Developers get the full LMS and community headless, React components for courses, lessons, discussions and profiles, an OpenAPI 3.1 REST API, a 32-event HMAC-signed webhook catalog and sandbox workspaces with test keys. An MCP server exposes 412 tools across authoring, enrollment, commerce, community and reporting, so an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can draft a course, enroll a cohort and report on progress, with publishing always a human-approved step and every write audit-logged. The Agent SDK offers what the homepage calls "The same 256-tool agent platform, as an SDK" for a product's own AI features.

Pricing and trial

Prices are published. Starter costs $209 a month, or $149 a month billed annually, and covers courses, live sessions, certificates and commerce on your domain. Professional costs $816 a month, or $583 a month billed annually, and adds the AI course builder, AI Tutor and single sign-on. Enterprise costs $1,800 a month, or $1,292 a month billed annually, and adds SCORM import, headless learner APIs, ACCME credit reporting and organization seats. Community is a $350 a month add-on on any plan, or $700 a month on its own. Deep HubSpot sync is included on every plan, and a full feature-by-feature comparison sits on the pricing page.

A 14-day free trial runs with every feature on, with no card and no sales call. For teams leaving another academy, Peerfold runs the migration: courses arrive as editable courses, learners as members keyed by email, transcripts as adopted progress so nobody retakes a finished course, and issued certificates keep their original details. Customers review a migration report before anything publishes.

Who it suits

Peerfold suits a SaaS or services company that lives in HubSpot and wants training status on the renewal record, so customer success and RevOps can build lists and workflows on completion data. It suits training-revenue owners who want to sell seats, certifications and memberships through their own Stripe account without a platform cut, and continuing education programs that need CEU credits, recertification and ACCME reporting. Developers building education into their own app get a headless platform with a large tool surface for AI assistants.

Teams that do not run HubSpot, Salesforce or Day.ai will use less of what makes Peerfold distinctive, since the CRM records are its main argument. The Enterprise tier is where SCORM import and headless learner APIs live, so an organization with a large SCORM library should budget for that plan.
